Everything is great about this place. We’ve not had any poor food, always plenty to choose from. The pools are great for children, always something for them to do. The restaurants are clean, staff always on hand to clear plates and tables. Bars great service. Nightlife is good for families with younger children. We’re one week into two weeks and no complaints at all.

Just returned home after a week all inclusive. The resort isn't too bad with the facilities that kept our 5 and 6 year olds entertained. The food is very basic and the timings are very late for children, breakfast doesn't start until 8am and lunch not until 1pm. The snacks on offer throughout the day are awful, crisps in a cup and dry sandwiches if any are left. Evening entertainment is on too late and was not great. The resort is set far back from the sea so it's a good walk to a beach over rocky terrain. Its also far from any other town or coast with any shops etc. I would highly recommend renting a car if you stay here. The sofa bed we had to sleep in was so uncomfortable and noisy and both our balcony doors were broke and wouldn't lock, we informed the receptionist and was told it would be fixed but wasn't. We kept the shutters down the entire week. I would not rate this at 4 star, 3 at most.

We have been back a week now! We had a lovely stay here the villa was lovely very spacious with everything you needed! The hotel itself was clean and the staff were very friendly and very helpful the food was good plenty of variety for everyone! If you are looking for a holiday for the little kids this place is perfect ! we were 2 adults and 1 grown up daughter so we weren't really catered for regarding the night entertainment as it is Very much for the kids (this is not a negative) but because you are out of the way from anywhere you can't really go for a walk or anything! We did take the free bus to the town for the day which was a lovely day out for shopping and the town was beautiful! My only negative is the foot paths around the villa's are awful and could really do with some maintenance I spent my time walking on the road! And also you have to pay a €200 security bond when you arrive (which wasn't a problem) but I am still waiting for my refund after a week of returning home so just be aware it's not a quick process! But all in all we had a lovely break here I don't know if I would return just simply because it really is for families with smaller children

Come back last week with 2 kids who loved it. Don't miss out on the foam pool party once a week. We went self catering which I'm glad because the people we spoke to said the food was not good. Try and request a villa near the Reception as the resort is BIG and can be too much for a walk if you've got little ones. Pool is great and it's a safe place to stay. Good shuttle service to corralejo twice a say and is free, BUT its about a 15 min walk to the main area once you get off the bus. The staff are great and fixed any issues we had. Enjoy

The transfer from the airport was longer than expected. The reception staff were polite and very helpful. All inclusive food was excellent with plenty of choices, restaurant staff were very efficient. Animation staff were great (Simon needs more training) aqua gym was fun. Overall this is a great place to relax and I would recommend this resort.
