We have stay for a week. Food was good and personel very friendly and helpful. Heated pools and aquapark are a massive advantage. Plenty sunbeds both near swimming pools and sea. Sea food restaurant pay extra but you still have asian, egiptian, greek and italian to choose. Book in advance is necessary. Only disappointment is the room. We have emailed hotel 3 times before the arrival to ask about room upgrade but no one come back to us. At the arrival we had to pay almost €260 to have a family room with 2 bedrooms. Standard was basically the same, street view and the construction side just next to us, with tiny balcony. When you book online price difference between rooms is only $11. When I've asked at the reception they said it's a fixed price for upgrade so fair enough but I feels like it was way to much. Except that everything was great.

I was very surprised at the quality of everything the hotel had to offer as this was my first all inclusive experience and on the basis of my experience here I am converted.
The food at the main restaurant and the 5 a la carte venues was excellent and far above expectations…. the five pools gave great different views of the resort and every half hour or so we enjoyed drinks being brought to us usually with melon to accompany it.
All of the staff were so friendly and excellent at their jobs …but the man who was our cleaner was exceptional every morning leaving flowers and towel designs for us…
Thank you Sunrise for giving us a fantastic experience and holiday we won’t forget.

First time staying at this hotel, lovely hotel, amazing food. Entertainment staff ate brilliant. Activities are good in the day, could be more varied Entertainment at night,its only on from 2130 to 2200. The a la carte restaurants are gorgeous food. Couldnt access the Egyptian restaurant due to it being upstairs, the mamager brought the menu down to the greek restaurant and cooked our food and served it in the restaurant downstairs. The staff are really helpful , nothing is to much trouble. Big thank you to all the hotel staff who helped push the wheelchair up the very steep ramp and a massive thank you to the lifeguard Ali who helped and assisted everyday atound the pool with the man in the wheelchair i was with. Coming back in October 2026. Cannot wait. X

The staff are absolutely wonderful. The accommodation is just stunning and the location is just beautiful. This is my first holiday abroad and I have never felt so welcome anywhere. Thank you to all the staff at this resort for making it such a wonderful time.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The staff is attentive and friendly, always ready to help. I would especially like to mention Mahmoud, the reservations manager — thanks to his efforts, my stay was extremely comfortable.
The food is varied and of high quality. Room cleaning is excellent. The hotel offers a spa and a well-equipped gym. Families with children will find many convenient facilities here, while the beach also has adult-only areas with bars and quiet spaces for relaxation.
The hotel fully lives up to its high rating. I would be happy to return again.
