We have just Got back from a week's Stay at paradise bay hotel. The hotel was spotlessly clean and ran to a very high standard. My highlight was the staff who were so efficient helpful professional and so friendly and worked so hard. Claudine was amazing and worked so hard and was super friendly and my gorgeous was Radmila who ran the bar and worked so very hard and was so friendly and nice that it was a pleasure to meet her! To all the staff and the lovely cleaning staff who worked so hard thank you to all!! The hotel was beautiful. The scenery and views were breathtaking and Malta is a beautiful country. Location is ideal for the ferry for sightseeing. I had a wonderful time and thank you to the barman who made my daughters birthday very special with a cake and candles! Food was delicious. Great selection and high standard. I have no bad words at all to say. Wonderful place and beautiful people!! Would highly recommend and if I come back to Malta I will stay here xx

I stayed there in August 2024 with my partner and daughter for seven nights, and we had an amazing time! The breakfast buffet was incredible, with a fantastic variety of options every day. The pool was immaculate and not too crowded. The location was fantastic for boat rides and gorgeous beaches, and it was just a short distance from the city.

Helpful and friendly staff great clean rooms, kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool also the playground. The shop inside the hotel has everything you need which I loved not having to go out looking for shops. Great breakfast and lunch.

Nice location with bus stop and Gozo ferry in walking distance, restaurant was nice although that’s unfortunately all there is nice to be said about this place. Rooms are rather dated with constant howling of the wind coming through the doors, hallways with damaged ceilings leaking water into buckets, no potable water for drinking so you’re required to purchase bottled drinking water from the only store nearby which is coincidentally located in the hotel with absurd prices, not to mention they only take card so chuck some surcharges on top of that. Overall not the best stay, hotel needs to do better.

Spacious rooms and showers, Live music in the evenings really makes the day. Large swimming pool with sauna (this time it worked, yay!) Great value for money in winter. We keep coming back here every January. A few drawbacks: cracked sink and a bit damaged walls, and be careful what to order in the hotel restaurant (we got food poisoning a couple times).
