We have been back a week now! We had a lovely stay here the villa was lovely very spacious with everything you needed! The hotel itself was clean and the staff were very friendly and very helpful the food was good plenty of variety for everyone! If you are looking for a holiday for the little kids this place is perfect ! we were 2 adults and 1 grown up daughter so we weren't really catered for regarding the night entertainment as it is Very much for the kids (this is not a negative) but because you are out of the way from anywhere you can't really go for a walk or anything! We did take the free bus to the town for the day which was a lovely day out for shopping and the town was beautiful! My only negative is the foot paths around the villa's are awful and could really do with some maintenance I spent my time walking on the road! And also you have to pay a €200 security bond when you arrive (which wasn't a problem) but I am still waiting for my refund after a week of returning home so just be aware it's not a quick process! But all in all we had a lovely break here I don't know if I would return just simply because it really is for families with smaller children

We had a lovely holiday. The staff went out of their way. The kids club was excellent and my son enjoyed the swimming pools. The accommodation was clean and had all we needed albeit the sofa bed not the comfiest. The paths around the site could do with some attention as very broken up. I would have been worried about an older relative falling on the paths as uneven in places. The buffet was very varied with something for all. We ate out a couple of times at the onsite Italian and that was excellent. It is a somewhat isolated site but has all you need on site. The beach is some way away but you can book on a free bus. We enjoyed our day trip to the sea.

Come back last week with 2 kids who loved it. Don't miss out on the foam pool party once a week. We went self catering which I'm glad because the people we spoke to said the food was not good. Try and request a villa near the Reception as the resort is BIG and can be too much for a walk if you've got little ones. Pool is great and it's a safe place to stay. Good shuttle service to corralejo twice a say and is free, BUT its about a 15 min walk to the main area once you get off the bus. The staff are great and fixed any issues we had. Enjoy

The rooms were perfect for what we needed. The washing machine had a fault and they replaced it with a brand new one immediately. Clean and fresh on arrival and kitchen is well equipped. All staff were happy and helpful and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The location is beautiful, we had a hire car so we were able to explore freely. I would highly recommend getting your own car or you will have to get a shuttle bus service.

Here now, great place for kids. Our grandson is loving it for his first holiday abroad. Food is typical all inclusive, some good some bad but always something to eat. Drinks are nice just the juices are not to my taste but thats preference. Pool areas are fantastic. Villa is great, love the bathroom. Plenty of outdoor space, air-con good, our balcony massive.
