Rooms are clean, and not too small, but are not equipped with fresh water, kettle, tea, coffee. Staff is nice and in most cases speak English. I have objections to the meals. Diversity is fine, but it looks, like cooks have no idea how to use spices. For example, if meal has 3 different kind of fishes, you may be sure, that at least 2 of them will have no taste. The same with chicken meat. I recommend pork.

Me and my wife stayed here for our honeymoon for 10 days and it was great! Lovely friendly staff and a great location, big swimming pool and a good choice of activities. Food was also good and my wife took a particular liking to the rustic sausages at breakfast. We both enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend.

Food and drinks are disastrous. I am trying to survive. Dear hotel manager it is much better to have less food and drinks and to deliver more high quality food and drinks. If you would like to loose the taste for food and drinks you are most welcomed to visit this hotel.

At the beginning of our holiday they overbooked our room 2 adults 2 children as they did that to many others that we met, and finally after 1.30 hours of waiting they send us to other hotel for 2 days, after the 2 days we came back and the room wasn't ready, anyway finally we managed to check in , so imagine starting your holidays like this moving around from hotel to hotel.
.totaly agreed we the previous reviews that variety of food is poor. Especially the breakfast. The beverages are also low quality, the coke, the cocktails, even the water had a bad taste tasted like chlorine. I booked all inclusive hotel and i wasn't eating there, imagine how it was
.Also agree with previous reviews about broken air-conditions, at 3 in the morning after night out air-condition didn't works, after trying to fix it for some hours, it
broke again in the morning ruined our sleep and rest.
So u can imagine how they start to ruined our holidays. also all days of our staying a lot of angry customers were at the reception asking for the manager.

. Dinning area is a chaos,too small to fit so many people u can't find a clean table.
I.m sorry i couldn't stay there with my family. We were supposed to stay there 7 nights but i took my family and leave from there at day 3.
.Bedroom: hard matress we wake up with back pain.
No coffee or tea making facilities in the room
The positive things about this hotel is the patient and friendly staff as they hear all day theses complains

I certainly wouldn’t say it’s a 4* hotel. 3 at the most. I think it’s very basic and could do with being pulled down and re built. The swimming pool is of a decent size. No kids pool. We was here just 4nts as a last minute little break. If it was my main holiday of the year, I would be checking out and finding a nicer hotel that’s for sure. It’s not at all suitable for people with mobility issues.
