The rooms were a good size even taking into account the baby bed. The location was good but parking was limited. The staff were friendly and efficient and very patient with our 1 year old running amok. The food and drinks were generally of a good standard and were good value for money. We would definitely consider the Metropolitan if we return to Mallorca. Thank you!

I do understand that people may have had different experiences (noisy neighbors guests for example) but i don’t understand what people expect from a 3* hotel, we cannot compare it to a 5*. It is a great 3* hotel, rooms are clean, breakfast was very good, location is perfect. I’ve been in another 4* hotel in Mallorca and we preferred this one, so it’s a great value for the price. Special thanks to the very kind receptionist Mr. Carlos Rodriguez, he was so kind to guide us and help us with all our questions, it was nice to meet him and discuss with him, we wish him all the best and continued success!

A really good value hotel about 6 mins away from the beach. Really convenient as close to the airport and a 2 euro bus into Palma. Saw some other reviews that were quite critical, but was happy with everything the hotel offered. Was great as a solo traveler as you felt catered for and looked after but also a good value base of operations for trips to explore the surrounding area. The immediate area is quite popular with German tourists which adds a lot of character to the area and you feel there is lots of good energy about. I'd see it as a great place if you're looking for somewhere to stay and then head out and explore the region - as you might find the rooms a bit constrictive if you're just planning on staying in the hotel the whole time. Highly recommend and the staff were also really helpful with questions I had without being over the top. Thanks for the hospitality.

The room was incredibly small, making it quite uncomfortable to move around. To make matters worse, the breakfast offered was basic and monotonous, with the same options repeated daily. The personnel seemed quite unhappy and unresponsive, which added to the overall negative atmosphere. What struck me the most, however, were the exorbitant prices for such subpar accommodations and services. It felt like an unfair trade-off, paying so much for an underwhelming stay. I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel if you're looking for a pleasant and comfortable vacation experience. There are definitely better options available in Mallorca that offer better value for your money.

Nice hotel. However upon check in we had to wait until nearly 3pm, when we were told would be between 1-2pm. Each night they check your card/ID when you come in late which is understandable. However the last night of our stay, without checking ID/Card a member of staff (Tony) said to me “you’re friend can’t come in” while pointing at my girlfriend. I did not appreciate this as it insulted my girlfriend and myself. He was extremely rude and was not apologetic. Especially as the booking was under my girlfriends name. How we were treated, I would never stay here again. Never shown the facilities either.
