I’ve had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can’t say enough about the incredible service — especially from the waitresses ( V ) YOU know what i mean, who are truly the heart of the experience here! Friendly, professional, and exceptionally hardworking-never seen so much passsion. The attention to detail, warm smiles, and genuine care of all guests ( as i saw).
It’s not just ( her) them, though — the entire staff is welcoming and attentive, contributing to the relaxed and elegant atmosphere of the hotel. From check-in to dining, and everything in between, the service has been consistently top-notch.
The hotel itself is really great— beautifully maintained, comfortable, and ideally located. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it, and I’ll definitely be coming back. A big thank you to everyone here for making my stay so memorable!

Absolutely phenomenal place to stay. Beautiful sea views from every room. We stayed on the floor below the rooftop bar (floor 11) and loved the view. Nix Rooftop bar cocktails were out of this world. All inclusive was great, a few different cocktails included in this, good choice of food in the sea views buffet restaurant, my only picky point would be I would like to have seen more ‘show cooking’ as advertised. Staff are really attentive. We loved the hotel so much, we got engaged right on our room balcony! Amazing flamenco show on the Friday evening. I would have liked more snack options during the day- crisps or nuts from the pool bar (I have a nut allergy so limited to crisps). A short Uber to Fuengirola to go shopping and sight seeing, and a short Uber in the other direction to reach Puerto de Benalmádena, both lovely places to visit. Thank you Hotel Benalma!

Rooms were of decent quality and cleaned regularly. Unfortunately we were allocated a room above the bar that could be noisy at times which made getting our two young children to sleep challenging at times. The extractor in our bathroom didn't work and the towel rail kept falling off, but this is nothing a bit of routine maintenance couldn't fix but it was a shame it was in this condition for us.
Food was OK, there was plenty of choice for fussy kids but some options weren't great at times. The coffee is terrible and the fruit juices at breakfast are really cheap cordial and don't taste good at all. The service is good and the restaurant is well kept otherwise.
The entertainment crew were fantastic! My kids had a great time with Luz and the team. Our youngest surprised us and took to dancing at the kids disco thanks to her especially!
The proximity to the beach is a plus and in good weather the sea is pleasant to swim in. However, when we visited the kids pool wasn't open, which is shame as it was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. This wasn't communicated to us beforehand so we were all very disappointed.
Good public transport options nearby and with the corner shop adjacent it's easy to stock up on essentials.
Overall our stay was good, but not great. The kids club crew are fantastic and I can't praise them enough. However some of the facilities could do with a little more attention to make the overall experience better.

Great location on the first line on the coast. Nice beach a few steps from the hotel. Very clean and spacious rooms. Lovely view from higher floors. We were at the end of February, so some places were closed as out of season.

Imagine this as an all inclusive hotel, that isn’t all inclusive. You’re charged premium rate for all inclusive. Yet you can only get drinks at 2 of the bars. The cocktails are pre-made rubbish (yet if you pay, it’s hand made by the bartender and presented beautifully- yet we’ve paid?)
There are no proper ‘snacks’ outside of breakfast, lunch and dinner - unless you like a stale ham and cheese or tuna sandwich, which you can only get if you trek to the pool bar, or if biscuits and an apple take your fancy, you can get those between 5pm and 7pm in the lobby bar? Bizarre.
Outside of those times, you go hungry. So if you miss the meal times if you’re out, you’re best off grabbing food out otherwise you’ll be hungry. If you don’t like sandwiches, you’re doomed!
There is the ‘Bonita pool restaurant’ which has snacks, and realistically should be the snack place, but yep - you guessed it - you have to pay extra, even on all inclusive.
As an example of where the operation of this hotel being bizarre, you spend all day on the beautiful 12th floor roof terrace, but the bar on the roof is not included in the all inclusive, so you’ll have to go down to the 8th floor for drinks or floor 0 for a sandwich - just to get a drink is silly. (Getting a drink feels like a complete chore if you spend the day up here, so ask staff to fill a bottle with a soft drink)!!
The jacuzzis on the roof are an amazing touch, but again, they are cold.
The bar on the roof isn’t included in the all inclusive of course - cheeky as. But lovely over sunset.
The ‘infinity pool’ is gated with bars which feel like you’re in a prison and is very cramped. The swimming pool was ICE cold (no exaggeration) - we were here 5 days and didn’t see anyone in it.
The other kids /family pool is right over the other side - some distance away if you want drinks / ‘sandwiches’ (snacks), probably annoying if you have little ones.
The lifts are extremely slow - you’d be better off taking the stairs.
The views are exceptional. Panoramic views of the sea and bay from the dining room and the roof terrace is a great touch.
Just beware - this IS NOT a 24/7 “all inclusive” - most things you have to pay extra for. And if you come in late, you can expect nothing! This is by far the worst all inclusive selection I’ve come across, and I am well travelled.
Rooms are bright and airy. Found the bed firm but comfortable. Aircon works well. Cleaned daily. Showers are good. Toiletries included.
The hotel has such opportunity to be amazing, but so many things are lacking. I can guarantee you’ll be disappointed in the food, snacks and drinks ranges if you’ve paid for all inclusive. You’ll be frustrated entirely by the lifts and you’ll find the overall layout of the hotel very bizarre.
Sadly, the hotel is trying to squeeze every penny out of paying customers.
Would I return? Only if they changed their all inclusive policies to include all of the bars and proper snacks and drinks. Otherwise, I’d go elsewhere.
