I have been coming to Regina for a few years now. Its location is excellent. Service is excellent and all staff and management very friendly.
Animation are very good also. What I can say is that the guest are quite rude and unpleasant. But overall I am extremely happy with the hotel the staff and my rooms and will continue to go back as I like it

I love this place, the garden is to die for. At the bar and in the restaurant you are always given preferential treatment and the room boys are always very friendly and attentive
Today the lifeguards had a training on the beach, we were very shocked how badly they are trained. Drowning is therefore the better option. Neither would they be shown what it's like to bring a person from the sea to the beach, the heart massage will definitely cause rib fractures. Whether the patient may have swallowed the tongue is not checked at all. The boys put on their swimming goggles first, before everything was really water, it took 7 minutes. The fitness of the boys also leaves a lot to be desired. Their equipment on the beach is very inadequate to react accordingly. A professional should actually train here and not someone who watches it on TV from time to time.
Better education and education and equipment would make the guys better.

To management, you should educate your team on how important your guests who's paying their salary and all guests not by nationality are the same. Your team is VERY POOR for service or greeting its negative 10 star kitchen team doesn't know anything about food safety !!
The restaurant has very bad small cats always around,
The first time I saw a restaurant & recaption without AC,
After 2 hours waiting in reception, I got my room so dirty no one cares to check before giving me the key.

Very bad food, not varied, I had a stomach infection and a fever, and now I am taking medication and have not recovered yet. and they don’t care about cleanliness, especially cleaning the rooms. They didn’t change the bed sheets before our arrival, until the time of our departure, there are insects in the hotel and upon our arrival, we found different rooms other than the ones we had booked in advance. Otherwise, the beach and the hotel’s location are very good, but it’s not recommended to go there.

The hotel is a disaster. They try to scam everybody. It took them more than one hour to check us in, because they think my child should be booked as adult rather than child although on booking.com defines 0 - 17yo as child. So the receptionist wanted to charge me more for my child.
The hotel obviously has family rooms to accommodate 3 or 4 persons but it just can’t be booked online. So I ended up booking 2 rooms for my family. When we were checking in, the receptionist tried to put 4 of us in one room. I had to tell him that I booked and paid for 2 rooms then he reluctantly gave me 2 rooms which are miles away.
When I realized that the 2 rooms are at each end of this resort, I had to return to the reception asked them to correct the ridiculous arrangement. Please note that I booked 2 rooms in 1 booking, and they knew we are a family.
Their room availability is a mystery, when I booked 2 rooms, the room type I intended to select “seaview room”had only one available, so I had to select one “seaview room” and the one as a higher grade “beach front room”. However after I finished booking, my friend made another booking and “seaview room” was available. When checking in, my friend was assigned a room next to my initial “seaview room”. I don’t understand why it wasn’t available for me to book.
After they put our rooms on the same floor of one building, I found that the room type was not right. I booked one “beachfront room”but neither of the two rooms were “beachfront”. Both had a side seaview. The next day I asked the reception which was “seafront”, they tried to avoid answering me. We only stayed for 2 nights so I didn’t have time follow. It was not impressive at all.
The reservation manager was arrogant and rude. My friend booked with me, because she can’t book one room for her family of 3, so she booked a room for 2 adults, hope to pay extra for the child at check in. At the reception, the reservation manager asked $135 to accommodate the child in my friend’s room. That’s almost the price of booking a separate room! Please note that the room my friend booked has one double bed and two single beds, it was stated clearly in the booking confirmation, although on booking.com, it can only add 2 persons, not 3. It is absolutely ridiculous to charge $135 to accommodate a child in an existing room. It doesn’t make sense at all except that the hotel tries to rip off its clients.
