Exceeded Expectations in Every Way!😊
Our stay at Panorama Hotel exceeded all our expectations. The room was spacious, comfortable, and even more impressive in person than in the photos. The hotel was immaculately clean, with a beautifully maintained garden that added to the relaxing atmosphere.
A special mention goes to Ahmed and Moustafa at the reception, who went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. They were always available to answer any questions with a friendly smile, making us feel truly welcome.
My fiancé and I had an amazing time and are already looking forward to coming back in the future!

Royal bungalow: spacious room with two bathrooms, jacuzzi, semi-private pool, living area, and kitchen.
The cleanliness was satisfactory until ants and geckos began to appear.
The pool lacks complete privacy as it is visible from other bungalows.
The food quality was average.
The air conditioning system functioned effectively.
The Italian restaurant offers a notable mushroom soup.

**Reception:** Our journey began on a disappointing note with the reception area. It appeared quite outdated and did not reflect the standards of a four-star hotel. Additionally, our friends in suite 707 had an unfortunate experience with the receptionist, which did not help the situation.
**The Room:** We stayed in the honeymoon suite, which was a nice experience overall. The jacuzzi was enjoyable, and I must commend our housekeeping staff member, Rabie, for being friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
**Swimming Pools:** The private pool in our suite was quite small and unheated, but it was consistently clean, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the main swimming pool was also unheated, making it unusable due to the cold temperatures.
**Zaitouna Beach:** We had free access to Zaitouna Beach, but it left much to be desired. The beach required more cleaning and was littered with rocks, making it not worth spending a day there.
**Food:** The food was, unfortunately, the most disappointing aspect of our stay. We only enjoyed the barbecue prepared by Mostafa; otherwise, the meals were well below average despite the variety offered. It seemed clear that the issues stemmed from the quality of the chefs and the ingredients used. Even with an all-inclusive package, we found ourselves seeking meals outside the hotel.
**Drinks:** I was surprised to find that a four-star hotel served powdered juices like "Tang" instead of fresh juice, which felt rather underwhelming.
**Mosquitoes:** While we understand that mosquitoes can be part of the outdoor experience, we noticed a lack of mosquito repellents available, which should be addressed.
**Staff:** Many of the staff appeared to be disengaged and less welcoming. Additionally, their uniforms could use a bit more tidiness.
**Entertainment:** We noticed the absence of an animation team, which would have added to the overall experience.
In summary, the cost of our stay felt excessively high compared to the value received. There is significant room for improvement in several areas, particularly in food quality.

It was an overall pleasant stay.
The staff are key to the rating, they are very friendly and helpful.
In general the hotel feels out dated, but the room was spacious, clean and potentially newly renovated.
I would highly recommend this hotel for somewhat budget travellers.

The first impact its not very positive. Looks like an old, run down hotel . The lobby is accessible only through 30 stairs which makes difficult for elderly people and not only to reach the hotel lobby which is also very old style. However the double bungalows are excellent. Spacious with 2 bathrooms and kind size bed. A beauty the balcony with direct access to the lagoon. So you can jump in the water directly from your room. We tried only the breakfast which was good. A bit too repetitive variety could be improved. Service generally was good and location perfect as the hotel is 6/7 min walk to down town.
