Don't be fooled by the picture's. We booked this and upgrades to a superior room but the company we booked with booked it through another company who booked a basic room. Well if that room was a basic room I would hate to see a tip of a room. The doors to the balcony wouldn't lock, the pillows were yellow, the fridge was dirty and rusty. We complain to the front desk and the young girl who was dealing with us was going to put us in the right room but the manager got involved, and to say he was obnoxious and rude is an understatement.
The bar and restaurant staff were all nice and polite, couldn't do enough for you. The food was edible but the selection was very poor. We sat by the pool next to the slides but only 4 or 5 peoplw went in and said it was freezing and that was over a 7 day period.I would have given it 1 star but 2 stars are for the staff that I mentioned before. Apologies for not remembering any names but all nice and polite.
Would I recommend going here,NO, unless it's for the sun. I never write reviews for hotels but this had to be said. The reason for me taking a picture of my socks was to show how dirty the floor was. They did eventually put us in to a better room which was described as deluxe, it was better and cleaner but definitely not deluxe.

Hotel Regine is a great place if you’re looking to relax but also have fun with some cool activities. The animation team definitely makes a difference here—they keep the atmosphere lively and engaging. Would recommend if you’re into a balance of chill time and activities!

Alexandra from animation is so friendly and nice. I’ve been coming to Regina for 5 years now and have seen a massive improvement. The animation team is really good this time. Very attentive service. The location is great, right in the middle of Sheraton Street so easy access to everything you could want. The beach is very big with lots of space.

NO WIFI- big consideration when booking for some
Hotel set in stunning grounds, beautifully kept. Great staff, all really helpful and friendly. Clean and quiet rooms. Food was tasty although repetitive. Clean beautiful beach on a quite private cove. Pool was not heated and was colder than the UK seas in winter- I know because I swim them. No idea how it didn't warm in the day with the sun. Took my breath away when I got in. The sea was much more pleasant! Clear, clean and warm!
If it wasn't for the WiFi situation, I would come again

I had an amazing stay at Zya Regina! The staff was fantastic. A special shoutout to the animation team, they were energetic, fun, and made every day so enjoyable with their activities and shows. Highly recommend for a lively and memorable getaway!
