Upon check in at 2am there was an ants nest in our room. Staff were brilliant though and gave us a handful of keys to alternative rooms and allowed us to pick which one we wanted. Food was ok - a bit samey on a lot of days. The pool area is small with not enough sunbeds for the whole hotel (luckily we were there out of season!). Staff are brilliant though.

Great location, appears to be a work in progress. The pool bar area and some of the pool area appears to have had a refurb, but some bits still not finished. The rooms were a different matter. Desperately in need of upgrading. Maid service is daily, but towels and linen only changed every other day. Our room 305 did overlook the main road, but there was no traffic noise once the door was shut. The balcony was so small it was impossible for 2 adults to sit on it. I think as in most of Greece, bathrooms are small. I will say the room was clean and the bed very comfortable.
Food at the hotel was very good. They did have theamed nights in the restaurant and plenty on offer even for the most discerning palette. It is a small hotel and does appear to be understaffed. My cons for this hotel is that more sunbeds are needed as the facilities are also open to the sister hotel next door. The same for the restaurant, it is too small to cater for 2 hotels. The pool bar service was very lacking considering it was AI. Beer, wine and soft drinks were on Tap, but if you wanted cocktails or spirits, at any time of the day, you could wait anything up to 20mins for a member of staff to come and man the bar, as they were already busy trying to clean the restaurant area after meal times. Also only water or juice available before 11.00am. Needs some better organisation. Not a hotel for children.

I recently stayed at Hotel Sergio's, and it was a frustrating experience from start to finish. Unfortunately, this hotel left much to be desired.
First and foremost, the rooms were incredibly small. There was hardly enough space to move around, and it felt very cramped, which made relaxing after a long day nearly impossible.
The bathroom situation was even worse. The toilet had a persistent, unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to use. To add to the troubles, the toilet seat didn’t fit properly and moved around all the time, creating a rather awkward experience.
Temperature control was another major issue. The heat in the hotel was overwhelming, and the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.
The dining options were equally disappointing. It felt like I was eating the same food every day, which quickly became boring and uninspired. Variety is essential when staying at a hotel, and unfortunately, Sergio's missed the mark here.
To top it all off, I experienced a rather unusual disturbance during my stay: a monkey knocking on my window all night! While it may sound amusing, it was quite annoying and definitely contributed to a restless night.
The only silver lining of my stay was Luigi, the bartender. He was fantastic—always friendly, attentive, and he mixed up some great drinks. Luigi’s bald head might have shone brightly in the dimly-lit bar, but it was his personality that truly stood out as the highlight of my stay.
In summary, Hotel Sergio's offered a disappointing experience characterized by small rooms, stinky toilets, excessive heat, and an annoying monkey. The only redeeming quality was Luigi, the bald bartender, who provided excellent service. I would recommend seeking other accommodations if you're traveling to the area.

Lovely hotel, food was amazing and we were near many beaches a harbour a short walk away. Initially we were put in a room which we did not like but after we got given a nicer room which had a better view and had everything you need. Staff were lovely especially Aggellos the barman. Everyone was helpful and we had a great holiday. Perfect for young couples.

Just come back from a 10 night stay with my family. Really good hotel. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Its on a busy street but in an ideal location. The eating and seating area is perfect its so quiet and tranquil you wouldn’t know its off a lively street. Pool area is nice and clean. It wasn’t too busy either always got a sun bed. Food was really tasty and plentiful. Nothing ever ran out always well stocked. The outside bar is good. But its not always manned. But all the waiters or waitresses will soon get you a drink. You can also self serve beer wine and soft drinks. The hotel is very warm but the ac in the room was perfect kept it ice cold all day. The main bar is also really good. But what makes it special is the barman luigi. Such a great friendly character always happy and smiling tuns the bar all week so always a smiling face as you enter. From start to finish a really great experience and will definitely return to the hotel and the area as it was picture perfect. The only reason I didn’t give 5 was hotel itself very hot with limited ac in communal areas
