The hotel is very clean, rooms are cleaned every day.
A large dining room, the organization of the place is first class, there is a queue according to which places are allocated according to the number of people (group).
The service is nice, smiling, helpful, always greets.
The meals are tasty, fresh with a large selection of dishes to choose from. Thanks to CHINA, whose we remember fondly, always nice, helpful and smiling.
Additionally, it is worth remembering the reception staff, first class, they will explain, help and advise, plus for accepting in Polish.

I had a wonderful time in Malta. I went there for a week and paid for all inclusive. The food was amazing. The hotel had different meals every night which was great. The breakfast was delicious and plenty to choose from. I met two lovely waitresses China and Ashmin. They were very polite and friendly. Our room was very clean. We had fresh towels every day. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Frankly speaking this is one of the worst experiences I had in my „travel life”.
Starting with the room - the first one we’ve got was like living next to the highway - it was on the „street level” very noisy- it was very difficult to sleep there. Next room we got (because we requested for a change) was smaller than the first one but much quieter (except waking us up at 8 am by the cleaners and couple strange noises at night).
Of course we had to pay as for the large room.
Breakfast. If during your vacation you’d like to sleep a little bit longer and have a breakfast after 9 am- don’t expect large choice of products for breakfast. The main restaurant doesn’t serve breakfast after 9 and you need to go to a different one where even the coffee cups are made from plastic.
At all meals you should double check the cleanliness of plate, glass and cutlery.
Food is quite tasty but with very limited choice of fruits. Coffee is very bad.
Staff is trying hard but management by their decisions doesn’t help them.
Gym is dirty.
We had to check out one day earlier due to my kid’s illness - guess what? No refund for this one night even though I had informed staff one day in advance.
To get to the beach you need to cross very busy road.
Parking is pretty big but again quite dirty.
In corridors the floor looks very dirty.

One of the best all inclusive hotels I’ve stayed at. Obviously very popular and with 506 rooms lots of people staying, one staff member estimated about 1400 guests that week but the facilities and staff handled it well.
Very popular with families and plenty for children to do but also it catered for those without children and of all ages.
All in one I would recommend.

We were in the hotel for 9 nights over Christmas with toddler. The hotel is spacious variety of food served everyday. Christmas Eve and day had live music and different type of food. The toddlers pool was very warm and nice to get to we found swimming pool indoors too cold. Massages were great. The cleaners were doing great job and nothing was too much trouble for them. The indoor soft play was not very safe and the interior needs work done. We also found there was not much to do with toddler when the weather outside was windy and it was dark. Would help if they would have some room with toys or even inflatable castle which was put up one night. We had a rubbish position of room where we were first on corridor and had street on other side so for light sleepers it wasn’t great. I left kindle in the room and the staff send it back to me for free. Thank you very much :)
