We recently stayed here, and while there were some standout features, there are a few things the hotel could improve on.
The location is fantastic, with the most beautiful beach I’ve seen in Mallorca just a bit of a walk away. The city center is also wonderful, with plenty of shops, tourist spots, bars, and restaurants to explore. And for cat lovers, the area is full of cats we enjoyed feeding! There’s a large Eroski supermarket right next to the hotel, which was very convenient for getting everything we needed at regular prices.
As for the apartment, it was very spacious for the price, with a comfy bed and a lovely double balcony where we enjoyed the mountain views and stargazing. The distance from the city center and beach didn’t bother us, as we liked walking.
However, there were a few issues. The kitchen didn’t match the photos and was much smaller than expected, missing basic items like knives and a chopping board, which made cooking challenging. At check-in, we also had to pay an unexpected additional amount due to a supposed balance issue that wasn’t clearly explained. Some areas, like the corners of the rooms and curtains, were noticeably dirty, and we found hair on the sofa and armchairs —although the bed and bathroom were clean.
The requirement to take out our own trash and clean everything before checkout to avoid a penalty was also unusual and a bit unwelcoming.
All in all, I’m glad we stayed here due to the good price and ample space, but with improvements in cleanliness, kitchen essentials, and clearer communication, this place could be an even better experience.

Amazing resort, everything about it is perfect! The rooms were really clean and spacious! The balcony had a view of the pool and the river nearby, which was magnificent! The location of the resort is also perfect, and the staff were really polite and willing to help with anything we asked them for!

I stayed here 2 years ago and felt in quite a strong way, the hotel was of very poor quality; the staff were miserable, the property was shoddy, the overall upkeep was poor.
We then through a long story visited this hotel again this year. Upon arriving, I was tentatively impressed until we had our room visited by the cleaners. We discover post visit, nothing has been cleaned other than new sheets and towels left on the dining chair, this was quite shocking to me so I visited the reception to formally complain. Within 10 minutes, the Head of Cleaning and General Manager of the Hotel knock on my door. They then explain there was items on the beds and floors and it is their policy they cannot touch anything since Covid. They had also tried to pass this message to me via phone and reception but I was out. They showed me videos and photos to confirm this so I didn’t believe they were lying. As an MD of a London technology company, this is the kind of service I would die for, they couldn’t have done a single thing more to show and tell me why this incident had happened.
To add to this; the property is clean, the pool was amended to allow for more sun beds, the staff couldn’t do more for you…I could go on!
To make the changes this hotel have made, they should be given an award, well done Ona, you have transferred me from a 1 star to a 5 star in 2 years!

Terrible experience was unable to check in as they needed to validate the card used for booking despite they took the payment then refused to refund, thieves!!!!! it's very ridiculous procedure as we been gifted from our relative a two days stay at this location yet we were not allowed to check in because of such silly unfair and long procedures of verifying credit card especially it was written nowhere in their policies about this. They just stole the money and spoiled our vacation.
