I had an awful stay at this hotel. To start, there was no hot water in the room, which is unacceptable. I reported the issue three times to the front desk, but no one ever showed up to fix it. Taking a cold shower after a long day is not what I expected when booking this place.
To make matters worse, the door to my room was broken and open. I reported this as well, and they assured me it would be fixed. However, no one bothered to address it during my stay. Had to use the back door and jump over the banister to enter the room. Completely unacceptable.
The complete lack of responsiveness and basic amenities ruined what would have been an fine stay otherwise. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone considering coming. Been to Egypt many times and you can get far better quality hotels at the same price. Food was hit and miss but generally find something to eat.

The overall experience is really bad. Starting from the reception, we had to wait for more than 2 hours after 12 pm. to prepare our room. The room was comfortable, but there was no privacy as one of the housekeeping staff tried to enter using master key while we were in the room. He then apologized and mentioned that he didn't know we were there! The resort is disorganized with significant distances between everything. The restaurant is far from the rooms, requiring a 10-15 minute walk to reach the main pool and restaurant. The food and drinks are the worst aspects of this hotel. Everything in the restaurant is lower quality than the minimum standard. The pool is not clean, but the sea and the beach were good. The night activities are quite silly with bad music, dance, and poor animation. In general, I do not recommend this resort to anyone. Please choose something else that is worth your money.

Big resort with a nice, calm beach. A lot of activities for children. Overall clean and good value. The bar staff was very unfriendly and would only serve you drinks if you tip him, even though all drinks were included in our package. No wifi in the rooms.

Very low quality place, rooms are nasty, bed sheets are yellow while the original color is white, looks like they were never washed with detergent.
Always no enough seats for people on the beach, we always had to wait people to finish eating so we can find a a table for us.
No air inside the restaurant, the air conditioning is not working and the windows are shield.
Food quality is very poor and the dishes are not clean.
It was a horrible experience and i felt that i have just wasted my time and my money.
Rooms are not secure at all.

Nice location by the beach good food and pools. The entertainment staff would not leave the volleyball for us to play. Drinks need more variety. The entertainment crew is most interested in picking girls than doing their job.
