I recently stayed at Hotel Sergio's, and it was a frustrating experience from start to finish. Unfortunately, this hotel left much to be desired.
First and foremost, the rooms were incredibly small. There was hardly enough space to move around, and it felt very cramped, which made relaxing after a long day nearly impossible.
The bathroom situation was even worse. The toilet had a persistent, unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to use. To add to the troubles, the toilet seat didn’t fit properly and moved around all the time, creating a rather awkward experience.
Temperature control was another major issue. The heat in the hotel was overwhelming, and the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.
The dining options were equally disappointing. It felt like I was eating the same food every day, which quickly became boring and uninspired. Variety is essential when staying at a hotel, and unfortunately, Sergio's missed the mark here.
To top it all off, I experienced a rather unusual disturbance during my stay: a monkey knocking on my window all night! While it may sound amusing, it was quite annoying and definitely contributed to a restless night.
The only silver lining of my stay was Luigi, the bartender. He was fantastic—always friendly, attentive, and he mixed up some great drinks. Luigi’s bald head might have shone brightly in the dimly-lit bar, but it was his personality that truly stood out as the highlight of my stay.
In summary, Hotel Sergio's offered a disappointing experience characterized by small rooms, stinky toilets, excessive heat, and an annoying monkey. The only redeeming quality was Luigi, the bald bartender, who provided excellent service. I would recommend seeking other accommodations if you're traveling to the area.

Lovely hotel, food was amazing and we were near many beaches a harbour a short walk away. Initially we were put in a room which we did not like but after we got given a nicer room which had a better view and had everything you need. Staff were lovely especially Aggellos the barman. Everyone was helpful and we had a great holiday. Perfect for young couples.

Upon check in at 2am there was an ants nest in our room. Staff were brilliant though and gave us a handful of keys to alternative rooms and allowed us to pick which one we wanted. Food was ok - a bit samey on a lot of days. The pool area is small with not enough sunbeds for the whole hotel (luckily we were there out of season!). Staff are brilliant though.

Clean throughout. Modern service, pool and outside areas.
Helpful , efficient and cheerful staff in al areas. Very laid back and relaxing. Not really suitable for kids and meal times can be brisk. Food is generally good and plentiful for a three star rating. Rooms can be a little dated and basic, although the are clean an comfortable. It appears the hotel is gradually refurbishing thou this is not obvious and detrimental to your stay. Good value for money and very relaxing. There is no disco, mainly traditional entertainment. 20min walk into town there are plenty of various themed bars and clubs. Shops covering most needs are in abundance.

Hotel is very clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Food was OK, not repetitive as AI option can be, could be hotter on serving, but I have had worse in other hotels. However I found that the seating in the hotel was not at all comfortable in either bar area at front of hotel, rear bar area and dining area.
Pool is small and needs an update.
Even though the hotel is on main street the rooms are quiet, furniture was basic but adequate, beds were very nice
