Today is my mum and my last day. I cannot rates this hotel enough. The staff are so friendly and helpful. In all honesty I don't know how they do it given the longs hours they work. Food is lovely and rooms are not so clean.

We had a fantastic time, staff couldn't do enough for us. Rooms spotless, food was tasty and plentiful, drinks spot on. Nightly Entertainment was good. The bus terminus is just outside the hotel. So it makes for a good location. They have a kids' pool and a large slide into the adult pool, which is quite deep. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and on a sun terrace. The bus: 5 mins on no. 2 will bring you to the main strip, 10 to the markets, and 10 mins on the no. 3 to the beach. 25lira pp on the bus.

I don’t even know where to start I booked this hotel thinking it was going to be at least half decent and it turned into a disaster the first time I arrived I was waiting around for ages to be seen as soon as I was checked in I realised you then got to pay to use air con in the room and also WiFi! Which both cost over an extra £200 I got into the room and it was a shambles it absolutely stank like someone just smoked 40 cigarettes in the room and we couldn’t get rid of the smell for at least 5 days, the balcony door was broken the shower flooded evertime you used it and talk about safety on the balcony all the safety bars was wobbly so I couldn’t trust my kids out there alone, I also paid for breakfast which was a total waste of time you can’t even get a piece of toast with your breakfast unless you like olives for breakfast this might be for you but I had to pay every morning for jam & toast which was one of the most expensive things on the menu just for the kids to be able to have something for breakfast, the worst thing of it all was when we was leaving we checked out I had to pay a final bill and I wanted to use my card as I had no more money and the manager was livid screaming in my face saying “ cash we don’t want your card “ also threatening me just for the fact that I wanted to pay by card I have never in my life been spoken to or experienced something like this before and I have been to hundreds of hotels and im the last person to moan about anything but this whole experience in this hotel let me and my family down especially when you have spent thousands of pounds for this trip! I would definitely not be coming back to this hotel that’s for fact and I would tell everyone to avoid!! You can get much better places for value with no hidden charges and also not to get spoken to and treated like a fool!

Top quality experience. Can speak for my family aswell when I say that Musti's is one of our favourite locations in all of Marmaris. We have been many times and I haven't a single complaint, amazing staff, and the food is worth every penny. Definitely try the chocolate milkshake if you visit! Staff always catered to our requests and were geniunely happy to do so, they themselves boost the entire Musti's experience. I'd also like to mention the night time shows and events that make it just that extra bit more special for the whole family; my personal favourite is the pool party, in which the pool is open late and everyone has a blast. Would definitely reccommend, and i only wish i wasn't limited to 5 stars!!

Stayed here in a family holiday June 2024. This is a surprisingly good & enjoyable hotel. The hotel is clean & well looked after, lively large pool, well stocked bar, good food & nice bedrooms. However, the staff are exceptional! All are friendly & helpful ( well beyond the norm ) & take time to get to know you. The entertainment is good for families & plenty of tvs for sports. Special mention to Mario, Kenzo, Charlie & Attila ( the manager)—a really knowledgeable, helpful & nice guy. Definitely recommend this hotel
