Reception staff not helpful and very arrogant men. Rooms are okay but if you have a 2 bedroom you have to pay £140 for air-conditioning and your not allowed another key it's one key per room. Top rooms are very very hot even with air-conditioning. The pool closes at 6.30pm and they throw the chemicals in so it will burn if anyone goes in not ideal for a pool to close that early. Cleaners are lovely and hotel is beautiful and in great location. Don't think I would come back to this hotel.

This is an honest review, the hotel is ideally situated and the pool and pool staff are great, the reception staff are a complete joke. They are unwelcoming and rude, and they are talking nastily about you in Turkish whilst you are still stood there. The room has a charge of £70 for the air con (quite common in turkey) but keep in mind that if you have a 2 bedroom apartment you will need to pay double ( £140) as it is £70 per unit... This is not as common and seems a rip off compared to other hotels. The cleaners are good and the rooms are ok, dated, but ok. The hotel shop is twice the price of the supermarket up the road... And the pool bar is a little pricey. But the staff around the pool seem nice, there is no lifeguard at the pool but the pool itself is good. In short.... Don't ask for any help whatsoever with anything at reception, they are useless and not interested. All in all we had a great holiday and it is a cheap place to lay your head.

This hotel was very good . The pool was cleaned and checked regularly. The service and entertainment around the pool was good . They kept kids entertained . So if you want quite maybe not so good. The turkish bath in hotel was excellent. The drink and toasted cheese sandwich s around pool were good . They also have on site doctors, shop, hairdressers . Tattooist. Helpfull friendly staff . All 5 of us would return to this hotel
Twenty for Seven Relaxation
Stay away from this hotel we had nothing but problems with this hotel , wrong room and claimed they offered us a room on the 5th floor which we didn't went straight to the room they took us to which was on the ground floor they claimed we asked for a ground floor which we never we booked a 2 bedroom only got a 1 bedroom, I took photos and videos of damage to the room when we got there and they rectified some problems they claim we damage the room and took the photos, they try blaming you for damage to the room which was already there, this is a very bad hotel to stay at and the staff try ripping you off at the restaurant, they also have a guy claiming to be a rep whose from love holiday/Jet2 and he's from adamtravel called Ferrit ! , only decent staff there was the lovely Pandora Jeweler great man can't fault him very caring and great deals there other then that dont stay here and only pop in to see the jewler.

Had the worst holiday experience ever staying in alenz suite, had to pay £50 to have air con on for a week which i need for medical reasons..
staff were rude and unapproachable.
rooms were dirty and smelly, dust everywhere pins in quilts constant dirty bedding.
Food in hotel made my family of 10 ill 😷
Pool had no safety and neither did the balcony’s..
Entertainment was dancers who looked like strippers and were rude to the children.
children was injured multiple times on slide as no water run down it at certain points.
Drinking till all hours family’s fighting people being thrown out banging and screaming constantly.
Tvs on 4th floor didn’t work, neither did the phone so would have to go all way back down to complain, Lifts were not great either took there time and can only hold minimum people.
Cleaners were really sweet met one who’s grandad passed away and day after she came to work, lots of greedy people all out for the £££.
tattoo shop downstairs was ok very overpriced cheaper in town (10 min away)
the shop downstairs doesn’t offer drinks during day so the restursnt can make more money the shop is half price of restaurant but still not cheap.
Slippy floors no signs and people injured again..
Men generally feel they have authority in this hotel.
When complaining we was threatened to be kicked out the jet2 rep was turkish and that was not in our favour very rude dismissed everything we said.
Told them about the pin in our bedding and dirty bedding and they said “well it never happen before”
Accused us of acting wildly when all we did was politely complain.
Worst holiday i have ever experienced you’ll have a better time at a 1 star in spain or france don’t waste your money..
don’t know how they are still in business defiantly not disabled access or medical condition access to anything.
they will turn air con off if you’ve used to much.
they charge £30 for late check out but don’t tell you until it’s time for you to go.
Not family friendly at all.
Only good thing was the doctor who treated me, found a lump and urged me to go home and get nhs to sort me out.
Beach was beautiful but you can not enjoy because to many greedy men want your money and kids will try sell you waste of money don’t fall for it.
lots of animals too that take your food on beach.
wasn’t all bad but i would defo choose a better hotel we mainly went because of how close to beaches
taxi are 200 lira don’t get ripped off.
