First, let me say that we both agree this is one of the best all-inclusive hotels we have ever stayed at. The hotel grounds are perfectly kept with many different plants and no rubbish or even loose leaves.
The rooms are cleaned so well, even hard to reach areas were cleaned. We had a couple of faults such as the air con not working on arrival. There was a man from maintenance there within 10 minutes fixing the issue. The food is so well cooked with some amazing dishes in the restaurants (especially Sakura) with perfectly cooked omelettes to order in the buffet.
We went privilege and it was well worth it for the drinks lounges that you can make your own drinks. We poured our own beer and prosecco all day so definitely earnt our money's worth.
But the best part by far was the staff. We travelled with our 6 month old in March 2025, and admittedly, the majority of hotel guests were retired. And although every single employee I passed said hola to me, many of staff were obsessed with our child and made us feel so welxome, even remembering our name and preparing the high chair for us at breakfast and dinner. Special mention to some staff as I feel they need to be recognised - Cora and Adrian on reception; Angela, Natan, Marta and especially Minerva in the restaurants.
We have never stayed in a hotel more than once, but this one we would definitely come back to and probably other hotels in the chain.
The only negatives we had were the 2 single beds were not tied together so moved away from each other. The location is quiet but away from anywhere other than the supermarket and the beach and I would recommend a car (there is the hotel underground car park and free street parking, although no lift from the underground car park up to the hotel). And that the breakfast was not open anywhere until 7.30 which was late for us, especially due to our personal situation of having a small child.

A wonderful experience with reception this evening so I just had to leave a review. My mother has booked into the hotel and as we are staying with friends nearby we visited to check her booking and confirm her room is easily accessible. David on reception this evening was so helpful and we left very reassured that my mother will be in safe hands, has a lovely room close to amenities and will be treated with respect and kindness. Thank you David you were extremely helpful.

Fabulous clean, well maintained hotel with engaging and friendly staff. Lovely outdoor spaces and restaurants. The Privilege class is well worth it as it gives you a better choice of restaurants if you go All Inclusive, as well as well as the use of the Privilege lounges and sundeck.
So good we've just come back from our third visit.

I could not fault this hotel if I tried, firstly the staff were so friendly and helpful especially the staff that work in the main restaurant.
The room we had was amazing even without the sea view it was astonishingly brilliant, but I would upgrade to a sea view next time for a little extra,we stayed on the side with the infinity pool which is the quieter side of the hotel id say which we enjoyed very much, the entire hotel was very clean and people could only smoke/vape in a very few designated places which kept it very nice and clean throughout the place.
We were at the end of the prom which wasn't busy but was only a short 20-30 minute walk from the noise and the dunes (which are beautiful during sunset btw).
I would recommend doing all inclusive as the food was amazing and the drinks were lovely the housekeepers were amazing and the hotel was just all in all amazing
I'm already looking at booking it again this summer for a solo trip as I can't get over how good it was.
Would definitely recommend for anyone who have family,a couple or just a nice trip for yourself.

My honest review, definitely a good 4* Hotel needs some work to compete with the 5* Hotels.
The Rooms - We stayed in a Privilege Room with Sea Views. The room is modern and looks great could do with a few tweaks some drawers or extra hanging space as there isn’t much at all. Mini bar filled every 2 days apparently but we’ve been without coffee for 4 days now but it is what it is. The cleaners do a great job and I take my hat off to them.
Location - Not the best I would say get a car and go explore. If you enjoy staying around the hotel there isn’t much just a slightly run down shopping plaza which 90% of shops are boarded up which is a shame. There is a couple of nice places to eat and the sunset bar is very nice.
Hotel - it’s not an overly big hotel it’s just set on many levels so takes a day or two to get your bearings to find the easiest way to get to places definitely a bit of a maze but you get use to it.
Food - Typical hotel food not great and we prefer to eat in local restaurants rather than at the hotel.
Staff - Cleaners fantastic very friendly lovely people, majority of the service staff again lovely people. Reception is another story, as your first impression definitely needs some attention to detail maybe the guy who we checked in was having a bad day who knows.
Overall it’s a decent hotel nothing magical no real wows anywhere just a nice hotel. Good sunsets from privilege rooms which was a bonus!
Would we come back? No probably not but we just used the hotel as a base and hired a car.
