A 5 star dining experience but some areas quite tired. Rooms cold out of season. Beds very comfortable and shower was powerful and hot. Some public areas are quite tired. The food amazing. All inclusive excellent value. Hotel is 35km from Hurghada but taxi cheap.

Today is my second day. First time in this resort. In a nutshell:
Food is 5+, diverse, and good quality. Whatever you wish for, name it, it is there.
Rooms are spacious. However, need better maintenance to keep the title of 5 star resort. The room doesn't come with an iron/ironing board.
Spa-though advertised on booking, there is no spa in this hotel. There is a sister-hotel in the same complex. I find it hustle. I wanted to be pampered and to have everything in one place.
Staff - the weakest point. GM should be aware of who is in the front desk. Yesterday, I had a feeling that I was summoned to the court. Today, I had a feeling that the receptionist in front of me was a member of the shooting squad. Not a bit friendly nor welcoming.
I live in Egypt and got to know the warmth of locals everywhere I went.
People will forget some minor technical problems if treated with respect. People come back for the great service, great people.
Will I come back? No. There are a plenty 3 star resorts like this, some of which with better manpower.

Situated in natural to ‘wild’ surroundings, the hotel is beautiful. The staff work tirelessly to ensure you feel cared for. The food was great and varied throughout our stay. The diving center is right on the beach, and one of the pools is heated.
The only downside was the room, which, while spacious, felt a bit too old.

Very nice hotel with beautiful territory and spacious and clean rooms. 6 free a la carte restaurants and one for extra charge (highly recommended to visit). Beautiful coral reef with thousands of fish. Own diving centre.

Staff was overall nice, but everywhere we went, it was expected of us to leave tips, which was getting ridiculous after a point. Also, there were a lot of times when the staff would stare for an excessive amount of time, which made me uncomfortable as a female guest.
The rooms were nice, but they weren't ventilated at all. Thought it was just a day 1 issue, but it remained the same for the entire week we were there. The bathroom was okay, but it was obvious that some mentainance was necessary.
And the location isn't anything special. It's in the middle of nowhere, so getting by without a taxi is impossible. The only activities you could actually do were scuba diving and riding quads.
