Me and my friends had the best time staying at Panorama!!! From the reception staff, through cleaning, restaurant and spa everyone was EXTREMELY polite, nice and very responsive. The bungalow we stayed in, as well as the rest of the hotel and the beaches are kept very clean and neat (even from a perspective of ex-housekeeping, and that means something 😂) The fact that the hotel is not too big makes it a perfect place to relax and chill, but also to make new friends and meet super interesting people. After spending there a few days you already feel like a family with other guests and staff, who are masters at remembering people's names 😁 Big shoutout to the animation crew, you guys were amazing! Despite not having too many people interested in daily activities they were always around trying to motivate everyone to move or play games, and they absolutely rocked the evening shows. The only thing missing for me was Christmas tree, decorations and lights. It would be amazing to feel the holiday vibe while chilling in the sun in 25 degrees. All in all, it wwas one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in and I'll definitely be coming back!

Staying at this hotel is a dream come true for a magical vacation. From the beautiful scenery to the friendly service, everything was amazing and it was the people who made this time so special. I would like to especially thanks the animators. Their energy, passion and incredible sense of humor made every day full of joy and the evenings unforgettable. Thanks to them, the hotel is full of life and joy, and their commitment is a real role model. The management should be extremely proud of such employees, because they are the soul of this place! The words of appreciation also deserve the men responsible for optional trips. His positive energy made every trip unique and full of options, the prices were also very good. Mimi was super happy with the trip to Luxor. We cannot forget the gentleman responsible for Arabic coffee, who every day with a smile created not only aromatic drinks, but also a unique atmosphere. Special thanks go to beautiful Jaśmin, who with great commitment helped me in a difficult situation. Her care and professionalism made me feel safe, like at home. In the Spa salon we found an oasis of peace, and the men who did the braids is a true artist. The only thing missing was a Christmas atmosphere - decorations or thematic accents could add even more charm to the hotel during this special period. Maybe it's worth thinking about lights, decorations or special dinners that will attract even more guests? My two friends and I would like to thank the entire team for the wonderful memories. Exceeded Expectations in Every Way!😊 Our stay at Panorama Hotel exceeded all our expectations. The room was spacious, comfortable, and even more impressive in person than in the photos. The hotel was immaculately clean, with a beautifully maintained garden that added to the relaxing atmosphere. A special mention goes to Ahmed and Moustafa at the reception, who went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. They were always available to answer any questions with a friendly smile, making us feel truly welcome. My fiancé and I had an amazing time and are already looking forward to coming back in the future!

It was an overall pleasant stay. The staff are key to the rating, they are very friendly and helpful. In general the hotel feels out dated, but the room was spacious, clean and potentially newly renovated. I would highly recommend this hotel for somewhat budget travellers.

I never really got to experience the hotel itself because they cancelled my reservation before I could check-in. The booking was through booking.com. Neither booking.com nor the hotel itself reacted on my messages that I will arrive late as my flight got rescheduled. Instead they just cancelled my reservation. At the desk they couldnt even explain me why they would do that even though I had paid for everything in advance. Super disappointed. Would neither recommend booking.com nor the hotel itself. Very stressful holiday experience which stained my whole picture from the area.
