Absolutely love this hotel. Great location right on the beach. All staff are friendly and helpful. Gardens and pool area are lovely to sit in. Dining room is air conditioned, plenty space. Food is suitable for everyone, great choice at breakfast and dinner daily. Entertainment at night in one of the bars in the hotel.

This is an all round fairly good hotel ; for the most part good staff and service. Our check in was pretty awful ; arrived at 12pm and waited till nearly 2pm to check in. My wife went to reception three times before we had any joy, eventually a very rushed escort to our junior suite and room tour; maybe 5 minutes at best. Food mostly good but not brilliant ! But always a lovely young lady/gentleman on restaurant reception. Our suite was pretty good with a really good separate gold lounge access; the snacks, coffee, water and daily newspapers here ( all included ) were a wonderful treat. There is a wasted area out front for suite guests as there were only cabana beds but no normal sun beds and parasols; it’s just too hot to sit there without shade so it was mostly empty. The food truck for lunches in the pool area serves pretty terrible food, we tried it once ! Thankfully there are so many lovely places to eat nearby. We’ve been to several hotels in the area and much prefer the RIU Nautilus nearby.

Points that let this hotel down, are mainly the staff. Reception staff really miserable and on the whole unhelpful. Restaurant staff very obviously have favoured diners who get served drinks first and a smile.
The swimming pool is a definite no no. It's situated between 2 buildings and 100% on the shade. The water is absolutely freezing. No one swims in there.
Evening entertainment is very poor.

A wonderful hotel with an ideal location. The rooms are large, cleaned every day. Nice view from the sea view rooms. Delicious breakfasts with local products. A large pool, there is a separate pool for children. During my stay at the hotel, I had a birthday. It was nice to receive a bottle of champagne as a gift, but first of all, the attention of the staff is valuable

Stayed junior suite good room hotel let down by food. Wife gluten-free hotel informed in advance, was ill for 4 days after eating gluten on first day. No food labled one very confusing and incorrect menue for all guests, no help from staff first night. Reported problem by fourth day system was altered. Staff given a clearer menu they could understand and if asked would explain what was gluten-free. Even offered off menu gluten-free Deserts. Still no food labled. Even now I could not recommend for food Intolerance.
