A great place for a family holiday with children. I think that Pirate Village is best suited for children under 10. Everything is great here: food, staff, entertainment program, location (close to the sea), the room had everything you need. Our room was cleaned every other day and they also changed towels and bedding. Unfortunately, my children are no longer suitable for this place by age and we are unlikely to visit it again. I wish Pirate Village further prosperity

We had a wonderful time at the hotel, especially enjoying the exceptional service and the fantastic activities for kids—they were engaging and well-organized. However, the building could benefit from some refurbishment, as we noticed areas like balcony corners showing wear, some broken tiles, and places that could use fresh paint. This aspect made us feel that the overall value for money could be improved, despite the great staff and the hotel's excellent concept.
For future guests planning to visit the pool, please note that it is open from 10:00 to 18:30, but guests start reserving spots around 8:00 AM. Lastly, the island is stunning, and I highly recommend exploring the beautiful beaches around Mallorca.

Fantastic family holiday. Hotel was such a fun place to stay and the kids loved it. Great choice of food and drink. We were all inclusive and I would advise anyone looking into staying here to do the same. Great entertainment daily, with so much to do. The beach is not far and plenty of shops and restaurants a stones throw away.

When you arrive the outside of the hotel looks amazing. The reception staff are friendly and very helpful. The pool looks great and Sunday is by far the best day to be there, the pirate attack is good fun and everyone gets involved. Location isn’t bad, there’s a large supermarket 2 minutes up the road and the beach and restaurants are about 10 minutes away.
However that’s where the positives end. Inside the hotel itself is tired and worn and rooms need updating. Cleaning is non existent, you’ll have to empty your own bins. Also you’ll need to collect towels and toilet paper from reception as required. The lights outside our hotel room did not work so it was very dark returning to the room each night. The shows are ok but repetitive, despite the different names they are all the same. Pirates looking for a mermaid.
The pool by day is a nightmare. At around 5am people start putting down towels on the ground to reserve a spot despite the beds being locked until 9am. The pool feels overcrowded when the hotel is full, there are not enough sunbeds for everyone yet the hotel sells day passes allowing non residents access for the day which adds to the problem. There is a kids football area in the pool area however it’s badly located. It’s right beside the main door and lifts to the upper floors. On more than one occasion I witnessed kids hitting people walking past with the ball or almost knocking people over. It’s very dangerous especially if you have people with disabilities trying to get past. There is also a small arcade for kids but most of the machines are broken.
Bar closes between 10:30pm and 11pm. Lights around the pool are turned off at 11pm and this includes balcony lights which means if you want to sit out and relax while the kids are in bed you can only do it in the dark. We were self catering but did have breakfast one morning in the hotel but I’m afraid didn’t find it good value for money.
Hotel is too busy and overcrowded and is not value for money.

amazing place for the kids. The service is great especially Beverly. Great show with great dancers. The kids loved it. I have been in a lot of all inclusive but here the food was the best. Thank you for an amazing time
