I'm very sorry to write a negative review about this place, but the treatment I received wasn't to my liking. I booked through their website, asking for information to their virtual assistant AI. The information provided was false, as there was no iron or ironing board in the room to iron clothes. Additionally, I asked if the ticket to the Neverland shows was included, and she confirmed 1 ticket, but when I asked at the reception, I was told it was only for those who booked through booking and that I would have to pay 45 euros per person if I wanted it. I booked a family room with 2 rooms and garden view, booking number 981527994, but upon arrival, I was given a horrible, dirty, hot room full of mosquitoes with 4 beds on the first floor. The air conditioning wasn't working and was making a lot of noise. I went to the reception to complain, and they told me I had booked a standard room. I showed them my written booking, and they told me they would get back to me the next day. I spent a night in hell, and in the morning, they told me they would let me know in the afternoon. If I hadn't paid in advance, I would have left. At 4 pm the next day, they gave me a family room (as I had booked) but on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator. Again, the air conditioning was noisy and kept me awake. I reported the issue, but nothing changed, and frankly, I was exhausted. I point out that my complaints were also reported to the manager, who only offered me the possibility of a 3 pm check-out, despite having lost a night in that horrible room and them trying to deceive me with the standard room. If I ever come back, I wouldn't book at Leila wa Leila, and especially not directly, but through booking to be protected.

Hotel is super normal in everything. Average in service , food varieties and entertainment. Stuff showing that they are helpful and always saying they gonna do but unfortunately they don’t. Towels were really dirty and when i raised this point with the housekeepers they tried to convince me that this is due to steam and sterilization.WTF
Transfer from one place to another is really hectic i have to take bus and stay for an average 20-25 min on this trip .plus waiting for the bus itself in this high temperature & super sunny weather made things more difficult

It is our last day at hotel. It fully dederves great reviews. Great treatment of guests, reception guys, cleaners, service personell are great! Guys at reception generously gave us tickets for the show even it was not included into our reservation as we booked it through Booking.com be aware to check. Regarding the show we did not enjoy it so much as backstage was constantly flushing and it was extremely bright. A lot of lights were flushing into viewers rather than on dancers. Guys, please improve lights. Guys dancers were the best! Highly recomend the place. We were with 15 years old he enjoy it as well.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended!
We had an absolutely wonderful time at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was beautiful, well-maintained, and had a truly welcoming atmosphere.
The food was excellent – plenty of variety every day and something to suit all tastes.
Whether you’re a picky eater or love trying new dishes, you’ll be impressed by the range and quality on offer. The Chinese restaurant was absolutely amazing – one of the best meals we had during our stay and definitely worth the visit.
We also loved Rockin’ Burgers, which quickly became a family favorite. A huge thank you as well to Abd ElRahem in the main restaurant, who made every mealtime feel special with his friendly and thoughtful service.
The animation team was fantastic – super friendly, full of energy, and always had something fun going on for the kids. There was never a dull moment, and the little ones were constantly entertained.
The room was a little on the small side, but it was clean, comfortable, and we managed just fine. A big thank you to Ibrahim Hassan, the cleaner for room 5578 – he kept our room spotless and was always so cheerful and polite.
The slides were fantastic, and a real highlight for the whole family! The shuttle bus to the beach and the Blue Neverland bus around the site were great additions and made getting around really easy and stress-free.
The waiters around the main pool were fantastic – so friendly and attentive. We didn’t get their names, but they definitely added to the experience with their great service and warm smiles. There were also plenty of lifeguards around the pools – always watching carefully, and incredibly helpful when it came to finding extra sunbeds, setting up umbrellas, and always being polite and professional.
A special mention to Valery from reception, who was so helpful in assisting us with mosquito spray and plug-ins for our room – much appreciated!
Honestly, all of the staff go above and beyond. Every single one of them was amazing, friendly, and genuinely made us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay.
We will definitely be back in the future.

The resort as a whole is brilliant especially for kids and there is so much to do which is all included in the price, but we was let down by a very poor room, very dated, very small and was supposed to have garden view and our view was a shop if we looked down and another apartment if we looked across.
Food was ok, always something to find if your picky, drinks not so great, avoid the alcohol, although the coffee was nice
Staff were great, animation team could of been a bit better
