We recently stayed at Rixos Premium Belek in Antalya with our children, and unfortunately, the experience fell far short of our expectations. While the property appears stunning in photos, the reality didn’t quite live up to the hype. On a positive note, the à la carte restaurants — including The People’s Café, the Italian, and the Pan-Asian venues — offered good food and attentive service. However, the main Turquoise buffet was a major disappointment, both in terms of food quality and staff responsiveness. Despite being marketed as a family-friendly resort, we found that aside from the pool (including a well-maintained heated pool), there was little to keep children engaged. The Rixy Kids Club, while featuring both indoor and outdoor areas, offered minimal activities and lacked energy or creativity in programming. One of the most frustrating aspects of our stay was the restaurant reservation system. It rarely worked properly, and we often found ourselves unable to book the à la carte restaurants, leaving us with no choice but to return to the underwhelming buffet. The resort also promotes complimentary access to the Land of Legends, which we had looked forward to. Sadly, this turned out to be another letdown — most of the rides were closed, only a couple were worth trying, and we were able to explore the entire park in under an hour. The food options there were also quite poor. While the property is spacious and expansive, it lacks proper signage and direction, making it confusing to navigate. Additionally, there was very little entertainment or activity after 6 PM, which left the evenings feeling dull. In contrast, our previous experience at Rixos Sharm El Sheikh was exceptional — with vibrant nightly events, thoughtful service, top-tier food, and a truly guest-centric approach. In summary, Rixos Premium Belek suffers from poor planning, unreliable systems, and a noticeable lack of thoughtful hospitality. While it has the potential to be a top-tier resort, it currently doesn’t come close to the standards set by other Rixos properties. Regrettably, we left disappointed after paying premium rates for the stay and would not recommend this resort — particularly for families traveling with children.

We recently had an amazing holiday at Rixos Hotel as a family of four, and it exceeded all our expectations! One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary access to the Land of Legends theme park, which was an incredible experience for both us and our children. The hotel staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. The restaurants offered a fantastic variety of delicious food, the buffet was great especially the desserts and our room was perfectly comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. We had such a wonderful time and are already looking forward to returning for another memorable stay. Highly recommend!

Came here 2 years ago and had an amazing time with no faults could not wait to come back! however this time round it seems different! Currently staying here at Rixos with husband and toddler and I am most disappointed with some of the kids club activities for children just joining in. Some of the activities e.g kids games, hula hoop, dancing only last for max 10minutes and their games are competitive games which is unfair to toddlers not getting it straight away. Allowing the music to start and when it stops they should enter a hoop or stand on something and if you don't you are out. My daughter was the first out as she hadn't got the hang of it and was told she is 'cancelled' and that was it for her. No practice runs no fun time after with the equipment. They should allow the children to just have fun and not have to compete to feel included. These are kids of many ages not just older children. The workers should be more friendly towards children just coming to join and make introductions. The only activity that was more inclusive was the zumba (was a male and female at the time forgot their names) they included my daughter with no hesitation and made sure she was having fun and understanding what is happening! Furthermore one worker who was meant to be keeping an eye on some children whilst they play was seen sitting down playing with the sand with her head down - not reassuring so we are not leaving our child alone at the kids club. Food is not of the same quality as 2 years ago but otherwise everything else is the same.

Luxury in full flash! Very welcoming personnel, attentive and helpful. The hotel is huge and you can easily complete a 10k step target throughout the day. Great food and a good choice of restaurants. Guest rooms are huge and comfortable sleep quality.

Our recent holiday at the Rixos Premium Belek was truly exceptional, deserving of its 5-star rating. The outstanding service began even before our arrival, with Esra and Attila contacting us 48 hours in advance via WhatsApp to facilitate our check-in. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and experienced a seamless check-in process. Our family room was impeccably clean, and the beds and pillows were unbelievably comfortable – a true highlight! The housekeeping team maintained this high standard throughout our stay, ensuring everything was spotless. We were equally impressed with the dining options. The Turquoise Restaurant offered an excellent buffet, and we also enjoyed delicious meals at the Italian, Godiva, and Asian restaurants. The resort's facilities were superb. We loved the beautiful beach area, the heated outdoor pool, and the relaxing spa. Our children had a fantastic time in the arcade area, and the complimentary shuttle to the Land of Legends theme park was a fantastic bonus. Esra and Attila's professionalism and exceptional customer service were truly commendable. They promptly answered all our questions and were incredibly helpful in making restaurant reservations, including arranging a special meal for our daughter's upcoming birthday. When a miscommunication issue arose with one reservation, they quickly and effectively resolved the issue with an alternative solution, leaving us completely satisfied. Thank you to the entire team at Rixos Premium Belek for creating such a memorable holiday. We can't wait to return!
