We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at the resort. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with stunning see view. We loved the variety of activities available and appreciated the well-maintained facilities. The food was consistently fresh and delicious. Thank you for providing such a welcoming and enjoyable experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Unmatched for its scenery and quality of rooms. I thought the cleanliness was brilliant considering the size of the hotel, there were always staff visibly cleaning and our housekeeping was exceptional. The staff overall were brilliant, always so friendly and helpful. The security was very impressive, we felt very safe and looked after. The food is the only let down and the reason I've not scored it a 10. The quality of food available in the Asian restaurant was very good, I would say better than the main restaurant which was good. The A la Carte restaurant is what's let the hotel down. The quality wasn't great and we did get a little sick after eating there which was disappointing. Despite that we really did enjoy our stay.

First of all, the room was spacious, large, and beautifully decorated. The ambiance was warm and pleasant, and the room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. However, one issue stood out: the floor was not properly cleaned during our time there. It was clear that the person in charge of cleaning did not sweep or mop thoroughly, which was a bit disappointing, especially for a hotel of this caliber. A more attentive approach to room cleanliness—particularly the floors—would really make a difference.
Moving on to the pools, I have to say they are very well located throughout the resort. Their positioning offers beautiful views and easy access, and they blend nicely into the hotel’s overall design. That said, there is a noticeable lack of sun loungers around the pools. During peak hours, it was quite difficult to find an available spot unless you arrived very early in the morning. Increasing the number of loungers would definitely improve the poolside experience.
Speaking of design, the overall architecture of the resort is stunning. Built with natural stone, the resort has a unique charm and a Mediterranean feel that is both authentic and visually appealing. The atmosphere is serene and elegant, and it’s clear that a lot of thought went into the layout and design of the property.
As for the staff, I found them to be generally helpful, friendly, and responsive. From the front desk to the restaurant teams, most employees were professional and made an effort to ensure we had a good stay. Any requests we made were addressed promptly and with a smile.
Regarding food, the hotel offers a wide variety of dishes at every meal. The buffets are generous and include a good mix of local and international cuisine. There’s definitely something for everyone, and the quality of the food was consistently good.
However, I do have a major comment about the drinks, especially the juices served during lunch and dinner. Unfortunately, the juices tasted very artificial and overly sweet, almost like medicine in some cases. For example, the orange juice at breakfast was much better than the one offered later in the day. It would be a huge improvement to have freshly squeezed or more natural juices available throughout the day, not just in the morning.
One last point: during dinner, I noticed that some of the servers tended to remove plates a bit too quickly, often without asking if we had finished eating. It sometimes made us feel rushed, which isn’t ideal when you’re trying to enjoy a relaxing meal. A bit more attentiveness and patience in this area would enhance the dining experience.

We liked the style of the hotel, many beautifully landscaped and maintained walking paths, and instagrammable views of the sea everywhere. Clean rooms, sea view, very friendly staff, always helpful without expecting a tip in return. We appreciated the quietness on the beaches, the sea perfect for snorkeling. Enough places on the sun loungers and in the restaurants. The food was good, but we expected more types of fish/seafood and local seasonal fruits, beef and chicken predominated. The mobile application is not updated, and the description on the hotel's website does not correspond to the fact that only Rocks Lounge has a la carte service and requires a reservation, the rest of the restaurants are buffets.I enjoyed the expresso at Marina Cafe and also the cakes.I don't know how it is at other resorts, it was our first visit to Egypt but everything was perfect for us.

Honestly not sure what anyone could complain about here. For the price of this hotel you get so much value.
The resort feels like you are in an Italian seaside town with lots of amenities to explore.
Staff is friendly, food is good!
Alcohol is fine.
