We stayed on the 31st floor and had an amazing view. Paris, our housekeeper was very thorough in cleaning our room as well as replenishing supplies. He was friendly, courteous and professional.
We also dined at AOC restaurant for our buffet breakfasts and found the waiting staff to be extremely efficient, courteous and friendly.
We enjoyed our stay at this 5-star property and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

We recently stayed at this Sofitel hotel for 6 nights in Dubai. The location is excellent and the views from the rooms are lovely. The real benefit of staying at this hotel is the 5 Star Service you will receive, from check-in, to concierge, to doormen, house keeping and restaurant service; all the team members are customer focused, friendly, polite, attentive and professional. Madina in the dining room specifically went above and beyond each day when we enjoyed breakfast. She remember our coffee order, was attentive to our needs and made our stay very enjoyable! Kudos to her and her customer experience focus! I highly recommend this hotel!

We have had very good service, the room was always cleaned , new towels were provided every day. If we needed anything extra that was brought to the room quickly. Padang was always available to help in every way. He provided us with everything we needed. Very pleasant young man.

I had a wonderful Stay at Sofitel Hotel! It was very clean and the service was excellent. The breakfast was amazing.
