I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to our amazing waiter, Art, for his outstanding service and incredible help with our children during both dinners and breakfasts. The food was fantastic, and Art went above and beyond to assist us with the kids' meals, making everything smooth and enjoyable for our family.
He was extremely polite and we truly appreciated his efforts and enjoyed our time at the Turquoise restaurant. The rest of the staff were also kind and helpful, which added to our wonderful experience.

Loved much about the hotel except for the location , spent a quite impressive amount of money for taxi. Would like to emphasize on the quality of the food, decent diversity of it.
The Rixos’s service is something that should be definitely mentioned.
Tom is the greatest employee I’ve seen during my trips so far. He turned out to be very caring, helpful and positive. Encouraged me to visit Uganda one day 😂

Really enjoyed our stay! The room was very nice and spacious with a lovely view. Food wise, the steak restaurant was very nice for dinner and we really liked the buffet restaurant where we actually chose to eat most of the time. The weekly BBQ night was fab!
All the staff were very friendly too, in every department. The Kids Club was great and our 5 year old loved it - so many activities on offer and they even have a weekly carnival on for the kids. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a family friendly holiday. We'll definitely be back again.
