My stay at Sunrise Aqua Joy Hurghada was absolutely wonderful! I spent 3 nights there and enjoyed every moment.
The accommodation was excellent, the services were top-notch, the food was delicious and varied, and the whole atmosphere was perfect for relaxation.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Sunrise Aqua Joy. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the facilities are well-maintained, offering plenty of activities for relaxation and entertainment. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were excellent, and the beach and pool areas were always in great condition, making the overall experience very pleasant.
The only area that fell short of expectations was the food, which I would rate 6/10. While there was variety, the taste and quality didn’t match the other high standard resorts in Hurghada.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sunrise Aqua Joy! From the moment we arrived, the staff gave us an incredibly warm welcome. I left a note mentioning that I’m pregnant and requested an easy-to-access, comfortable room. They went above and beyond—providing us with an excellent room upgrade for free and making sure everything was perfect.
The room was spotless, cozy, and ready the moment we checked in. The team even surprised us with a lovely welcome gift, and they called a day before our arrival to confirm the details and ensure a smooth check-in. Every staff member we met was friendly, professional, and truly dedicated to making guests happy.
A special thanks to Mr Mahmoud at the reception for his outstanding service and kindness—he made the whole experience even more memorable.
We also highly recommend the “Gamila” oriental restaurant inside the resort. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and the service there was beyond excellent.
Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Thank you, Sunrise Aqua Joy team, for making our stay so special!

The service at the lobby bar and on the terrace was excellent, with incredible cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The staff was very polite, and we are quite satisfied with this hotel. I would especially like to commend the waiter Mohamed Ali for providing the best service of all. Thank you very much.
