We had an unforgettable vacation at Neverland Hurghada, and everything was simply perfect from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles, refreshing drinks, and genuine hospitality that instantly made us feel at home.
The entire resort is stunning – beautifully maintained gardens, crystal-clear pools, fun water slides, and a relaxing atmosphere everywhere you go. The rooms were spotless, modern, and cleaned daily with great attention to detail. The food was delicious and varied — from local Egyptian dishes to international favorites, everything was fresh and full of flavor. The chefs and restaurant staff truly do an amazing job!
What impressed us the most was the incredible staff. Everyone was polite, friendly, and always ready to help with anything. One evening, we accidentally lost our phone, and to our surprise, the staff found it within five minutes and returned it immediately with a big smile — that says everything about how honest and responsible they are!
Entertainment was top-notch — shows, music, and activities for all ages. Our days were filled with joy, and our nights were full of laughter and good vibes. The animation team deserves special thanks for keeping the energy high and making every guest feel included.
In short, Neverland Hurghada is more than just a resort — it’s a place where you truly feel cared for. We’ve traveled to many places, but this one stands out as one of the best experiences we’ve ever had.

Everything about this place is magical. From the fun slides, clean pools, good hotelrooms, friendly staff and the fun karneval at nights. We had a blast and enjoyed every minut. The food is exceptional as well! The whole concept is just spot on. In addition you always see at lesst 30people every day cleaning areas.

We had high expectations of our vacation/stay. Upon arrival, we had to wait 1h in the lobby till we got a key to our room. People at reception were unfriendly! 1 card did not work, so we had to go back. Our room was not clean upon arrival. We mentioned it at the reception and they were going to send a deep clean. 3 days later we had cockroaches in our room! Across our terras, they broke down the pool and every night they were working on it with loud equipment. Walking by the shops, they tried to get us inside. I hate that! I'm here on vacation, just leave me be! At a stay of 7 nights, we only had 1 evening hot water in the shower. All the other nights we showered with cold water!
This was below my expectations and they will never see me again. I'm disgusted by the hotel. Staff at the restaurants and bars were super nice, but they kept begging to change their euro coins into 💵.

This hotel is absolutely magical - perfect for families with children. Even after a whole week, you won’t be able to experience all the attractions it offers, there’s just so much to do! The food is excellent, and the staff are all very kind and never pushy. I recommend hiring a hotel taxi to visit the old town and see the El Dahar Bazaar. The taxi will take you to a small shop near Kauland Center 2, where you’ll be greeted by Mostafa (IG @mostafa_x9). He can guide you around the area - through the bazaar, the mosque, the Coptic church, and even to a local stand where you can try fresh sugarcane juice or anywhere else you’d like to go. A fantastic experience, but only with Mustafa! :)

Cold showers, rock hard pillows and cold service. Absolute terrible hospitality. Literally called 3 times and went down personally for bath towels and waiting since we checked in. I’ve give up on my towel search now so resorted to write a review and I wait here towel-less thinking of taking yet another cold shower. Very fast to charge extra for the 3rd child in the family but no sign of towels for the extra charged person. Room plugs are absolute just I have duck tape holding the charger in so that phones can charge. Crap service and not worth the price! On the WiFi is down so that also sucks.
The cold showers in water is just not acceptable especially in winter at a water resort where the kids are cold and wet when return to the room.
I only give poor feedback when needed and this time it was needed :((
Staff made me feel like they were doing me a favour for simple things requests! Can pretend to be a fancy hotel but shitty service is unforgivable!
