I was a little skeptical when I first booked this hotel, after reading some reviews (I know there will always be bad reviews everywhere you go). And the location seemed far from everywhere when I was looking on Google maps. But it was actually one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Rooms are clean and cleaned every day. Pool was good my kids loved it. Not too overcrowded and fighting for beds. Staff are amazing and soo friendly. Food was nice, especially the sunday carvery. Great location to bars and restaurants. And there's a park right at the back too. Which my youngest loved. Dolmus stops outside and takes you straight into marmaris. Don't have anything bad to say. Can't wait to go back.

Honestly would not recommend this hotel in the slightest, not only do the reception staff understand a word of english they are very rude and unwelcoming. We had cameras/sensors in our rooms and the doors did not lock, the staff messed around in the lobby early hours in the morning creating ample noises when we asked to be moved rooms they told us if we didn't like it to leave, we had to book a new hotel.

Amazing place been staying here for the last 3 years staff are great and very pleasant they always go out there way to look after there guests will always stay here when coming to marmaris.

DONT GO!! This hotel is so bad! Main man manager the day one is awful and so rude. Our windows didn’t close. There was no cameras near our room. Air conditioning was so bad and WiFi was awful. Food gave me diarrhoea and since not eating there I have been fine. Stupid me but I left money in the room hidden thought was safe as I got a label for the door to say the cleaners and no one could go in. I had £200 robbed and then I rang the police and the manager tried saying it never happens but pfffftt! Have you seen the other reviews! Telly is rubbish. Some staff is okay but rest are awful and try to sleep with people. Pool is crap and they always turn the slide off. Pool always closes early and kids can’t have fun. Bathroom always smells like wee no matter how much you try to clean it. Horrible place. I have always loved marmaris till I stayed in this hotel. Locals from marmaris have spoken about how bad this place is. We tried asking them to look at the cameras and they took hours to do it and wouldn’t let us see. They gave out passport details to Random’s and also they all had a key to every room.

3 STAR who gave it this rating a blind man with a dog. CRAZY Everything cost extra, Air Con, safe, Internet, all extra. SAFE : advised to do its a metal lock box system at the front in reception, where the master key is hung up, but our stuff was kept safe. But there was alot of thefts from room from other guest. AIRCON: LUCKILY weather wise we managed, but you can't open the windows for some fresh air until the music stops around 1am. INTERNET: Not alot of money but it was also poor, my advice get the WiFi code from the bars in and around the hotel it's free and signal was better. LOCATION: As a family of 4 with teenaged kids having Turkish waiter oooppss im mean entertainer gyrate their hips and waite towards my wife and young daughter was not acceptable. BIZARRE: 25 minutes walk assault course of avoiding men from every bar and restaurant. Witching Hour : 2030hrs (8.30pm for you northerners) seems to be when the places really gets going, but in you face loud, CRAZINESS. BLUEPORT : Nice area, good for shops we took a scenic route avoiding the Crazies down the main drag, 25 minutes. Taxis approx 300 turkisk. No more. Golden Orange: sorry not coming back, some staff very nice, other could need a little more understanding of their clientel and customer service, MOROCCAN waiter was the best in my opinion, who was the true "GOLDEN boy" Cleanliness around the pool was poor glass and cups left, and their was broken glass or thick plastic in places. NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY- and people aloud to get away with some outrageous stuff. Room cleaners were very much hit or miss as well, sometimes a good job the next time looks like nothing was done, Everyone quick to leave Tip envelopes. Give us the respect and services, and we will part with our money.
