We stayed at Oz Side Premium and had a wonderful experience overall.
The hotel has a fantastic approach to children – our little one felt welcome everywhere. The rooms are excellent, spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The meals were incredibly rich and varied, with something delicious for everyone. We also appreciated the very clean beach bar, which was always well-maintained.
There were just a few things we felt were missing:
– It would be great to have more animation or activities in the beach area.
– In November, a heated outdoor pool would make a big difference.
– We received a summer schedule for meal and bar opening hours, but in reality some of them were changed for the low season, so clearer information would be helpful.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!
A special thank-you goes to the restaurant manager (I believe he was the manager), who approached us every morning during breakfast and always took a moment to chat with our shy little daughter. It meant so much to her and made her feel seen and valued. And as every parent knows — when your child is happy, you are happy too. We are truly grateful for this kindness and personal touch

First of all, I would like to thank all the kind, very friendly, and polite staff at this hotel, and also congratulate the manager and the owner for having such respectful team members. I stayed at this hotel with my husband and our one year old daughter for one week, and everything was excellent.
The environment is very clean, and we received a warm and polite welcome upon arrival. You can request room cleaning daily, and each time, the staff treats you with a smile. All the hotel personnel are well trained, professional, and truly know how to treat families with small children in a way that makes them feel stress free. Everyone was kind to our daughter, and honestly, my husband and I didn’t want our trip to end ،for the first time, we genuinely missed the staff after leaving.
I want to be completely honest and tell you that if you’re considering staying at this hotel, you can be at ease about everything. Excellent hospitality, high-quality food, cleanliness, and plenty of entertainment options ، we had a wonderful time and truly hope to see all you amazing people again soon.

I stayed for seven days this November at the Side Premium Hotel, and I’m extremely happy with my choice. The service was warm and attentive, making me feel truly pampered. The food was delicious, and I especially want to highlight the pastry shop — their cakes look straight out of Alice in Wonderland, beautiful both inside and out.
The gym and spa were excellent, and the massage I received from a therapist from Bali was absolutely wonderful. The beach was very clean, and the hotel itself felt both cozy and elegant.

I have no words to describe how wonderful I felt at Side Premium. I had an unforgettable vacation; the resort is extremely clean, the food varied and delicious, but their greatest asset is the professional staff. All the employees were incredibly kind, but I must mention a special person, Miray Sutcu from customer relations, who prepared an unforgettable birthday surprise for me. She is an exceptional person, and I will never forget the gesture she made, she organized a wonderful evening. She is truly not only a professional but also a person with a big and generous heart. Thank you, Side Premium, I will definitely come back.

We booked Side Premium for a relaxing family vacation but endured a deeply stressful, unsanitary, and unwelcoming experience. We strongly advise other British families to avoid this resort.
Accommodation Failures: Noise and Functionality
Our room was situated directly above the main bar/entertainment area. Loud, booming music and activity continued well past midnight, making restful sleep impossible for our two-year-old child. This location is wholly unsuitable for families. Compounding this, the air conditioning was non-functional, only circulating lukewarm air. The combination of noise and heat left our room stuffy and inhospitable, severely impacting our comfort.
Health Hazard: Bedbug Infestation
The most appalling issue was a serious hygiene failure. Within the first two nights, my wife, child, and I began waking up with persistent itching and distinct, clustered bite marks. Investigation confirmed a severe bedbug infestation in the bedding. The physical distress and anxiety caused by this health hazard, particularly concerning our two-year-old, are completely unacceptable in a supposed premium resort.
Arrogant Staff and Perceived Favoritism
Service was consistently arrogant and dismissive of our concerns. We observed a stark contrast: staff were highly attentive and welcoming to European guests (specifically German/Russian visitors), but we felt distinctly overlooked and treated with indifference as British guests. This perceived favoritism and lack of genuine hospitality made us feel unwelcome and secondary.
Final Insult: Unprofessional Transfer Driver
The poor experience extended beyond the hotel grounds. During our pre-booked airport transfer, I apologized for not having any remaining local or British currency to provide a tip. The driver's shockingly rude and stereotypical response was: "Don't worry, I know you English people never give tips." This unwarranted, aggressive, and generalizing comment was a completely unprofessional end to a stressful holiday.
This entire experience, from the unsanitary conditions to the discriminatory service and the final driver incident, demonstrates a failure on basic standards of hospitality and professionalism.
