Great overall experience, close to the beach, friendly staff and service. Rooms were great value for the money. Extremely close to the bars so great if that is what your into but can be quite loud so bring earplugs:)

Arrived 5th October for 11 nights staff couldn't b more helpful but would certainly not recommend this hotel for families guards constantly called to hotel ..rooms were rerrible no housekeeping you would have to go to reception with your rubbish or ask for toilet rolls and fresh towels ants we're a big factor in toilet and bedroom all over the place .four night into our stay we couldn't take anymore we complained and insisted to b moved and to b honest they kindly placed us in their sister hotel . This hotel is in an ideal location near everything but definitely not family only a young person hotel we definitely wouldn't return Back here again

Our experience at The Deya Apartments was nothing short of a nightmare. We were forced to move rooms three times, each new room presenting a fresh set of horrors.
First, there were poo stains on the couch, an appalling sight that should never be encountered in any hotel. To make matters worse, we found body fluid on the same couch. It was beyond disgusting and showed a complete lack of hygiene and cleaning standards. The staff's response? They simply told us to deal with it and refused to speak to us further.
In our second room, we were greeted by a cockroach scurrying across the floor. As if that wasn't enough, broken door handles made it nearly impossible to secure our belongings or even feel safe in the room.
The third room was the worst of all. Green mould covered the bed, posing a severe health risk. Vomit stains marred the walls, adding to the unbearable stench and filth. To top it all off, we found someone’s underwear on the balcony, suggesting the room hadn't been properly cleaned, if at all.
Adding insult to injury, the air conditioning system was only available if you left a positive review. This blatant attempt to bribe guests into covering up the hotel's severe deficiencies is disgraceful.
Our stay at The Deya Apartments was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. We strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. This establishment is not fit for any guest, and management's disregard for basic cleanliness and customer service is appalling. Avoid at all costs.

Reception staff were friendly. Rooms were clean but facilities very, very basic. Pool attendant/security would basically ignore men and didn't even acknowledge a "good morning" or "hola". But had a very different attitude to young females! The on site shop is very expensive but the local supermarkets are a 30 second walk away and much cheaper.
Views from the upper floor balconies are brilliant of the bay and local area.
The rooms can sleep 4, 2 in the bedroom and 2 in the living room/kitchen area but this makes the accommodation very cramped. I don't think we will be going back there.

Lovely spacious apartment. Very clean. Superb pool and patio/bar area.
Excellent shower. Mattresses comfortable. Loved the balcony.
Staff on reception and cleaners very helpful. Great location for eating out and beach. Clearly popular with young people partying but that didn't bother us at all. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt it was good value for money.
Couple of polite suggestions for me personally: would have liked a toaster in kitchen but not a deal breaker so didn't feel the need to ask for one. Bed pillows a little lumpy.
