Right name for a place to regenerate. Very comfortable rooms, but some modernization could further improve. An actual lovely large shower room with a view of the panorama and stylishly decorated common areas.
« Be Aloe » deserves special note: wellness area is not too big but with everything you need, and I appreciated that they are careful so that it is not crowded. The locker rooms elegant and functional. I would recommend the sport massage with Diana, who is a great professional, and it's worth the longer full-body massage, it puts you back in shape, and also the Canarian massage with Pedro. With this combination, already in two days, you feel disassembled and reassembled in the right way like a Lego! They are great and competent. In a time of fatigue and stress you get your body&mind back together in no time. I also liked a lot the gym opened 7/24 with a special view.
A little better organized and empathetic service at reception would take a good level to an even higher level.
Distant from points of interest and not provided transfers to/from airport, however, the real problem is getting out of the resort because it is so cozy and peaceful that it doesn't seem like a good idea to leave!

My partner and I spent our first holiday together at this hotel 19 years ago when it was called the cheriton . We went back last year January for two weeks we have booked again to go back but this time we have booked for three weeks.
All the staff were very nice and friendly our room very clean and tidy and the food how beautiful. We highly recommend this place. We cant wait to go back .

What more can I say? This is literally the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff, the environment, the food, and the attention to detail—I honestly couldn't compliment it more!
I was a bit skeptical about a golf resort, thinking I would get really bored, but oh my gosh, what a lovely place.
As a well-traveled person, please ignore any 1-star reviews because they are nonsense.
The food is buffet style and of really good quality. Because of the themes, you are naturally going to love some days more than others, but there is always something for everyone. We did the half board and chose to explore for lunch.
All the staff were amazing, but I have to give a special shout-out to Alejandro! Such an attentive, funny young man. He made dinner a blast, and we often looked for him when we went to dinner.
The small activities like beginners' golf are reasonably priced and also just fun to meet people.
The rooms are well-sized with some quirky features like a window to see the view while you shower.
There are so many pools, with my favorite being the rooftop infinity pool that looks out onto the mountains and the sea.
The spa is really nice and special, with an infinity-type pool looking onto the golf courses.
Overall, this is certainly an amazing hotel. So much so that I don’t often go back to places, but I certainly will be back here.

For the 5 star hotel, I could only rate the SPA, and the building infrastructure. Yet the rest you can rate as max 4 stars. Rooms are old, with ancient curtains with wholes in it and furniture. Air conditioner from maybe 30 years old, giving so much noise that you can't even hear each other. So loud! Food is the same every day! Fruits are not fresh sometimes. Check your bill when checking out. Truly speaking, for such level of hotel, from 5stars, you would expect more relevant offerings.

We loved this hotel. It is indeed a relaxing place, you can find a lot of spots on the property to spend your time. We loved that there were a lot of pools to choose from. The breakfast had a lot of options and everything was delicious. The staff really friendly and the rooms spacious and clean. There is a construction site nearby but we didn’t consider it a problem, we could relax nonetheless. Would definitely recommend!
