I stayed at Sergios Hotel for five nights with my mate in October, paying around £70 per night between the two of us. We arrived quite late, around 1am, and were warmly greeted by Stellios at the front desk, whose big smile instantly made us feel welcome. The 24-hour reception was a huge relief. something I couldn’t confirm when booking, so I called ahead after landing to make sure we’d be able to check in.
Stellios quickly checked us in, handled the room tax, and handed over our key. Since we’d missed dinner, he mentioned the team had prepared some food for us to enjoy once we’d dropped off our bags. We stayed in room 504 at the back of the hotel, which was lovely spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with stylish touches like black taps and shower fittings.
After settling in, we came downstairs to find a light meal waiting: cold cuts, cheese, dolmades, and bread. It was delicious and exactly what we needed after a long travel day. The room had a double bed, but we preferred two singles, so Stellios made a note and the cleaning team switched the mattress topper the next day. The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.
We also had a small balcony with a chair and table facing south, offering a great view of the sunset over the mountains. The blackout curtains did an excellent job, and after a couple of nights, we requested an extra pillow for more support, which was brought up promptly.
The food at the restaurant was consistently excellent. The head chef deserves real credit, the dishes were always cooked beautifully and offered plenty of variety, from Greek classics like moussaka, stifado, and lamb sheesh kebabs to fresh salads, pasta, and a great selection of desserts. There was also fresh watermelon every day, perfect for snacking by the pool. Drinks were self-serve, including soft drinks, juice, water, beer, and both red and white wine.
Cocktails from the bar were lovely, and a special shoutout goes to Sofia, Fred, Luigi, and Mark at the bar, who were all fantastic, always cheerful, friendly, and up for a chat. Even when things got busy, they made sure everyone was looked after with a smile. All of the bar, restaurant, and front desk staff were so welcoming, creating such a positive and relaxed atmosphere throughout our stay.
On our last day, checkout was at 11am, and since the hotel was fully booked, we couldn’t extend our stay. However, we were still able to use the pool and all-inclusive facilities until our airport transfer at 9pm, which was a huge bonus. There’s even a shower room behind reception where we could freshen up before leaving—such a thoughtful touch.
I honestly loved my stay so much that I’ve already booked to return next October.
See you in 2026, Hotel Sergios! Can we please have room 504 again!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel – it fully met our expectations. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and regularly serviced, which made for a very pleasant experience. The food was varied and tasty, offering something for everyone each day. The hotel’s location in the center of Hersonissos made it easy to explore the surrounding area — all the main attractions were literally within arm's reach. What’s more, the hotel has a more intimate, cozy atmosphere compared to larger resorts, which made the experience feel even more personal and relaxing.
However, what truly made our stay memorable was the incredible bartender, Luigi. He is a genuinely warm-hearted and open person, full of charisma and positive energy. Luigi has a unique gift for making people smile — whether through a friendly conversation, a well-timed joke, or simply his welcoming presence. Despite his fun and outgoing nature, he remains professional and dedicated to his work, performing all his duties with care and precision. Luigi is the kind of person who turns an ordinary evening at the bar into a highlight of your trip. He doesn’t just serve drinks — he creates an atmosphere. People like him are rare, and he absolutely deserves special recognition for the way he connects with guests and makes them feel at home.
Thank you, Luigi, for your kindness and for making our stay truly unforgettable!

I stayed at Sergios Hotel and was genuinely surprised - it’s listed as 3 stars but feels like more! The staff were warm, engaging and really made you feel at home. The entertainment (traditional dancers, live music) gave the evenings a special touch, and the food was fresh with great variety every day. A truly lovely stay!

We stayed here for a week all inclusive. It's a small hotel which does a great job in offering a good variety of food and drink.
The rooms are outdated but do what you need. Like many others the shower did leak but as long as you popped another towel down it was fine.
Plenty of room around the pool, couple nights of entertainment too. Great location, easy access to the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants.
There was a enough choice meal wise, though a few more signs would be good. Drinks were great, you did have to ask for service sometimes as they didn't keep someone on the pool bar but you never waited long.
It's not 5 star but the price reflects this and we had a lovely stay!

Unfortunately, I have to leave this review because someone stole my dress from my room. We'd spent the entire previous day away from the hotel, and when we returned to our room at night, the dress was gone. The dress had huge sentimental value to me because I bought it for my engagement. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff and the reception staff only said that no one had seen anything. I'm incredibly sad that my vacation is ending this way.
