Bungalows and Estate well shaped, big selection of various food, beach is clean and service is available, we stayed here for some days to rest and we had a great time. Only the fact that people want to sell excisions and massage at the beach was annoying. The staff is very motivated and friendly and tries its best to satisfy your needs.

Cute hotel, located in center of Hurghada, in Sheraton street.
Fantastic place if you are willing that also walk around, and make nice shopping of local products, leather, souvenirs, etc.
hotel is clean, with nice beach, polite stuff. Entertainment is improved and friendly.
Food is tasty, and there is choice of local food as also international.
What is most important- there is family atmosphere and very cozy.

Rooms are ok, can be improved. Phones, locker not working. Room Service is very slow or you can say not available. But I still give them 4 star because of Sea view from the room balcony.
Also one more thing, there are very less amount of options for Vegetarian

Location of the hotel is great, on Sheraton road which has lots of shops and restaurants. Money exchange is available nearby and also local supermarkets.
The hotel has a beach which is very nice and clean, different chill beds available to relax.
Staff also is very nice and prepared to do everything you like. The bungalow room I stayed in was very clean and big. TV and hairdryer works well. Mini fridge (makes noise) and a big desk / wardrobe. Also a safe for personal things. The tap water sometimes doesn’t get hot but not a BIG issue.
However, the wifi only available in lounge, works VERY slow and bad. I had to use my own data all the time so this is really a down point. I would say don’t assume the wifi will work when visit here so have a back up plan.
The food… not great - very repetitive and not many options. Mainly things like rice, potato, vegetables (sauces), chicken, white fish etc. Sometimes the salads didn’t taste fresh. Bread and desserts also dry sometimes. I would have liked the bowls and cups bigger because they were like 120 ml I think. It would have been nice if they had more actual Egyptian dishes too.

This was my 1st time coming to Egypt and i cant wait until i come back.
Such a lovely Hotel, ZYA Regina was situated in Hunguarda very near to the amazing marina promenade. The grounds were well kept and tidy. Picturesque setting and an amazing private beach. The restaurant food was great with meats being roasted on the BBQ grill everyday as well as the normal buffet. I want to thank all the staff around the hotel and grounds. So willing, joyful and went above and beyond to make the experience amazing.
The animation team always had lots of activities and worked so hard. I cant mention everyone's names as their were so many that played a key role.
