**Review: Seramar Hotel Luna Park*
I had a very disappointing experience at Seramar Hotel Luna Park. From the moment we arrived, things started going wrong. The air conditioning in our room didn't work, which made our stay very uncomfortable, especially during the hot summer days. Despite reporting this issue multiple times, the hotel staff did nothing to resolve it and showed no willingness to accommodate us in any way.
The overall attitude of the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, which only added to our frustration. Basic customer service was severely lacking, and we felt like our concerns were completely ignored. This level of disregard for guests is unacceptable, and it made our stay far from enjoyable.
I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you’re looking for a pleasant stay with decent service, look elsewhere. This place does not meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. Save your money and book somewhere else!

I visited Seramar Hotel Luna Park in Mallorca, and I have to say, for a budget option, it was pretty decent. At first, I was a bit worried because someone mentioned bugs in the room in a review, but luckily, there were none. The rooms were clean, air-conditioned, and each had a balcony. We thought we had to pay extra for the balcony, but it turned out to be included, so don’t fall for that!
As for the breakfasts – unfortunately, they weren’t great. There was plenty of food, but it all tasted bland. And it wasn’t just me – everyone who was with me felt the same. I’m usually not picky about food, but this time, it just didn’t hit the mark.
The pools, on the other hand, were awesome! Big, with music playing, and you could relax with a drink in hand. The atmosphere was really nice. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful. The only downside? Instead of duvets, there were just blankets, which wasn’t super comfortable.
All in all, if you’re looking for a budget-friendly place in Mallorca, Seramar Hotel Luna Park is a good option. Everything is affordable, and the island itself is amazing – great vibe, beautiful spots, and perfect weather. I’ll definitely return to Mallorca, though I’m not sure if I’d stay in this hotel again. But for a first trip, it was totally fine!

Stayed at this hotel for 10 days. Good experience overall.
The room was big and clean, well maintained and with a balcony. The room also had a work desk, which was useful for me. Overall I was very satisfied with the room.
The service was also nice. I could leave my bike in a separate building free of charge. And also was allowed to keep my luggage and stay in the lobby well past the check-out time.
The location is overall good. If you want to travel to the East part of the ireland or to Palma, the bus goes like a hundreed meters away from the hotel. But on the other hand most restaurants and bars are located 1.5-2 km on the West from the hotel.
The food was good. I prefered the half board. What could be better about food is some variety. Each day was the same menu, I would prefer some variety. Also on some days there were fresh fruits, and on the others the fruits looked old.
But overall I was satisfied and would come back to this hotel

Honest Canadian 🇨🇦 review, first and foremost we were treated like garbage our whole stay because people thought we were americans the waiter at the pizza shop was rude and gave us nothing but additude. Then when we asked for our bills to be separated (we were two couples) he's said to us "He couldn't and that it wasn't kindergarten". We were treated very differently when we told people we were canadians and not american.
It is a young crowd there but we had no issues with that. No noise complaints it was fairly quite during our stay
Now to the rooms they were a place to sleep basically, it was two single beds pushed together with single sheets and single blankets, which was an annoyance sleeping with significant other. I can deal with the single beds but atleast put a full size blanket if you're going to push them together. The bathroom door is a glass sliding door that doesn't close all the way so no privacy.
Save your money on the all inclusive unless your drinking heavily, the food wasn't very good. We ate 1 breakfast and 1 supper the rest of the time we ate out. There are cheap options for breakfast close by and liquor is fairly cheap.
