Rooms are clean, and not too small, but are not equipped with fresh water, kettle, tea, coffee. Staff is nice and in most cases speak English. I have objections to the meals. Diversity is fine, but it looks, like cooks have no idea how to use spices. For example, if meal has 3 different kind of fishes, you may be sure, that at least 2 of them will have no taste. The same with chicken meat. I recommend pork.

Me and my wife stayed here for our honeymoon for 10 days and it was great! Lovely friendly staff and a great location, big swimming pool and a good choice of activities. Food was also good and my wife took a particular liking to the rustic sausages at breakfast. We both enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend.

was very very disappointed in this place wouldn't recommend to anyone food dreadful over priced holiday here supposed to be 4 star me maybe 1 star very max and its stretching it would be 2 star. back from here 1 week and will never go back all inclusive drinks were disgusting and you had to pay extra after 11 even though already paid. If the staff think this is a 4 star hotel please go across the road and see what a 4 star hotel is like. Avoid this place like the plague

Food and drinks are disastrous. I am trying to survive. Dear hotel manager it is much better to have less food and drinks and to deliver more high quality food and drinks. If you would like to loose the taste for food and drinks you are most welcomed to visit this hotel.

The pros and cons about this hotel. Pros : the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is good, close to shops, restaurants and the beach a 4 minutes walk. The service is good, they pay attention at the guests. The hotel pool is nice also. Cons : variety of food is poor. Especially the breakfast. The beverages are also low quality, the coke, the cocktails, even the water had a bad taste. Although it's an all inclusive hotel there is no free ice cream for children at the pool bar(other 4 star hotels they have it). We stayed in a family suit with 2 bedrooms, we had enough space but the furniture was old and smelled horrible and the bathroom doesn't match for a 4 star hotel. On the last day the biggest surprise was that we had to pay an extra 40 euros!!!, so we can stay in the room for 3 more hours with a 2 year old child until the transfer bus arrived at the hotel to take us to the airport. This is not professional! Overall we spent a nice 7 days with family in Crete, this hotel is definitely not 4 star, a solid 3 probably.
