Situated very close to Playa Poniente, this hotel is a good choice. Reasonable prices, and an excellent view over the Mediterranian. The garden and the swimmingpool area is nice The rooms are ok, clean and tidy, but it was very easy to hear what your neighbour was doing! We could easily hear snoring and loud talk, but otherwise it was quiet at night. Good food, but the restaurant is very noisy when there are many people, because of the echo We would like to come back 😊

Unfortunately we had not booked a balcony room this time. The rooms are ok but we felt a bit enclosed. The food was really good. The bar was also very good. Nice staff. The location is brilliant for the beach and old town. Also not too far from the party strip.

This hotel deserves a 4⭐️ rating. The hotel and rooms are immaculate, breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice and plenty of food, being replenished throughout. Staff are helpful and friendly. You cannot reserve beds, but there is no need, we never struggled for one. The hotel is opposite the beach, within 1 minute you can be sat on the beach. It is a 20 minute walk to the old town, 40 minute walk to the strip. Taxi to strip is 10 euros. This hotel appears to attract the older generation of 60+ around the pool has a calm, quiet vibe. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Spent a week Half Board here in Feb/Mar this year. Fantastic room on the 14th floor. Nice variation of food on offer. Amazing views and down the quieter end of Benidorm which we absolutely loved. Will definately return to this hotel.

This hotel has absolutely exceeded my expectations in any way and for the reasons below: - The building is quite cozy inside and the reception is kind and helpful if you need anything. They have a very nice bar which is also the animation area. - Food is excellent. For breakfast, there are also several Spanish options like tortillas, chorizo and pan con tomate. Lunch was my favourite meal as it was mostly excellent Spanish food. - Drinks and cocktails are excellent and they use very quality alcool for it. The staff will practically prepare you any cocktails you ask for. - Animation is great, they propose everyday so many actitivites that are so much fun. - The hotel is just in front of the beach and you can just cross the street and you are on the beach where you can swim. - Swimming pool area is nice and cozy, with also a little bar. - Rooms are not too big but absolutely perfect, air condition was well working, the cleaning service was excellent. - It is outside the party area, so it is so quite and you hea rno bothering noise at night. If I really have to find some points for improvement I'd say: - Animation in the evening starts a bit late sometimes (22:30) but I guess this is normal in Spain. - On food, I would have put some more Spanish options for dinner and honestly I did not like too much the desserts. I would also serve Spanish jamon more often. - It is not possible to block the loungers by the pool for a long time and once the lifeguard assumed we had blocked them for too long ans she just took away our staff and put them in a corner (despite the fact that there were free loungers). This was a bit invasive and we did not appreciate it. - The waiting time for the lift was sometimes excessive but of course this is not the hotel's fault. For the rest honestly, it was amazing and I don't exclude one day I will come back! thank you for everything!!
