Service was impeccable, nothing was too much trouble, & all staff were very friendly. Special mention to our 'housekeeper ' Satya, who was charming, polite, always smiling & very thorough.
This was our second visit to Seabank Mellieha,we love the location. Our room was lovely, with a nice little courtyard.
Our only gripe was,we like to use the indoor pool to swim in the morning as it is adults only till 9am. However, this year, several times children were there earlier. Maybe make new guests more aware of this,as possibly they didn't realise? (Despite the signs).
Apart from that, we had a lovely holiday, oh the evening shows are great too!

Had a wonderful stay as a couple, we've previously visited and knew what to expect from the all inclusive resort. Really enjoyed the pool and facilities in the hotel. Big thanks to Melessa who was a regular smiley face behind the various bars. Very attentive. Food was a decent quality and a great variety. Great location in Melleiha Bay, close to Popeye village and great bus links to everywhere on the island. If there was anything to raise would be the hotel itself. Starting to age a little since it's last big refurb. Hoping this will be a continuous work in progress like all resorts. Will definitely be returning. Thank you.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, our week at Db Sandbank Resort & Spa Hotel was nothing short of wonderful.
I visited with two friends, and we were made to feel incredibly welcome right from check-in through to check-out.
The service was fantastic, warm, personable, and always attentive. Every member of staff we met, from front of house to the waiters, bar staff, and housekeeping, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. A special mention goes to Danjela and Ishonk, who were outstanding, though truthfully, every staff member we encountered was first class and couldn’t do enough for us.
The food was excellent throughout, the speciality restaurants being real highlights with Salia standing out as our favourite, the food was magnificent and the service was wonderful. We loved it so much that we returned later in the week as paying guests just to enjoy another meal there.
Our quad room was lovely, spacious, spotlessly clean, and ideal for three friends sharing. We also loved the All-Inclusive Plus package, which added a real sense of indulgence to our stay.
We treated ourselves to a visit to Pearls Spa. The full-body massage and facial were worth every penny, we floated out feeling completely relaxed and pampered.
This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we are already looking forward to returning next year.
Highly recommended!

We stayed at the seabank in October two years ago and it was honestly one of the best all inclusive hotels we had stayed at, we were so excited to come back this year. Sadly, the experience this time just left us so very disappointed 😞 we just returned home, staying from 17th October - 24th October.
1. The food just was not as good sadly, the same potatoes every night swimming in oil. Over cooked meat and fish. The themes were just a mixture of things that didn’t go together? British night- white fish and mussels stew, turkey, gammon and a tray of mushy peas?! Kids food, rock hard nuggets and chips every night. We tried dinner at different times, sadly no different. The salad choices were not changed much and everything seemed repetitive despite different themed nights. Our last night , we had some dessert and one we tried tasted stale.
2. We stayed for 7 nights , could not get booked into any of the other restaurants all week!
3. We went to a later breakfast at the laguna restaurant at 10:15 am, there was not a single empty table that was clean. We went outside and moved some dirty plates ourselves. Went to get some breakfast, one cold drinks machine was broken and there was no glasses to get a cold drink. We gave up and went out for breakfast
4. One night I couldn’t face dinner, my father took my son to dinner. They went to get drinks and put them on the table to then go and get food. When they returned to the table their drinks had been taken and another couple were sitting at the table. They had to then find somewhere else to sit.
5. Staff over all seemed lacking, and not as friendly as before or as attentive. The nicest staff were the room cleaners. Even going to dinner before the staff would guide you to a table or ask if you wanted to sit outside - we found most nights there either wasn’t a member of staff there or we basically just got a finger pointing to a general area where there was a table.
6. The water machine on our floor, 4th floor was out of order the entire duration of our stay
7. The general appearance of the hotel was looking worn. Our room had 2 plug sockets that didn’t work, reception did send someone to repair them, and one ended up working. The sun loungers stained, side of the hotel paint peeling, and my son was picking up fallen off tiles that were in the swimming pool
It was such a shame paying for all inclusive and not enjoying the food, the food is one of the biggest parts of an all inclusive holiday so impacted massively our holiday enjoyment. We do appreciate the hotel was at full capacity, and maybe that impacted the service but sadly all these things added up to not a very good experience for us and has made us not want to return to the seabank.

The service was outstanding, and the nightly shows were truly moving. With seven restaurants to choose from, every day felt fresh and exciting—never a dull moment. The staff were all incredibly friendly, making our stay absolutely wonderful.
The sea is right in front of the hotel, just a three-minute walk away! Even in October, the weather was pleasantly warm—not too hot— and we could enjoy swimming comfortably in both the sea and the pool.
