Had everything we needed. Location was amazing. Loved the close proximity to the Gozo ferry. Food was OK... Lunch and dinner better than breakfast. Yummy desserts! Nice pools, basic rooms. Came for a conference and it fit the need. Would recommend!

Beautiful hotel right next to the ferry to Goza and small beaches. The view from the hotel is stunning. Rooms are cleaned daily. Hotel is also very clean. The reception area is large and airy as is the restaurant the food is of good standard breakfast either continental or cooked plenty tea coffee and juices as well as wine on tap. The food is tasty and well cooked. Lunch is of a good standard and enough options to accommodate all. The desserts are delicious as is the soups. Dinner is of the same standard. And all food we tried is well seasoned the salad bar is fabulous with plenty of choices.
The food is not bland as stated by a previous feedback.
The reception staff have excellent interpersonal skills and are very accommodating. This also speaks for the cleaning staff and restaurant staff.
They have music in the evening and we thought this was excellent. Mario was my favourite. You also play bingo and karaoke. The pools are well maintained as is the showers and toilets. They is a shop and a hairdresser which comes highly recommended. Bus services run outside of the hotel constantly to get around Malta and can take you to the airport to and from. Taxi are available and reasonable. Internet is good. Plenty sockets in the rooms. Complimentary shower gel soap lotions shower caps shoe shine. A relaxing and lovely experience.

Very nice Hotel with a private beach. Rooms are very clean, very big and have a lovely view. Breakfast is okay, dinner buffet is great, especially the desserts are great! Very friendly staff. I can absolutely recommend it, thank you Paradise Bay Resort for a great holiday. :)

The food at lunch and dinner alone adds a star—great variety of well-seasoned salads, seafood, and tender meats. Hats off to the pastry chef; the cakes were incredible! Breakfast, however, could use better breads and cereals.
On the downside, the beds were uncomfortable, with one flat and poky-spring-filled mattress that made sleeping tough. The room and facilities had several issues, like a stuck sliding door, broken drying "string", and a non-working refrigerator, all adding to the worn feel of the place. (Felt like no refurbishing has been done in 40 years.)
Biggest annoyance: the inconvenient beach towel system, requiring two receipts and visits to different spots, with no option to charge to a card. Also, be aware that the beach is small, seaweed-covered this season, and the “infinity pool” isn’t what you'd expect.
Overall, for the price and location, it's worth it if you’re prepared for these quirks.

This year is the fourth year we have stayed at the hotel and it has been a great experience as usual. Everywhere was clean, the staff were nice and the food was excellent and abundant as always. Two things though: The top rung of the pool ladder nearest the wall had the top step missing and the ladder opposite was wobbly. And in our room, the handle of the balcony door on the outside was missing. See you next year!
