I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jumeirah Emirates Towers, checking out on October 16, 2024, and the experience was nothing short of remarkable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service, which made me feel truly welcomed.
The hotel’s luxurious ambiance, combined with the stunning skyline views of Dubai, made it a perfect choice for both business and leisure. The room was spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with every modern comfort, ensuring a relaxing and productive stay. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel was impressive, from the cleanliness of the facilities to the thoughtful amenities provided.
What stood out the most was the exceptional service by the staff, who went above and beyond to accommodate every need. Whether it was assistance with meeting arrangements or personalized recommendations for dining and entertainment, they were always professional, courteous, and attentive.

To me this is the best spot in Dubai and Dubai is a big place.
I want to thank jumeriah for the great stay and enjoyed it.
First off the rooms are great 10/10 .. the hotel is nice... No complaints at all.
Secondly it is connected to a business center in Dubai so naturally there is a lot going on. It is walking distance and connected to gate village which has a lot of good restaurants.

The Hotel truly cares about its guests , all the Staff are very friendly and always greet you with a Smile . The rooms are spic and span and they also have a wonderful turndown service, they even made my dad’s celebration special with a welcome cake and a beautiful towel decoration. The location is right opposite and has a direct connection to Museum of the Future. The breakfast buffet has a nice collection of food spread with top notch quality .
I really enjoyed my and I would definitely come back the next time .

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at!!! Extremely clean, top notch customer service, delicious breakfast and happy hour. Easy access to the Museum of the Future and the Metro. Staff were super kind, friendly and professional. The bed and pillows were so comfortable!
