The hotel is clean & tidy, the staff very attentive & helpful. It is a good cheap holiday but don't expect too much. It's tired, the online photos are old. All the sun beds are in varying states of disrepair, the beach towels have definitely seen better days & should be replaced, the room bath towels are not much better. The location however is fabulous.

Avoid Avoid ! We had to eat boiler egg for 7 days, ţħė breakfast is the same everyday , No good food for children. the receptionists are rude and never want to help, plus, they speak very little english, No manners like “ sorry or thank you or please “ The food is the same and being repeated, not many choices of food, the salad looks terrible The quality and cleanliness are ZERO Everything is so old and dirty The staffs are helpful only if you give them tips They expect you to give them tips whenever you ask for something Never come back

The hotel is located in downtown of Hurgada, an 8 min taxi ride away from Hurgafa Matina , which cost you 4 euro. The hotel' s view is beautiful, try to get a Seaview room as the road side could be quiet noisy. It is not a big hotel but peaceful and relaxing, beach is clean and nice. Cleanliness could be improved, food choice is not huge, a bit the same but we were never hungry. A team of waiters is very nice, when we left we thought we were leaving our friends, the Restaurant Manager Yaaser and his staff know how to make you feel welcome and look after you. We did take excursions ( booked in advance) but could be found here on any corner and loved them all: Luxor, Horse / Camel riding, Safari, Semi- submarine watching fish.and separate Dolfin watching with snorkeling, all the time we were very well looked after and felt safe and full of impressions! If you want a spa / hammam treatment than better to do it in the hotel in a nice Spa, I decided to go somewhere else and regretted as it was not up to a good standard and far away. Overall we loved our Egypt adventure, try not to stay in the hotel and go explore this welcoming country full of sunshine and cultural contrast.

Nice resort with quality in accordance with price. Very nice professional staff. Pool is for the bigger part of the day in the shade. Some room for improvement predominantly on food. More variety would help. Furthermore the Chinese Restaurant which is a la carte is not really a la cart but 3 menu options and the day we dined there, the food was not Chinese. But all in all the resort is a good place to stay and the Spa did have good massages and hamam.

So on arrival I was given room at 1am in morning with broken balcony door facing a wall..changed it...restaurant always dirty, tables never wiped clean, staff always asking for money at slightest thing they do for you. Another room change as they put me above music hotel next door. Then another room change because they then put me on road with lots noise and dogs barking at 2am...then another room change, finally with 2 nights left I got some sleep. Food absolutely disgusting, along with other we all had 24 hour bug with sickness and diarrhoea. As a solo traveller I just wanted to be left alone during Christmas period but everyday on beach just constant sales telling you about massages, hair,fish..drove me mad, all staff have a,sad story so you give them money from broken marriages to poorly kids, I had 2 hammer massage sessions and to be fair they were lovely but never pay full price...then I had my hair done few times with colour and would say again, it was a mess the first time but then had to have highlights in end to rectify it ( at my cost) . One way to beach at bottom off hotel i went as usual to get towel to go lay quietly on beach and the horrible little man gave me my towel and I said thank you, he proceeded to tell me he put on lounger, " No I'm fine thank you" then saying "why am I so angry" lol because I just wanted to be alone and have time out, then said something in his language. Towels are dirty and thread bare and they definitely need new towels and loungers. I cut my toe and was bleeding quite bad, one said he was Dr he be back...he came back with plaster, no antibacterial cream or water to clean it.. Jewellery shop in hotel is a complete rip off..rude disgusting man who ended up telling a lady I met there he hated me all because I wasn't paying £ 50 pound for ring i wanted..he finally took £10 after lots arguing and trying to get out shop in the end had row with him and took ring for tenner. Cats in restaurant feeding on tables Would never return to this hotel again
