From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, our week at Db Sandbank Resort & Spa Hotel was nothing short of wonderful.
I visited with two friends, and we were made to feel incredibly welcome right from check-in through to check-out.
The service was fantastic, warm, personable, and always attentive. Every member of staff we met, from front of house to the waiters, bar staff, and housekeeping, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. A special mention goes to Danjela and Ishonk, who were outstanding, though truthfully, every staff member we encountered was first class and couldn’t do enough for us.
The food was excellent throughout, the speciality restaurants being real highlights with Salia standing out as our favourite, the food was magnificent and the service was wonderful. We loved it so much that we returned later in the week as paying guests just to enjoy another meal there.
Our quad room was lovely, spacious, spotlessly clean, and ideal for three friends sharing. We also loved the All-Inclusive Plus package, which added a real sense of indulgence to our stay.
We treated ourselves to a visit to Pearls Spa. The full-body massage and facial were worth every penny, we floated out feeling completely relaxed and pampered.
This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we are already looking forward to returning next year.

The room that we had was fantastic, large, plenty of storage and kept wonderfully clean by Rohit - who was always friendly and helpful.
The food is a buffet with a good and varied selection, we usually are fed up of buffets by the 2nd week but not this time.
It is a about a 25 minute walk to the nearest town, and it's up a large hill, but good bus and taxi services are available, and at reasonable prices.
Drinking water stations are located throughout the hotel, which is a great touch.
Overall the hotel is great, the staff helpful and friendly, everything you'd need for a get away and chill holiday.

First time in Malta. Travelled as two adults - mother (54) and son (27). What a fabulous start. The hotel was lovely. Food was fabulous with different themes every night. Plenty of choice and vegetarian options. Rooms were well presented and kept spotlessly clean. Pool areas perfect. Lovely pools and plenty of sunbeds to move between as the sun moved. The only small negative is location. It is easy to explore Malta as there is a bus stop right outside the hotel and buses are really cheap, but within walking distance there is very little.
On the day we were due to fly home, my son was ill. The hotel extended our checkout time, helped us to get him to a doctor and couldn't have been more obliging. Would highly recommend this hotel for couples or families and will be returning!

Nice location, with a bus stop right outside. Uber and bolt easily available too. The rooms are nice, particularly if you have a sea view, but are a little dated, but more than adequate for a weeks holiday. The mattress is very comfortable, but the pillows were a bit lumpy. The food was great, with plenty of choice and several restaurants onsite. The service was amazing. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. All in all it is a solid 4 star hotel, but needs a bitore attention in places, particularly around the quality of the rooms and housekeeping. That said, I would still return and recommend the hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at DB Seabank. Managed to get a corner room which was significantly larger than other rooms with two balconies that overlooked the pools.
The restaurants were excellent, serving food between them through most times of the day. Food was very good and plenty of it. We took the opportunity to visit most of the specialist restaurants - again, the food was excellent.
We didn’t partake in the evening entertainment, just not our thing, but it seems very popular with most others.
Took the opportunity to spend some time swimming in the bay directly opposite the hotel which was very nice.
As far as all inclusive hotels go, DB was excellent and the staff made it that much better.
