This is the second time we have been to this hotel. Just like last time we are very satisfied. Very nice and helpful people working there. Always smiling and ready to solve any problem. The hotel has an excellent location and beautifully landscaped grounds. The rooms are large with a beautiful view of the garden ( bathrooms need renovation). Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday.

Improvements- 1) at a 5 star premium all inclusive hotel I would expect fresh juice with breakfast rather than being asked to pay for fresh Juice.
2) Hotel itself great, rooms slightly Dated.

amazing hotel! in the bar you can get a lot of good quality of drinks they're tasty good cocktails good coffee good service at the bars and restaurants marvellous staff very nice! jaw dropping views, very clean place, nice massages at the spa, really relaxing, quick check in, not too far from the airport, you can see landing planes from the beach (perfect for plane-spotting!!!) the wifi is also really good, it works not only in the lobby but covers the whole place, which is really fantastic, the hotel looks really majestic, outstanding architecture, fabulous garden part near the beach, really good choice of restaurants, outstanding taste of the food, unbelievably nice people, warm water in the pool, brilliant lobby area with the lobby bar, looks really inspiring. i am in love with this hotel, i chose this hotel as my destination 2 times already and i sure will continue to recommend the hotel to my friends! love it!

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Everything is in a good shape and well maintained. All members of the staff were really professional, friendly and helpful. The food was very good and fresh. They even have their own bakery. The beach is also very nice and has long pier with stairs leading to the reef where you can do some snorkeling. We definitely recommend this hotel and we'd be happy to be back here.

Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was enjoyable and memorable. The kids had an amazing time, especially with the fun-filled animation activities and the lively mini discos. The daily evening shows were a delight for the whole family, providing great entertainment every night.
We were especially impressed by the celebration of Orthodox Christmas, which was so thoughtfully organized. The morning party for the kids was delightful, and the evening cocktail reception and gala dinner were absolutely spectacular. This attention to detail and the effort to make the celebration special meant so much to us and added a magical touch to our stay.
The food at the restaurant was consistently delicious and offered a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes.
We’re already looking forward to returning to this amazing hotel again in the future. Thank you for creating such a fantastic experience for our family!
