**Review: Seramar Hotel Luna Park*
I had a very disappointing experience at Seramar Hotel Luna Park. From the moment we arrived, things started going wrong. The air conditioning in our room didn't work, which made our stay very uncomfortable, especially during the hot summer days. Despite reporting this issue multiple times, the hotel staff did nothing to resolve it and showed no willingness to accommodate us in any way.
The overall attitude of the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, which only added to our frustration. Basic customer service was severely lacking, and we felt like our concerns were completely ignored. This level of disregard for guests is unacceptable, and it made our stay far from enjoyable.
I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you’re looking for a pleasant stay with decent service, look elsewhere. This place does not meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. Save your money and book somewhere else!

Stayed at this hotel for 10 days. Good experience overall.
The room was big and clean, well maintained and with a balcony. The room also had a work desk, which was useful for me. Overall I was very satisfied with the room.
The service was also nice. I could leave my bike in a separate building free of charge. And also was allowed to keep my luggage and stay in the lobby well past the check-out time.
The location is overall good. If you want to travel to the East part of the ireland or to Palma, the bus goes like a hundreed meters away from the hotel. But on the other hand most restaurants and bars are located 1.5-2 km on the West from the hotel.
The food was good. I prefered the half board. What could be better about food is some variety. Each day was the same menu, I would prefer some variety. Also on some days there were fresh fruits, and on the others the fruits looked old.
But overall I was satisfied and would come back to this hotel

I visited Seramar Hotel Luna Park in Mallorca, and I have to say, for a budget option, it was pretty decent. At first, I was a bit worried because someone mentioned bugs in the room in a review, but luckily, there were none. The rooms were clean, air-conditioned, and each had a balcony. We thought we had to pay extra for the balcony, but it turned out to be included, so don’t fall for that!
As for the breakfasts – unfortunately, they weren’t great. There was plenty of food, but it all tasted bland. And it wasn’t just me – everyone who was with me felt the same. I’m usually not picky about food, but this time, it just didn’t hit the mark.
The pools, on the other hand, were awesome! Big, with music playing, and you could relax with a drink in hand. The atmosphere was really nice. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful. The only downside? Instead of duvets, there were just blankets, which wasn’t super comfortable.
All in all, if you’re looking for a budget-friendly place in Mallorca, Seramar Hotel Luna Park is a good option. Everything is affordable, and the island itself is amazing – great vibe, beautiful spots, and perfect weather. I’ll definitely return to Mallorca, though I’m not sure if I’d stay in this hotel again. But for a first trip, it was totally fine!

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The noise levels were unbearable; we were woken up at 4 AM due to the constant commotion. The hotel was overrun with teenagers, making it feel more like a dormitory than a hotel. The walls are practically made of paper—you can hear everything. The management was unresponsive and the overall organization of the hotel was poor. The breakfast was a major disappointment with very few options and low quality. I strongly advise against staying here.
