We stayed in this hotel early September 3-8th we arrived and was shown to our room by a nice young lad. We was given a twin room as a couple. We was in a corner room out the way . We requested to change rooms to a double bed they said it wasn't possible they only offered us to pay £100 each for an upgrade as there was no available rooms. In this room the bedding was dirty The overhead shower never worked and it was very run down. (Highlight was there was Aircon .) The shower/toilet appeared to be connected to next door so when there toilet flushed so did ours. The lower foot shower when turned on flooded the bathroom because the sinks don't work quickly with draining. The toilet bowl filled up every minute so unless the bathroom door was shut the noise was unbearable. We used lees dad's hotel to shower ! In this hotel there was couples fighting at the bar but according to jet 2 rules there's a 3 strike rule. This ruined our time being by the pool the staff wasn't equipped to deal with this situation as it continued into the following day around the pool with children present and nothing was done. This seemed to be a family run hotel and they all was friendly but having younger teens working with drunken Brits abroad wasn't a good mix. We spent most time at the sister hotel where my partner has previously stayed. (And loved) We chose this hotel as that one was sold out and this had high reviews. I didn't expect an incredible 5* hotel. things like the broken ping pong tables etc doesn't bother us but to our friends with kids it would have and it's a cheap fix. I don't know why this one was so run down. I know we payed on a budget of £500 each for 5 nights however this just wasn't an enjoyable stay. Just the basics of a working shower would have made the difference. According to jet 2 they only go off other people's reviews so I hope this helps the next person out who has an unenjoyable stay. I don't like to review small businesses with negative things on trip advisor as I'll discuss issues we have with staff but cheers to the hotel staff for lying when you was asked about our stay . Appreciate that you supposedly"pushed our beds together " to make it a double bed 😂.

Stayed here with my partner and a group of friends and have had a great stay. The staff are fantastic, very welcoming, friendly and a great laugh. They have looked after us really well and accommodated our requests where they can. I really couldn't fault them. My partner and I stayed in an apartment and it's well equipped, clean and modern. The bed is also very comfortable. The food is great at lunch time and dinner. Breakfast is basic but for me it's a perfect light start to the day. If you do want a cooked breakfast you can order one and it is a also very nice breakfast. Location is also really good for access to the towns. We've had a fantastic holiday and we'd happily stay here again and we are already looking to book for next year

Absolutely brilliant service by all members of staff. Mustafa is one of the happiest and hardest head bar men you will ever meet, he is like a human Duracell bunny. The owner Leyla and her son Egermont are always interested in the guests welfare, and ensuring they are enjoying their holiday. The place is kept very clean. Fabulous looking hotel in a great location. I can see why people keep returning to this hotel.

Lovely hotel, wonderful staff and excellent service! The location was perfect to get to the beach down in Oludeniz via minibus taxis, a walk away from lovely restaurants in the town, easy trip to Fethiye Mall. Staff were always accommodating and helpful with any queries. We'll definitely be back to visit in the near future 😁

Second time at this hotel just because we were so impressed on our first visit. A wonderful family owned hotel. Has everything we look for in a holiday can not fault any part of our stay. Family run hotel, make you feel so welcome and genuinely remembered us from last year. Breakfast is fresh everyday with both lunch and evening menu food of very good quality with a great variety across both menus. Atmosphere great around the facility and easy access to hisanarou and olu deniz by dolmus and taxi. See you all next year.!!!
