My family and I recently stayed at this incredible resort in Hurghada, Egypt, and we absolutely loved it! There was so much to do, including an amazing aqua park and theme park for the kids – they had a blast! The food was fantastic, with a wide variety of options that everyone enjoyed. The reception staff were always helpful, and the cleanliness of the entire resort was top-notch. A special mention to Adel, one of the cleaners, who always went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless. We had an unforgettable stay and will definitely be returning! I highly recommend this resort to friends and family – it's the perfect place for a memorable getaway!

We stayed 10 nights at Serenity Alma Heights and had an absolutely amazing time! Our accommodation was beautifully clean and well equipped, housekeeping came every day and do a fabulous job, we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pool and aqua park, there are plenty of sun beds and space for everyone to relax and have a great time, the food and drinks were extremely varied and to a very high standard, there is so much choice for all tastes and diets in the main dining area. What really stood out for us though was the staff, every single member of the team goes above and beyond to make sure that your stay is as amazing as possible, nothing is too much trouble and they truly do an outstanding job! Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special and unforgettable, we will definitely be back! Special mention to Abdallah on reception and also to Youssef at the bar, you guys do an amazing job!

Amazing service and a beautiful resort. We had the best time, with loads to do. All the staff were so nice and helpful, from the cleaners to the security. The cleaners are so thorough. We felt really taken care of by the staff. It was just us 2 girls and we felt safe. The entertainment staff were great too.

They provide different types of breakfast and alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, and also demand to special request if any. Overall excellent service. They made us feel like family. When we checked out and started our journey back, they even packed breakfast for us.

I am sad about the way my favorite hotel dealt with the situation and unfortunately I will not repeat the visit again. We were accommodated in a room that had not been completely maintained and the smell of paint was still there. After we entered the room, the workers informed us that they wanted to install a router in the room for internet service. How can we be accommodated in rooms that have not been completely maintained? The biggest problem was that the room itself was in the corridor of all the rooms under maintenance. I was surprised by a huge number of workers with very loud noises and leaving garbage thrown in the corridor itself and drilling work in the wall in the next room that made sleeping impossible. We contacted the reception staff 3 times to either change the room or at least stop the maintenance work in the room next to us, but there was no response to either. The work continued until 10 pm, with the workers leaving the glass panels next to our room on the floor, electrical wires hanging from the ventilation rooms and drain pipes, and the doors of these openers left unlocked. How can a family with children feel safe walking with fear of these panels slipping at any moment? I went to the reception again to find a solution and insisted that one of them accompany me to see the current situation. The panels were removed with a promise that there would be no maintenance work the next day. But they are just promises, maintenance work continued in the corridor and the room next to us in addition to operating a painting machine with a very annoying sound and a suffocating unpleasant smell that forced us to sit in the lobby until 5 pm until the workers left. Unprofessional treatment and weak response This is my fifth time at the hotel but it is the worst and I will not repeat it again
