Honest Review – Mixed Experience
The hotel had a welcoming staff and a beautiful beach view from our room, which we really appreciated. However, the hotel itself felt quite basic and didn’t really live up to a 4-star rating. It was fine for the price we paid, especially since we spent most of our time exploring rather than at the hotel.
One disappointing experience was on our last day when we were unexpectedly charged for two cheap, tasteless drinks. A friendly staff member initially assured us it wouldn’t be an issue, but when the receptionist changed, suddenly there was a problem. Given that we barely used the bar during our stay, this felt unnecessary. We ended up going to the nice café next door instead, where the drinks were much better anyway.
Overall, an okay stay with a nice view, but some aspects of service and quality could definitely be improved.

The hotel is clean & tidy, the staff very attentive & helpful. It is a good cheap holiday but don't expect too much.
It's tired, the online photos are old. All the sun beds are in varying states of disrepair, the beach towels have definitely seen better days & should be replaced, the room bath towels are not much better.
The location however is fabulous.

Subject: Complaint: Issues with the massage salon cleopatra within your hotel
Dear Sir/Madam,
We stayed at your hotel from 12/12/2024 to 19/12/2024 as a group of three people, accommodated in two separate rooms. During our stay, we used the massage service at your hotel and booked a package of six sessions. However, after a few sessions, we decided not to proceed with the last two massages due to the following reasons:
The door of the massage salon was left open, which was disruptive.
The air conditioning was on, making the environment uncomfortably cold.
The setting was neither calm nor relaxing.
The staff appeared unskilled and insufficiently professional in performing the massages.
Other factors negatively impacted the quality of the service.
After extensive discussions, the owner assured us that he would refund the cost of the last two sessions for all three of us, amounting to €180. We had paid the full amount in cash, but the owner stated that he would arrange the refund via bank transfer. Unfortunately, we have not received any reimbursement to date.
Given these circumstances, I am compelled to file an official complaint with the international police and the tourism agency through which I booked this package trip. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will also contact the Belgian consulate in Egypt to report potential fraud.
I urge you to take this matter seriously and to get in touch with the relevant person to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Nice resort with quality in accordance with price. Very nice professional staff. Pool is for the bigger part of the day in the shade. Some room for improvement predominantly on food. More variety would help. Furthermore the Chinese Restaurant which is a la carte is not really a la cart but 3 menu options and the day we dined there, the food was not Chinese. But all in all the resort is a good place to stay and the Spa did have good massages and hamam.

Avoid Avoid ! We had to eat boiler egg for 7 days, ţħė breakfast is the same everyday , No good food for children.
the receptionists are rude and never want to help, plus, they speak very little english, No manners like “ sorry or thank you or please “
The food is the same and being repeated, not many choices of food, the salad looks terrible
The quality and cleanliness are ZERO
Everything is so old and dirty
The staffs are helpful only if you give them tips
They expect you to give them tips whenever you ask for something
