I had an amazing stay at Rixos Premium JBR! The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect, and everything was super clean and well taken care of. The food, the beach, the pool – everything was top-notch.
What really stood out though was the service, especially from the manager, Bibin. He was so friendly, helpful, and always made sure we were happy and comfortable. You can tell he truly cares about the guests and takes pride in what he does. It’s rare to meet a manager who’s so hands-on and involved.
Thanks to Bibin and the whole team for making our stay so special. Can’t wait to come back!

The Premium Two Bedroom Suite has a dreamlike view to lots of spectacular sights around the palm. You have to see that with your own eys. Our familiy with 4 kids had enough space in that suite and enjoy everything the hotel offers. Great food, very friendly employee in all ares inside the hotel and outside at the pools. Mrs. Sachini made up our suite every day - after the 4 kids played in - and it looks like we are the first users of that suite. The sand and the sea is beautifull. We already booked our next stay in Rixos Premium Dubai JBR. CU soon :-)

This was our first stay here and it exceeded our expectations. Everything is extremely clean, the food selection is good, all of the staff are extremely welcoming and always available to help. You do need to be up early to secure a sun lounger - on our first day we went down at 0900 and there were none left, however this wasn’t an issue on the days we got up earlier.
Thank you to Zar in housekeeping for being so friendly and attentive!

We chose this hotel based on recommendations from friends and our travel agent. Initially, we booked for three nights, but everything was so amazing that we decided to extend our stay for another night.
From the moment we arrived at reception, we were warmly welcomed by Sarah, who was full of positive energy, always smiling, and incredibly helpful. Throughout our stay, she assisted us with any questions and everything we needed.
The breakfast was simply outstanding—delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options.
The pool area was fantastic, with excellent service from the staff. The pool beds were comfortable, the beach service was exceptional, and the food at the pool bar was absolutely delicious!
Our room was spacious and spotless, cleaned twice a day, with a constant supply of fresh water and coffee. Ivan from the service team was always available and assisted with anything we needed.
The hotel's location is perfect—right on the beachfront with a private beach, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. The Marina Mall is also within walking distance.
Without a doubt, this was an exceptional vacation, and we can’t wait to come back!
