The stay was amazing and loved the variety of food available in the resort which gave plenty of options to choose from. there are only two items that require improvement.
1. Guest relations team need to be more welcoming and keen to assist all nationals approaching them.
2. The quality of the alcohol (beer and spirits) need to improve as these, extremely cheap options, can cause major digestion problems.

Price/services/quality ratio I would give an 8 out of 10. Minus points: the room was small, the bathroom was clean, towels and linen always changed on time. The food is tasty, the drinks the same, the bar boy Mohamed 10 out of 10 super service. Unfortunately, we had a small problem with the room until we managed to talk to the manager who solved our small problem. Another minus would be the beach across the road.. However the boy who served us on the beach again left us a good impression Karim. We chose one of the evenings to go out to a party in Hurghada with the entertaining team. Disappointing unfortunately.. we arrived at the said location and found ourselves alone in a crowd of strangers. All in all, I would recommend the hotel for families with children because almost all the action is centered around them.

“I recently stayed at this hotel, and while I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, the overall experience was disappointing. The service was a disaster, with unresponsive and unhelpful front desk staff. My room phone was out of order and, despite reporting it, it was never fixed. Additionally, the beach is much farther from the hotel than expected, which was inconvenient. The food was another letdown; it was overly salty, and the selection was limited, leaving much to be desired. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.”

Perfect hotel, clean, great food, great atmosphere. Fab shows and mini disco. Just don’t use the little shop by the stage he tried to charge £13 for one carton of milk! He agreed to drop it to £9 but I refused to pay that, especially when the day before he charged my husband £5 for two. We will be returning next year but will never use that shop again.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Egypt with my wife, and from the moment we arrived, our experience was far from satisfactory.
After a long day of traveling, we were eager to check in and rest. However, the receptionists were indifferent to our situation and told us to "go and get food & come back in 40 minutes." We made it clear that we just wanted to go to bed, but this was ignored.
When we finally received our room key, we weren't given a map to our room. We were told to wait for a bellboy, which took an unnecessary 20 minutes despite several standing around doing nothing.
Upon reaching our room, we found two single beds instead of a double bed, which is not ideal for a married couple. Reception was unhelpful, claiming the hotel was fully booked. It took speaking to management to eventually get this resolved.
We waited in reception for about 90 minutes for the holiday company rep, who never showed up.
The only staff members who didn't treat us like walking cash machines were the waiters and lifeguards. Their service was the sole highlight of our stay.
On-site shops were extremely overpriced. For example, a tube of Pringles cost £10, which is a far cry from the £1.50 price in local supermarkets. The excuse given was that they were "imported," which seemed absurd.
There were no consistent prices for late check-out within our group of 15, with each party being quoted different amounts.
Printing our return boarding passes was another issue. Initially, we were asked to pay £25 for the service, which felt like another attempt at a cash grab. We eventually got it done for free, but the whole process was frustrating.
The food was just okay, with limited variety.
Overall, our stay was marred by poor service, inconsistency, and a feeling of being constantly overcharged. We won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this hotel to others.
