Nice little hotel, ideally located on the sea front in Panormos. Nothing too fancy but the room was clean and the lady at reception very friendly.

Lovely, Small Village Hotel. Spacious, clean apartments, friendly people, top service, beautiful homecooked breakfast. Quiet and picture perfect spot on harbour front in the east end of Panormos. Village and beaches in walking distance.

Our stay started on Sunday 14th August and we leave on the 28th. When we arrived outside it looked so nice as was new we were told. Firstly on entering everything looked all freshly painted but within a hour our feet were black the floor was filthy and obviously never been mopped. The cleaner said it had just been cleaned but she'd only brushed it! This was mopped the next day and no more black feet. The air-conditioning didn't work on the Sunday and had to wait till Tuesday for this, We were given a fan but not much use. It was advertised as having a safe in the room which we were promised the man was coming Sunday and it still hasn't been done. Lots of promises but all lies. The Wi-Fi again advertised does not work in the room so we asked for a Wi-Fi extender which she said she was going to get it but didn't turn up. No sorry and just it's broken when didn't appear. This manager Helena is totally out of her depth spouting promises she knows she can't fulfil.
We have to take our valuables with us everywhere this is ruining our long waited for holiday. We only changed our accommodation as my disability is worse and needed to be closer to the beach. The shower has no shelf so all cleaning used has to be on the floor and the shower adjuster comes off in our hands it's just so cheaply put together.
Its just hell not helped by the manager that will not take text email or phone and you can't find her. Also the TV is watchable for about 10 minutes then goes black. ☹️☹️☹️

What a find, our accommodation was basic but spotlessly clean, very lovely people in a beautiful part of Crete. Always room at the pool.
Plenty of tavernas to eat/drink st, all within walking distance. We were here end of July, peak season, never had a problem getting a table with fantastic sea views. There are 3 beaches to choose from, again never too busy, always sunbeds available if you want and free one on the middle beach. The people of Panormo where all lovely. If you want peace and quiet, nice food all hassle free Panormos is perfect.

This Hotel Has Great Rooms And A Great View On The Beach And A Great Breakfast
The Service Is Good EveryTime I Was Out For 2 Hours I Came Back And The Room Was Cleaned The Location From My Home Is A Bit Far About 10 Hours But When You Come To The Hotel You Can See The Beautiful View From The Beach And There A Lot Of Nice Restaurants And Cafe For You Too Sit And Relax Beside The Beach
This Was By Far My Best Vacation With My Family
