I was excited to stay here, but was left so disappointed by how we were treated by the staff. Security woke us up in the middle of the night by banging the door, telling us to be quiet, they were very persistent, and intimidating, we explained we were asleep and weren't actually making any noise. An hour later the same thing happened again. We felt quite scared, we even suspected it may be a scam, as we weren't making any noise, so we didn't open the door.
The next day, we received a note from the hotel, telling us there was complaints of noise, and if it happened again we would be asked to leave. We hadn't even been drinking, we were not making any noise. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, as the staff threatened to kick us out for no reason whatsoever. It was an unpleasant and intimidating experience. The rooms are very basic, there is no chain or spyholes on the door, so we couldn't even see who was banging and shouting at us in the middle of the night. The breakfast is OK, but poor quality. Very disappointing experience.

Atmosphere and the hotel itself was a bit dull and boring. We booked as B&B. You couldn't buy a snack from the hotel. The only way to buy a snack was to pay to go all inclusive! The breakfast wasn't great, female staff at the Reception desk were quite abrupt and need further training on their soft skills with it being the most important skill you use when you work with the public, especially at a reception desk in the hotel. It's called Customer Service. It was clean and fresh, the location is great. I probably wouldn't recommend.

The hotel is two minutes from the main strip where all the lively bars are. Two lively busy bars virtually next door and several eating places plus an indoor market next door. Surprisingly you couldn't here any outside noise in your room. We had a family room even though there was only 2 of us but we upgraded to one with a balcony. Both rooms were good. My wife accidentally left her air pods in the room but only realized a couple of days later. The staff were really helpful and despite our fears they managed to locate them after a few days. Always seemed plenty of room round the pool and plenty of sunbeds. We was half board. The evening meals were good with plenty of choice however the breakfast wasn't great maybe because we was always up close to closing which is why we had breakfast out most of the time. Overall a good place and would go back 👍

Just came back from this hotel, and after reading some of the reviews, I was a bit hesitant on the holiday. But it's really good for a 3 star. Rooms are basic but clean. Cleaned every day with fresh towels. Staff are very helpful. Food wasn't as bad as some of the reviews depending on what you like. The fresh fruit available was nice. The chef did his best to keep the food fresh, and if asked, he would accommodate where he could. The location is good as well. But you must go to the new burrito shop on Av.Del Mediterraneo the guy's in there are brilliant, friendly, and chatty and make you feel like a friend. The burritos are definitely tasty and made fresh.

Basic hotel tbh, location is closed to stripe and beach. Understand we went in out of season but felt like it we were there just spend our money. No atmosphere, staff were arrogant and rude, there was party of 11 for a 70th birthday let me add, most were all inclusive glad I wasn't tbh as the hotel is good location but other than that food was shocking, staff members were disgusting and not welcoming. I understand the Spanish are not liking the British tourists but they need to remember we are paying your wages and you would not have employment if we don't visit your resorts. Won't be attending this hotel ever again and will inform everyone I know not too bother!!
