My family and I had an amazing stay here, the service from each team was flawless. The animation team went above and beyond to welcome us and keep us entertained. The staff in the restaurants and bars were so helpful, friendly and fast with their service… the food was also incredible. We are sad to leave!! The concierge were also very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much! Finally, the lifeguards were very attentive and worked hard in the hot sun.
We loved the location and having a private beach, plus the water park made it even better. Thank you to the cleaning staff too who also worked very hard. We will return again soon!

We just wrapped up our third stay at Sunrise Aqua Joy become our go-to for family vacations. The pools and water slides are fantastic, and it’s clear they were designed with family fun in mind. There’s also a variety of activities each day that appeal to all ages, so no one ever feels left out. The animation team deserves a special mention. They’re fantastic. The food options are excellent as well, with plenty of choices to satisfy everyone.

Absolutely fantastic experience! This hotel is truly amazing, offering a perfect mix of comfort, fun, and relaxation. There’s always something exciting happening, with plenty of activities every day that make it impossible to get bored. A huge thank you to the animation team, especially Vola, for making our stay extra memorable. They kept everyone entertained and ensured that our time here was filled with laughter and unforgettable moments. This is our 2nd visit to Sunrise Aqua Joy. The hotel is amazing with everything more than expected. The mega family room was spacious but needs some renovation. The food, drinks and snakes were tasty with wide varieties. The Aqua park was amazing. The kids enjoyed it but the water was a bit cold and needed to be heated at this time of the year (October). The kids club was very entertaining for the kids and the animation team was very friendly.
I am looking forward to my next visit to Sunrise Aqua Joy.

Great experience, nice food with a big variety of meat and fish, Arabic Egyptian and the other cuisines. Very very nice service, surprisingly great for Egypt!! Well done!
I would like to thank Jenya from guest relations for help with issue with towels and cameras. I would rather suggest the hotel to get rid of the practice of charging for the towels, since it causes another problem when people steel it and then the other people suffer from those who need to steel and return.
Personally, I think such costs can be covered from operational costs, turnover.
Animation team is friendly, and looks like guys are doing their best! We also liked kids club opportunity that take care of kids during the whole day.
I should say that every person we met in the bar, restaurant, service were super friendly! And overall experience is above expectations for 4* star hotel! Keep going!
