Arrived 5th October for 11 nights staff couldn't b more helpful but would certainly not recommend this hotel for families guards constantly called to hotel ..rooms were rerrible no housekeeping you would have to go to reception with your rubbish or ask for toilet rolls and fresh towels ants we're a big factor in toilet and bedroom all over the place .four night into our stay we couldn't take anymore we complained and insisted to b moved and to b honest they kindly placed us in their sister hotel . This hotel is in an ideal location near everything but definitely not family only a young person hotel we definitely wouldn't return Back here again

If you want to party, this is the place to be ! We stayed for a week with 2 friends and It was a really cool place to stay !
If you want a calm place during summer, this is not the right place !
Pool party & music every day ! The staff is also very friendly and welcoming !!!
For the room, it was something else…Not very clean, some people left a shoe under the sink…If you want to cook, good luck, there’s only the minimum to cook….

Our experience at The Deya Apartments was nothing short of a nightmare. We were forced to move rooms three times, each new room presenting a fresh set of horrors.
First, there were poo stains on the couch, an appalling sight that should never be encountered in any hotel. To make matters worse, we found body fluid on the same couch. It was beyond disgusting and showed a complete lack of hygiene and cleaning standards. The staff's response? They simply told us to deal with it and refused to speak to us further.
In our second room, we were greeted by a cockroach scurrying across the floor. As if that wasn't enough, broken door handles made it nearly impossible to secure our belongings or even feel safe in the room.
The third room was the worst of all. Green mould covered the bed, posing a severe health risk. Vomit stains marred the walls, adding to the unbearable stench and filth. To top it all off, we found someone’s underwear on the balcony, suggesting the room hadn't been properly cleaned, if at all.
Adding insult to injury, the air conditioning system was only available if you left a positive review. This blatant attempt to bribe guests into covering up the hotel's severe deficiencies is disgraceful.
Our stay at The Deya Apartments was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. We strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. This establishment is not fit for any guest, and management's disregard for basic cleanliness and customer service is appalling. Avoid at all costs.

7 nights for family of 4 ( 2 adults +2 kids age 13 and 6).we knew reviews are mixed, loads of complains and we didn't have any expecations. we also knew how much we paid so expecting a 5 star hotel standard would be quiet naive. We paid extra for sea view and we were given room 342 on 4th floor. If it was sea view that's debatable haha but we could see a tiny strip of sea. So if you need proper sea view ask for room above 5th floor.
Our apartment was clean, AC was a life saver in mid30s scorcher.we had a little bit of an ant problem on our first night but if U keep your food packed away and remove trash every night (we just left our bin bags outside our doorstep for cleaning crew to pick up whenever) fact they didn't appear that often but everyone else seemed to be doing the same and in fairness everyone kept their bags tied down so there was no flies etc
Beds were comfy, but too soft for my liking ha . we got a set of towels to start with and after two days I just brought them to reception and requested new set which I was given on the spot. We have a problem with our shower clogging up but within 20 min of reporting we had someone flushing it through for us and since I didn't waste my time I asked him also to fix bathroom handle which was a bit loose. No major issues just bits and bobs of others people not being respectful of the property
Balcony was nice and spacious, furniture not new but working fine.
Tv, Fridge with freezer, kettle, microwave, some cups and plates and cutlery all clean and good condition. Toilet seemed to be recently renovated.
Let's talk about noise levels.
We knew the place will be packed with young people and expected the worse (parties in the apartments, late night drunker returns from parties and nights out) but nothing to that level happend.
In fairness living room is overlooking the pool and gets a Bit of noise from Brennans pub which has live music every night and people walking, laughing etc but once you close the balcony door and with aircoon humming noise you can easily sleep.
The bedroom side overlooks the back of the building the only noise there was random people returning to their apartments at night laughing a it to loud etc. nothing horrendous.kids slept most of the night without waking up.
The only really annoying bit was a fire alarm test at 4am one morning.whos idea was It seriously.
Another thing I couldn't understand is having the air-conditioning output unit on the balcony.when It was on it was blowing hot air out so air-conditioning on meant over 40 degrees on the balcony. Silver lining was super fast towels and swimwear drying.
Swimming pool was nice and clean sunbeds comfy.
Pool has a bar, very small selection of drinks .
There is usually a pool party once a week with Dj from 2pm to 8 pm.we expected mad crowds foam etc but it was quiet a dud to be fair.
Locations absolutely excellent.minutes walk from everywhere, supermarket right across the street and our fav Scoots restaurant absolutely brilliant spot for lunch, there is also a kebab takeaway spot and some little shops with clothes and sport shoes etc.
There is a laundromat down the road which we used once 7 euro for 25 min 14kg wash, drying is an option but in that weather everything was dry in 30 min.
Overall we had a great time. If you are looking for cheap and cheerful spot for holiday it's definitely an option. It's not a place for those enjoying luxuries of hotel level with concierge and little umberella cocktails and massages by the pool.
It's cheap for a reason so expect cheap :)
Our airport transfer stopped righ outside the doorstep both ways.

To start I would like to say the guy on arrival was so lovely , so friendly kind and really helpful, the location is a walking distance from everywhere , the pools look great (I don’t swim ) so I can’t really say my opinion on them , on the second night I left my room key card in my room so I had to ask reception for a spare the guy pictured down below was so rude to me he took my bank card and I’d before he gave me a spare and wouldn’t give them back until I gave him back the spare key card , also we are here 6 night and not once was our room cleaned , used condom on the side of my bed and ants all over the balcony!
I’d like to add that carry in the shop was so so lovely always so smiley and chatty she’s a great addition to the hotel and made me and my friend feel so at home , also huge shoutout to gabreille for his hospitality what a great man !
