***this is NOT 4star hotel***
**NO ECO - plastics everywhere (even there where are not needed)**
Take your knife/plate with you from home! :(
Seriously - this is really the situation we escalated to reception or other staff during few days and 2 times per day we are fighting for forks/knives/plates to be able to eat delicious food prepared by your restaurant.
I’m really sorry about your employees which repeatedly don’t have any answer except “1minute”, which is mostly about 5-10 minutes are meet is getting cold.
Did you tried to eat in the restaurant some time with other guest or are you getting the meal served in VIP area only?
Let me say the truth, they are no one who is looking for cleanness & food in general in the restaurant. e.g. in spaghetti area floor are full of them and people are distributing spaghetti to whole restaurant.
French fries - full restaurant is waiting for french fries, if you see permanent high demand (i see it after 2 days here), why not to put another place with them in other part of the restaurant to get enough for everyone.
Beach Towels - we were in luck to get our 4, family travelling in company with us was not that lucky (no towels-sorry), did not get any. I tried to change my towels today.
Again - no towels.
I truly believe this hotel has a few employees which are kind, but in they deep soul are sad as hearing the complaints they can’t change is not easy.
Definitely, I would ask my travel agency @FIFO about the compensation as this hotel is definitely not meet the 4* standard at all.
We are missing a lot of quality marks, I want to point another one with missing any lifeguard near pools in your hotel. I believe in toboggan pool at least it’s like critical issue.
Pool bar - during the day, they is only one bar providing the drinks.
Barman is working alone in duty, managing the big cans of beers & food for snacks etc. This is just ridiculous. People are waiting in the cue…
This is the ONLY place you can fulfill your paid all inclusive!
Pool near the street is very nice, but the bar is like left in 90s with no service (only HOT nealco is self-serviced). It’s fully retro, waiting with the ceiling to fall down to someone.
Nothing mentioned here is written about the one time experience, we came on Wednesday and it’s everyday repetitive issue which are killing our leisure.
We traveled the world (last time in Malia on Crete in 2022) and NEVER saw the restaurant where missing equipment & services (repeatedly) happen!

Unfortunatelly I was truilly dissapointed with hotel standard, and from 4 stars hotel I was expecting more. Room smelled with moisture and mold. I vented the room for 2 days, but its didn't helped. I made a complain at reception twice, but no one even came to see and check. Shower cabin was not able to close because doors where broken, so as a result bathrom was flooded all the time. They didn't replace towels on demand. They took the dirty ones, but didn't put a fresh ones. Towels itself where with awfull stains. If there are stains that won't go after wash, you should throw it away. So room standard was very poor. the rest of hotel was nice. Few small buildings with palms and grass between them. There is like 5 swimming pools,(2 outdoor, 1 outdoor for adults only, 1 indoor, 1 for kids with small slides, and 1 with big slides) so no problem to find a place. Food was tasty, but nothing very fancy. At bar all of drinks where in plastic cups. Be careful of check-in and check-out hours, they will not allow you to use all inclusive and infrastructure of hotel after check out, if you need to wait for your flight. Beach was nice, and quite close to hotel.

We are currently staying in this hotel. The rooms and food are not bad, the cleaning staff and kitchen work well. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the work of the reception desk. On June 11, we received a categorical demand from the reception staff to vacate the room, although the reservation was made before June 15. No argument was accepted. We were persistently offered to vacate the room, without accepting any arguments (a voucher with check-in dates, etc.). Only the senior manager of the hotel was able to reassure his subordinates and restore justice. He had to apologize for them, and the culprits pretended that nothing bad had happened. I was ashamed of their behavior, and sorry for the time and nerves. It is unlikely that we will come to this hotel in the future.

It's a terrible hotel, everything is old, dirty, all with mold, terrible, the staff is constantly drunk, the rooms are very dirty, the towels, the linen was all dirty, the food is terrible. Doesn't match 4 stars

I want to preface this by saying that the hotel has huge potential for improvement, but more investment in the room amenities is a must!
My family and I (three adults) booked our last minute trip to Crete for seven nights from Serbia. My first impression upon arriving at our room was not the best, as one of our shower doors was missing, so every time we showered, the whole bathroom floor got wet. While the room, in my experience, was relatively clean compared to other hotels we have stayed at, there is more to be expected from a hotel advertising itself as four stars - this includes room cleaning service, however it is a big hotel so this is somewhat understandable. The furniture in the rooms was dated, but in decent condition. my room (closest to the pool slides), had very poor Wi-Fi signal, which was a little inconvenient. On our fourth day at the hotel, a pipe under one of the sinks became loose and water started leaking in the bathroom. Unfortunately, even after we reported this, a technician did not show up to fix it (as promised by reception) until the next morning, so my dad had to sort this out himself, which was a letdown.
On the positive side, the hotel’s selling point is definitely its all-inclusive pool and beach chair use, bar access and buffet access, as well as the entertainment nights organised multiple times during the week. The performers were all very entertaining, engaging and welcoming (my personal favourite was the belly dancing). I believe that the comments stating the pools to be dirty, and the food and drink to be horrible are exaggerating. The pools are cleaned every other day at midnight (unfortunately, the bad smell of cleaning products during the night is a result of this), and while quite simple, there are many food options available from the buffet, including fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as amazing desserts, particularly the baklava! The drinks from the bars were also decent.
While the positives outweighed the negatives for us, I understand how certain inconveniences may make the stay less pleasant if staying at the hotel for a longer period (or travelling from a farther departure point).
