Our stay at this supposed five-star hotel was a disaster from the start. We paid extra for a sea-view room, only to find dirty bedsheets, filthy windows, and an overall lack of cleanliness. The minibar, part of an "ultra all-inclusive" package, was laughably inadequate, stocked only once with two bottles of Coke and water during our eleven-night stay.
Housekeeping tried to impress with towel arrangements, but it couldn't hide the dirty windows and poorly maintained room. The food was a major issue; my partner and I suffered from diarrhea for over five days, likely due to substandard meals. Even with an upgrade to executive all-inclusive, the food quality didn't improve.
The hotel's approach seemed more focused on squeezing money from guests. Despite the all-inclusive package, we had to pay extra for fresh juice and fruit. Staff and vendors constantly pushed overpriced services and demanded tips upfront. On-site shops charged outrageous prices, such as 22 euros for a small bottle of sunscreen. The poorly soundproofed rooms made it impossible to relax, with noise from neighbors and maintenance staff.
Overall, this was the worst hotel experience we've ever had, feeling like a complete failure. We won't be returning and hope this review helps others avoid the same disappointment.

My stay at Serenity Alpha Beach Hotel was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the warm hospitality provided by the staff specially Mr. Ahmed Said he made the check-in process very smooth and efficient. He was very friendly and professional, ensuring a quick and pleasant start to my stay. I was greeted with a welcome drink and a complimentary upgrade to honeymoon package, which was a wonderful surprise.
The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
The hotel offers a range of excellent facilities. I particularly enjoyed the 5 different swimming pools, which was well-maintained and provided a great space to relax. The restaurants & bars served delicious food and drinks with a variety of options to cater to different tastes. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, featuring a wide array of fresh and tasty selections.
The service was impeccable. THE STAFF WERE ALWAYS ATTENTIVE, courteous, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
I’ll definitely come back. Thank you.

The biggest compliment has to go to the staff of this hotel. They work tirelessly and can’t do enough for you. Their work ethic is something they should be proud of and I always felt the staff went above and beyond of anywhere I have visited previously. They had the most happy, friendly disposition, ALL OF THE TIME! That takes some doing when you work in customer service.
The hotel was immaculate inside and out. Beautiful gardens and pathways around the pools and accommodation.
The dining rooms were spacious and although busy, not over crowded and the food was hot with a good variety of choices.
I found the booking system for the A La carte restaurants cumbersome and didn’t like the idea of having to order the meal at the point of booking so we didn’t bother.
We did eat at the Brazilian Restaurant - Picanha, on the beach front though and it was amazing.
Alcoholic drinks were reasonable (white wine and G&T were firm favourites). I would not the rate cocktails though.
Pool areas were clean and plenty of room and no rush to get a sunbed in the morning. Plenty of umbrellas for shade too.
Lots of activities in the day to join in if you wanted to, and the evening entertainment was your usual shows, singers and quizzes in the main area with a more chilled vibe on the outdoor patio area.
Something to be aware of is that the hotel is positioned on a hill/slope. Tui had no accessibility information for this hotel in the app at the point of booking so my 80 year old mum, who has difficulty walking up steps and hills found this very difficult.
Fortunately, we were approached on the second morning by the general manager, Aladin, and after mentioning the situation, he immediately upgraded us at no extra charge all to enable us to use the diamond restaurant for breakfast and dinner so mum didn’t need to go up and down the length of the property at meal times. This was very much appreciated and a great example of excellent customer service.
Overall, a lovely hotel, made even better by the staff who take every opportunity to give you the best service for an enjoyable holiday.

We had such a great time at the resort, everything was perfect, if only we could stay longer!
The only suggestion is to allow taxis (such as uber, indrive) to enter the resort to pick up guests. We took two taxis, on the first occasion, the driver was able to enter the resort with no issues after informing the front desk. When checking out, we wanted our driver to come inside, but was instead told that we need to take a shuttle with all our bags to the main gate to meet our driver.
There's tour agency at the hotel beach, i would recommend not to book excursions with them because they're overpriced. You can find cheaper options on google maps/whatsapp.
