Our holiday story: we booked a hotel nearby, where they cancelled our booking 3 days before our departure. 4 of our family has been separated into 2 different hotels. The holiday agent offered us Panorama Hotel Village and we were very happy and satisfied with this offer and the rest of the holiday. Our room was clean and tidy, the AC was working perfectly. Due we like to try local cuisine, the selection of meat, vegetables, fruits and dessert were amazing. Irene, the Reception lady is very welcoming and friendly. Soula, the Manager was very helpful and understanding when we came across with another difficult situation with our joined family members. The bar and the buffet staff were friendly, smile, helpful. Check in is through an application but you can use it to book a table in their own restaurant and gives you useful information about the bar, pool and the island itself. We didn't use the pool due we discovered the island and it's unique beaches by our rented car. There is a Shuttle bus service to the nearest beach and 2 shops, one is on site the hotel and the other is 5 minutes walk below the hotel. We will definitely book this hotel again if we come to visit Crete.

Booked the hotel all inclusive as a couple for 10 nights. Overall it was okay, very average. Possibly would not recommended anyone elderly to visit as it is definitely quite a far distance to everything. The area is very nice and good views but not an awful lot to do around, unless you want to use transport. The food and drinks on the all inclusive were very poor we found, pretty much the same stuff everyday and very low quality, the cocktails were very watered down and gave extreme heart burn which quite a few people agreed. We paid extra for a maisonette, this was unnecessary as the normal rooms were probably better which we seen from friends staying. Told a Mountain View but the balcony looked out to nothing at all (side of a hill). We found some of the staff very rude and not helpful at times, came across very lairy. The girls work extremely hard on the bar though we noticed and friendly. The hotel does have entertainment most night which was decent and the vibe was pretty good, if you can get seats. The pools around the hotel are nice but most people reserve sunbeds. I personally would not come back to this hotel. Would definitely recommend the area but probably not the hotel.

Had a great stay here! Food, view, and rooms were all excellent, and staff provided a great service, with a great attitude. A particular mention goes to Irene at the front desk, there was an issue with my air conditioning unit and she got maintenance out straight away. She was also very helpful with organising travel to various activities and lent me her personal beach umbrella during my stay. Thank you!!

During my life I have had stayed in very different level establishments in various locations starting with hostel in Barcelona ending with 5* hotel in Dubai yet I have never been so disappointed with any of those places as I am with this one. If you state you are 4* establishment (As Panorama clearly states)...please deliver at least 3* as at this point I would rate it as decent 2* hotel, not more. My "superior", "garden view" room had a terrace directly to the stone wall and room smelled of mold. The air conditioning was super noisy as well as WC ventilator. Now let's get to service...you need to download an app to register to hotel?! The heck is this?! Anyways staff is not annoying but animators are super unoriginal including very weird choice of music including songs where half of the song is filled with "f" and "n" words with kids dancing to it. Other activities...like...bingo...srsly I think even elderly were surprised by such a choice of activities..finally the food and drinks...the choice is decent yet nothing to choose from... quality of both drinks and food is close to being unacceptable - overcooked, orange drink is only orange in color, alcohol is I believe the cheapest they could find. Location - the only close place is Heracleion like 20 km from here besides that hotel is in the middle of nowhere. With all that said - save your money and go to decent 2 or 3 star hotel and avoid this scam.

Our stay at Hotel & Village Panorama was wonderful! The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Irene at the reception, who ensured our holiday was smooth and enjoyable. Thank you again; my group and I are truly grateful for the fantastic experience
