Location and food were amazing! Next to the sea with beautiful sunrises every day! Food fresh and delicious, big variety of food 🥰All the rest - a big room for improvements.
Room - our ground floor apartment didn’t have a window in the bedroom. Actually there was a small window to the hotel hall (24/7 dark in the room) When we asked to move the room, we were offered a sea view apartment for £70 extra per night. The sea view apartment had a beautiful view from both bedroom and living room, however all the facilities were the same - very tired looking kitchen and bathroom.
Room safe, air conditioner and beach towels all at extra cost.
We had half board including, drinks at dinner weren’t included and prices for these were much higher compared to the neighbouring restaurants.
2 lifts were incredibly small and 1 a bit bigger. So in the bigger I could fit with a baby pram, but my partner supposed to walk up the stairs. 3 days out of 7 the bigger lift was out of order which was terrible as we were carrying pram with baby up the stairs.
When arrived we been told that room cleaning is by request only and they need a notice day in advance (mean that in a week time your room will be cleaned no more than 3 times), but their staff changing towels and bins every second day without requesting, however it was change in our apartments just once during our 7 days stay.
Also when we asked a vase on the reception for fresh flowers - they said they don’t have any 😢

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Great location right on the beach. Stunning views over the sea. We went half board, breakfast and dinner was delicious, great variety of food, fresh and well presented, lots of seating available. The room was comfortable and spacious, very clean. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Great drinks selection in the bar. Lovely decor and facilities. My only complaint was that they closed our room tab before our final dinner, meaning we couldn't have any type of drink with our meal as it is cash only in the restaurant, but we only had card. Apart from that it's a lovely hotel and I will definitely be visiting again. With cash for dinner time! Thank you to the staff for making our stay so wonderful.

The hotel is clean and the reception and dining area are very sleek and modern, bedrooms are a little dated, but clean and comfortable and well stocked with crockery, cutlery and pots/pans for those that wish to self cater. Room cleaning is on request but bins are emptied and towels are replaced every other day.
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast is absolutely excellent with a huge selection of hot and cold food. There is an onsite laundry service that costs 4 euro to wash (including detergent and softener), and 3 euro to dry which was extremely convenient. The only bad thing I have to say is that the large lift is the only one that goes to ground level at all times of day and is often out of order. The two smaller lifts do go down to ground level but you can only exit during times that the restaurant is open which means carrying luggage and our baby’s pram up and down the stairs.
The location is perfect for the beach and is only a few minutes away from some excellent bars and restaurants.

Friendly and helpful staff. Basic room but very clean. We had a seaview balcony and it was just across the road to the beach. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby . There's a walk through the country park to the castle or the other way to the secret caves.I would definitely stay here again

What an amazing week staying in one bedroom with lounge, two bathrooms and British TV. Had breakfast and dinner on first day and big thank you to the serving and kitchen staff they are so helpful and look after you. The views were stunning and looking out to the sea and the sun rising each day was bonus. There is music with bar and seating area at the front entrance with side swimming pool which is all great for the family. The location is great for walking along beach and next to some great restaurants. The reception staff were great from day one and big thanks to all of you as you made our holiday more enjoyable. I would recommend the Playa Moreia for holiday and take the kids they will love it.
