This is a great hotel. It It started with the journey to the hotel. The X1 bus, straight to, outside the hotel for 2 euro.
Check-in was a breeze. We were lucky to get a room upgrade to a garden room, overlooking the outside pools and garden which was great.
The spa and pools are definitely a bonus and worth the extra.
The position of the hotel is great. A good selection of restaurants, all in walking distance. The bus stop is just outside the door taking you down into the bay, over to Popeye experience, the red tower for 2 euro each way.
We will definitely be back to this hotel again.
We gave a 4 star for the room as the shower was not the best but this will not make us change our mind.
This hotel is a great find.

Enjoyable stay, parking on site was interesting, even challenging!
Parking outside the main entrance is restricted, so when they say you can park free on bays with white lines, not always! We had a lovely room with a balcony which turned out to be unusable because of the mostly day long pneumatic drilling on the construction site opposite.
We were on the eighth floor, noisy at night, either lift noise or Hotel airconditioners I couldn’t figure out which. Great views though. Loads of restaurants nearby. Breakfast in the hotel was good and plentiful. Cocktail bar in the hotel was nice. Staff were great.

Stayed for a week with our quite large (49) Riviera travel tour group.
Paid extra for a garden view room and glad we did, some rooms face over a busy road and a section of the hotel is actually over the other side of the road. Very pleased with our room which actually looked down over the bay. (See pic)
Room had a balcony and plenty big enough for our needs.
Breakfast and Evening meal was a buffet arrangement in the Dining area. Very happy with the selection and quality on offer. The dining area does get very noisy though, very popular with the tour groups.
The rooftop bar is terrific, especially when the weather good as it was for us, great place for a sundowner.
Various swimming pools, inside and out, quiet garden area to relax if needed.
Main road outside is busy and noisy (traffic), Malta in general has a lot of road traffic and don't expect to get anywhere particularly quickly. Buses plentiful and a number stop very near the hotel. Decent choice of eateries around and in the hotel itself.
Would happily recommend this place.

Hotel is old, they started renovation on 6th of January while tourists are still in the hotel (including us), whiteout informing in advance pr anything. The facilities for children do not exist, there used to be a “game room” but it is closed. the access for the indoor pool for the kids is only permitted until 4pm, when we are still visiting around. we are very unhappy about the noise due to renovations they started, not allowing us to longer sleep while on vacation. The main bar is closed in the evening, the facilities are kept low.

This hotel is more for families not really for solo travellers. The room was nice and the sea view was nice. I tried the breakfast twice and it was good. I didn't have water for more than an hour in my second day there which was very surprising as it's a 4 start hotel and they didn't have a back up generator. My last day there one of the elevators wasn't working. I tried to cancel one of the 9 nights I paid for but the client service manager couldn't really help me. If you wanna go out and have a nice night life I wouldn't recommend staying here.
