The hotel was perfect as overall.
We have stayed there at the 2nd week of September for a week and weather was perfect.
The sea was clean and beach was very nice.
The food was really good. A lot of kind of food were available and you are able to eat something else every single day. Grills are being cooked in front of you and fresh all the time like all other foods. Even salad bar was always fresh (%95 of the food was really delicious, we have never seen someone was complaining about the food)
The staff was lovely and hospitable. They have arranged us a shower room(we have used spa's shower) as our flight was late and we wanted to use the hotel after the check-out. They even didn't ask us why and they have arranged everything by themselves.
The location of the hotel also very nice, you could find everything by walking distance including cafes, souvenirs etc.

Sunrise Aqua Joy Hotel stands out as the best in every aspect. The facilities are top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay. The staff provides exceptional service, always ready to assist with a smile. The food is very good and there are lots of varieties. I would strongly recommend the Italian restaurant with it's delicious food. The beach is very nice and lots of places to sit in. The animation team are some of the friendliest people we've met. I would highly recommend this hotel to be your next vacation.

It was our first time in egypt and also with the sunrise group and i can say just one thing that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at sunrise aqua joy. The entire staff of the hotel is excellent and super helpful, cannot appreciate enough. Just one issue we had for us was as we're pure vegetarians, there were few and limited options available, specially in the buffet restaurant but the chefs always accommodated us and did their best to provide options for us. So overall an amazing amazing experience. Animation team was great with great events. Loved the atmosphere and the ambience. Would definitely recommend it to everyone.

We've had an excellent experience at the hotel for our stay for vacation. The rooms were very clean and well equipped.
Also we've had a wonderful food experience, very good variety and quality.
Overall, the experience and the Sunrise team were exquisite and we would re-visit for sure.

Great hotel, nice staff and services, nice entertainment, good location 10 min from airport, slides are fun. Great restaurant and delicious drinks and cocktails.
I have very little comment about the Hotel. The food is tasty and good variety. The seafood and brisket was delicious, but the beef is dry and chewy most of the time, also the sparkling water from the soda fountain smells like chlorine.
The pool is fun for young and old kids but the water is cloudy. I hope they will change the water more often next time.
The building is a bit older than I expected, but our room was perfect clean and new. They are renovating. New elevators installed.
The beach is very nice with a lot of chaise longues. Just a little bit disappointed about the corals, there aren't any near the beach and the water is too cloudy. My little son and I love snorkeling, Still we did see some beautiful fishes.
