I stayed at Gala Placidia for a couples holiday (1 week, all inclusive) The hotel was beautiful, staff were all very friendly and attentive. They had very nicely placed myself and my partner and our friends we had come with on the same floor and 1 door down the corridor from each other. Our room was really lovely and the cleaners ensured our room was cleaned everyday. There is always someone available at front desk 24/7. We had an issue where the power had cut out on our floor, within 10 mins the maintenance man had fixed it and everything was up and running again. The food was lovely and I tried foods I had never tried before. The only thing I would maybe say is there are only a couple of cocktails (I think 6) that are a part of the all inclusive package and you had to pay for any others, but it wasn't too much of a problem. The location of the hotel is perfect for me personally, it is out of the way enough that you don't get the noise from the strip and nightlife however, you are still close enough that it's only a 10 min walk from the beach and the strip. Already looking to come back again next year ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Huge Disappointment... We checked the check-in times online and noticed that if we changed our flights, we could get these to coincide, so we weren't waiting about. Upon arrival at 12:30 we were told the rooms weren't ready until 2pm we then arrived back at the reception at just before this time to then be told by a rather rude woman it would be 4pm check in, didn't even check anything! The food isn't the best at all, mostly cold by the time you're back at your table. Some things felt undercooked and slimy. Drinks menus need more visibility as they are not clearly seen or available. Most of the hotel guests are Spanish or German and these definitely get preferential treatment in most cases. The rooms are nice and the cleanliness is great, the maids are friendly, air con is a godsend as we are in 35c heat at the moment. Plenty of shops around and great location.

I travelled here for an all inclusive long weekend with my partner, got to the hotel at 01:30 on Saturday 24th Aug, we arrived to not even a hello or welcome and when asked if there was any water or tea and coffee facilities in my room I got told to go to the 24/7 down the road!! I've just paid £700 each for 3 nights as arriving in the morning on the sat. i didn’t count the Friday as a night!! No fridge in the room, so when I asked why no facilities we got given a kettle but no milk to make a brew!! The headboard was broken, so every time we moved, it sounded like it was coming off the wall. Paper thin walls so could hear everything and everyone in the surrounding rooms. Staff are extremely rude!! Spanish come first!! We ate once in the hotel, considering we were all inclusive, we had breakfast, which was awful! The food was cold!! The coffee machine was dirty, and the juice machine was empty. You had to have a token for a plastic cup, used all own brand spirits, and if u wanted a certain cocktail, you had to pay. The pool drains wow its stank of pure sewage. If i had known, i would have bought bleach! Smelt like it had never been cleaned EVER! No entertainment throughout the day had to put our own music on and the evening entertainment wow!! We only checked in at 01:30 on the sat, and we went back to the room on the 27th to get ready to leave at 11:40, and our key card wouldn't let us in!! We didn't check out until midday. On leaving the hotel, I checked out and didn't so much as get a thank you. Nice of you to stay, did you enjoy it or kiss my arse!! Will never stay here again!! The only positive was it was clean and close to the beach!!!

we stayed here a few weeks ago and it weren’t pleased at all. For the following reasons We were catfished as it advertises a Four star but it’s actually a 3 star hotel … -there are only TWO lifts in the hotel and they are TINY you would be wairint ages to get in if you are a family or if yourself made to go in with people which is very uncomfortable - room wasn’t that clean and there was no fridge iron ect - gym was absolutely terrible and it’s actually at the hotel across the road which is a bit of an inconvenience - it says 4 star hotel but there is two joint hotels and we got put in the 3 star - food was terrible, flys flying about inside over the cakes and food ect - some staff weren’t really friendly Just overall wouldn’t go back and wasn’t a great holiday because of the hotel the pictures looked so much better than the actual hotel not worth the money

Nice hotel not too far away from the strip. Food is ok but gets a bit samey after a few days. Great pools and nice staff. It is what it is for the location
