Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we arrived, the staff displayed a shocking level of unprofessionalism. The room we were given was nothing like what anyone expects. But the worst part was the sheer dishonesty and manipulation by the staff.
They deliberately made us wait for 4.5 hours in the lobby, constantly assuring us that an upgrade was available for a certain price. Then, at the last minute, they doubled the price for ugrade, assuming we would have no choice but to accept it since we had already wasted so much time. Their attitude was appalling, as if they were testing how desperate we were.
It was clear that they had no intention of providing good service—they were just playing games with guests. There was no accountability, no professionalism, and absolutely no respect for our time or comfort. We are genuinely shocked by such behavior from a supposedly reputable hotel chain.
Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to be lied to, disrespected, and have your time completely wasted.
Hey Chefs
It is a mixes of feelings. I did had a great time there but I can’t hold myself to point few things.
We were invited 2times for room upgrades that was beautiful and beautiful rooms, extremely big and comfortable, But.
Andaz the Palm does not reflect Andaz properties in Asia and Europe, but still a good property.
The service need to improve a lot, people are not so friendly in the front house and it is clear that they have communication problem between reservation and front house…. What really is disappointed and a bit mess in the breakfast service.

I just spent a week at Andaz The Palm with my mom and it was an amazing stay! The hotel itself has been maintained super well, the private beach is amazing and the quality of breakfast and dinner was absolutely amazing. But what made the stay unforgettable was the amazing staff at the hotel in every department: Mohammad Abbas, Prajeth, Felix, Sriram - thanks so much, we hope to visit again! :)

Really good hotel! Not too big as other in the palm. Private pool on the roof top with Burj AlArab and Burj Khalifa view. Staff is helpful, breakfast was awesome.
On the other side, beach and pool down was oldish, and over crowded. Restaurant at the pool wasn't the best, and slow service.
I would recommend to stay in the hotel. I got a free suite upgrade, thank you!

Currently at Andaz and loving the stay. We are a family with 2 kids and the hospitality has been brilliant. We were given a lovely room with all the kitchen amenities, this has really helped us so that we can wash and dry the clothes. Hafeez was really lovely to welcome us and offered sweats to welcome us and was very warm and welcoming. The restaurant staff are really lovely. Special mention to Priya restaurant staff, Bilal who was serving at the chaat corner, Sajith the chef who was very friendly and ensured our stay has been comfortable and the Chef from UK sorry didn’t catch the name. Overall most at the restaurant were really nice and looked out for everyone. The room cleaning has been excellent as it’s kept spotless. The guys at the entrance always with a smile.
The food has been flavourful. Less variety but there is always something we could find to eat. They are more into quality than quantity.
The only negative if I have to pick something is that the pool is a bit far from our room and we have to go through the restaurant which isn’t ideal. It would be good to get an entrance to the rooms in the hotel through the outside. Overall would surely recommend.
