We loved our experience at Pirate Village very much! Here are the most important highlights that we value:
- It's very close to the beach, so you can easily combine beach and pool time.
- The space is very well-organized—everything is close by, and it's easy to keep an eye on the kids.
- The slides are only for children and very safe. Our kids (10 and 7) enjoyed them very much, and we didn’t have to supervise their every move.
- The food is great. Even though the buffet is quite small, there is enough of everything, and the quality of the dishes was excellent.
- The whole complex is very original, with great design in both the common areas and the rooms.
- The atmosphere is very relaxed. No one bothers you with silly rules (like “no diving” or “no inflatable toys in the pool”). There are five lifeguards watching the pools, so you feel completely at ease. There are also lots of inflatable toys left by guests who’ve gone home, which other visitors can enjoy.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Absolutely Amazing Family Experience!
We had a fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, but what really made the difference was the amazing staff their energy and kindness truly stood out.
The activities are 10/10! My 3-year-old daughter absolutely loved every minute, especially the mermaid activity, which she hasn’t stopped talking about since. She really enjoyed spending time at the kids club, and Vero and Mar were so sweet and caring with the children.
I can’t really say much about the food, as we chose to explore and eat out in the area.
If you’re traveling with kids, this is a great place to stay!

We had a very good stay, with an overall rating of 4 out of 5. The room was a bit tired and dated, and the kitchenette was bare and uninspiring, but it didn’t affect our overall experience as were all-inclusive and we didn't really need it. The real highlights were the friendly staff and fantastic animation programs, which kept both adults and kids entertained. The food quality was good, though the limited choice could get repetitive after a few days. The pizza corner and cook-to-order grill were great, especially the pancakes and omelettes for breakfast and fresh meat or fish for lunch/dinner. The hotel is built with families in mind and we're glad our 4-year-old had a lot of fun. The location is convenient, with shops, restaurants, and a sandy beach just a short walk away.

What can I say, in short its a 3 star hotel with 5 star facilities. Me, my wife and 2 kids ( 10 & 7 ) have just returned from a 1 week all inclusive trip 16 - 23rd June all absolutelyloved it. Nothing short of brilliant, on arrival the rooms are split in to 2 rooms, one large bedroom with a bed that can easily fit 3 in with plenty of space and the room looks new and spacious. On to the main front room with a pull out sofa bed that sleeps 2 then the kitchenette with an outdoor balcony for evening drinks, yes it is dated and could do a revamp BUT you will only be in the room to sleep and if you go in with this view you will love it. Everything else from the complex is brilliant, the facilities, the staff, all the shows day and night, the food all brilliant, yes half of the food is abit of the same everyday, but that me t the kids always had something to eat but they always have different selections of food you can have cooked by the chef, like chicken fish and beef, omelettes and plenty more, the pizzas are also brilliant. With a fresh different pizza made every 5 minute.
The bar area has pour your own beer taps, soft drinks machine, tea and coffee and and slush machines then you can order everything else on the bar. It works out about £100 a day for a family of 4 for all inclusive so 700 for the week as apose to self catering so I would highly recommend paying this as its brilliant value for money. The rooms were kept clean and tidy and the cleaners were seen around the hotel all day and night working hard which didn't go un noticed. There was entertainment on everyday except Wednesday and was different each night, all that were brilliant. The manager (lady with blonde hair called beverly i think) was there first thing in a morning and was packing up the night entertainment last thing at night so the staff definately put in the hours yet are always friendly and happy to help.
You have 4 large pools, one 2mtr deep, 2 kids pools then waterslide pools with multiple slide that the kids absolutely loved, they were in the pool from 10am until 6pm and didn't want to leave the hotel. If you remember its a 3 star hotel, your not a snob and you understand is a hotel catered around the kids to make sure they have the best time, you will love this place. Out of the 4 couple we got close to all are booking to return again next year including us so that says it all.
There is a shop directly across the road that literally sells everything, waterguns, sunglasses, suncream and inflateables. if you need it, they have it. There is a supermarket like tesco 2 minutes walk out the main door and to your right then 5 minute walk to your left you can book excursions. As a family of 4 we booked the boat trip to see the dolphins and was not disappointed, we must of seen nearly 50 some swimming directly under the front of the boat and a 3 hour boat trip around the island including time to get out for a dip in the sea was £125 for 4 and one of the best value for money trips I've ever done.
You will always get people who complain the fridge is wobbly, the bulbs aren't bright enough, their bins werent emptied 12 times a day blah blah blah but I garantee you will have a great time and the kids won't want to leave the hotel.

We recently returned from a 9-night stay at Pirates Village, and it was nothing short of exceptional. I cannot think of a single negative aspect of our experience. From the moment we arrived, every staff member we encountered was incredible.
The hotel staff deserves a special mention: the cleaners, the two gentlemen at reception, the manager Beverly, the talented chefs (especially those preparing fresh bacon and omelettes each morning), the waiters and waitresses, bar staff, the pirates, and the hardworking entertainment team. A heartfelt thank-you to Mar and Veronica at the Kids Club, who were like second mothers to my 4-year-old son. Their warmth and kindness made such an impact that he was genuinely sad to leave them.
The Kids Club was a standout feature for me. It is a secure, locked area that only staff can access, providing peace of mind for parents. The space includes both indoor and outdoor areas with plenty of activities like arts and crafts, dancing, computers, trampolines, and foam parties. The kids club gave my son a chance to make new friends and enjoy himself while I relaxed knowing he was safe and entertained.
The food was very good, I couldn’t fault it. Opting for the all-inclusive package was a great decision, as it provided plenty of variety for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with unlimited snacks and drinks throughout the day. While some reviewers found the food repetitive, I thought the selection was excellent. The kids’ menu was slightly more limited, but my son happily enjoyed freshly made pizza, pasta, chips, onion rings, hot dogs, and burgers. The self-serve ice cream station was a hit for both of us, and the desserts, particularly the cheesecake, were delightful.
The pool area was wonderful, and the entertainment team worked tirelessly to keep guests engaged. From morning activities around 10:30 a.m. to evening shows lasting until 10 p.m., their energy and dedication were evident.
The accommodation was spotless and well-maintained. Our apartment featured a massive bed, fridge/freezer, pots, pans, and cutlery. Housekeeping visited five out of seven days of the week. On our floor they came each day except from Tuesday and Friday. They also provided fresh towels and ensured everything was pristine.
I was hesitant about opting for a balcony room and not a terrace one but I’m glad I did now. The balcony was perfect, the door handle was too high for a child to reach which I was delighted to see and I felt safe knowing nobody could enter the back area where my clothes were and our pool things. Also, clothes horses were provided which I really appreciated.
The hotel’s location is also excellent. There’s a large supermarket just to the right as you exit the hotel, and the beach is only a 5-minute walk away. Everything you need is within walking distance.
As a solo parent traveling with my child, I felt completely safe, welcomed, and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. This trip was filled with amazing memories, and I cannot wait to return. Pirates Village truly deserves a 10/10!
