The hotel is well-located and with a great infrastructure. The location is just walking distance from St. Julian's bay and is surrounded by fine dining restaurants and cafes. The hotel offers a free on-site car park with a self-registering system that allows you to safely park the car under a surveillance system. Access to the car park is through a lift that goes directly to the reception or desired floor. At the reception, the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. I would like to express my gratitude to Javier, the front desk supervisor as he took his time to explain to me and my girlfriend the tour options, and tips for traveling around and exploring Malta at its best. Me and my girlfriend decided to book the tour with the hotel and it was a great experience. I strongly advise booking this hotel and if you do so, do not miss the gym on the -1 floor and the swimming pool on the rooftop, it offers a magnificent view of St. Julian's Bay.

the staff and hotel was lovely. The room we stayed in was spacious and the bathroom was very nice. Like that the A/C worked and did cool the room down. Only thing that i would like to see change would be when the pool closes. Feels as 8pm is a bit too early for it to close especially if you have spent a day traveling and it would be closes by the time you get back. Otherwise great hotel would stay again.

We had an amazing stay, from the start right to the end We recommend the breakfast as it is a good value for money and a great start to your day with everything from the continental to the english selection. Lunch and snacks are also served in the roof top swimming pool, which is the hotel gem Our room was nicely cleaned and very well equipped with everything needed for your stay. We like to thank the staff for being so kind and helpful. Their customer service was outstanding. We definitely recommend this hotel if you wish to stay in St Julien

This hotel has potential however loses its appeal in the detail. The power went out several times in our room, the bathroom lock was broken, the toilet seat was broken, and one day there was no hot water. The outlets beside the bed are by the ground so bring long cables in order to reach the side table. Staff were able to fix the broken items. Smoking is allowed by the pool which doesn’t allow a pleasant experience. There’s very limited umbrellas and shade by the pool. Room cleaning wasn’t done until 3pm a few days which is annoying to come back from an afternoon at the pool to find no clean towels. The towels they offer were very small and thin so require replacing regularly. Breakfast was fine. The hotel hosts tours groups so there was a moment with 10-15 people lined up for the coffee machines. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the bus stop to Valletta.

Fantastic long weekend at the Mercure. Perfect location. Staff were really friendly & helpful. Rooms were immaculately cleaned and had daily calls to ensure we were satisfied. Gorgeous rooftop pool which was perfect for relaxing by day with friends. Excellent breakfast with lots of variety. Would highly recommend this hotel.
