I recently stayed at this hotel for my honeymoon, and it was an absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make our stay special. The service was impeccable, and they truly made us feel like VIPs throughout our stay. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable, providing a perfect romantic atmosphere for our honeymoon. We also loved the amenities, including restaurant, which offered delicious food with stunning views. Overall, this hotel exceeded all our expectations and made our honeymoon unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back and create more wonderful memories. Highly recommended!

It was an incredible experience! The stunning nature and the best beach ever made for a perfect backdrop. We enjoyed exceptional service and lively entertainment throughout our stay. On top of that, the buffet was rich and varied, featuring delicious food that truly delighted our taste buds. And an outstanding diving location!!!

A good hotel, even if the food is not as varied as in other places, it is very tasty (congratulations to the chefs!). The room is large, very clean and well organized. The reef was a disappointment, unfortunately the coral is mostly dead. However, there are many fish. The main attraction are the turtles, guaranteed to be visible in the morning in the bay (in the area with seagrass). Unfortunately, starting at 9:30 the place is overcrowded with tourists brought from other places especially for the turtles and the reef. The best snorkeling is very early, on the left side of the bay (farthest from the hotel) - safe from waves and with good visibility. The entrance from the pier is not worth it in my opinion.

I spend 11 days in this resort with my family and friends and we were disappointed. Lets sum it up: 1) Upon arrival I was informed that there is not enough free rooms to have two rooms next together, but they can offer double room. I agreed and I had to sign paper that I will not have any complains about changed room (!!!). This should have been warning for me. Room was big enough, cleaned everyday - that was good. But there was only one wardrobe in connecting hall and it offered very little space for 6 of us. Otherwise except very uncomfortable pillows, it was OK. 2) Restaurant services were most of the time very poor. Selection of food for lunch was almost same every day. I am celiac. It was even harder for me, because allergens very displayed not very precise (Kuskus was one day labeled as gluten free, second day not...) So I was very careful about my selection. Dinner was best on Egypt night or Milikia night. Breakfast was every day same and low quality - beans in tomato sauce were disgusting, but I must say that they had gluten free bread which was good. Other option to have lunch in beach restaurant was not healthy or good... Beach restaurant was a joke. Also I would say, that there (beach and main restaurant) were not enough fruit and vegetables. Wave restaurant disappointed me in such a way, I didn’t even know, it was possible. We were invited to spend dinner here for free, because main restaurant couldn’t handle all guests and people had to wait to be seated for some time. Perfect you say? No. I even stated that I am gluten free... I don’t know, why they even wrote it down. We arrived to restaurant with beautiful view and really noisy outside units for AC or ventilation.... I mean very noisy. OK, they served drinks and we were surprised that there is no menu! Inside was only choice of prepared meals (4-5?), soup was not gluten free a also deserts were not gluten free! - Why? I even asked and they even didn’t apologize. I was hungry after this dinner, so I went for soup and desert back to main restaurant... 3) Drinks and bars. I cant really review drinks service in main restaurant because there weren’t any. If you didn’t tip every time and more then one dollar, otherwise waiters were really not interested in you. Lobby bar was little bit better except waiter named WEAL. He was swearing all the time and even around kids in Czech!!! (things like - "P***y", "F**k", "Sh***y") Where were we? Definitely not 5* hotel... Beach had Mr. Omar Mohamed - really anoyed guy.... Shouting at customers(!) " What do you want!? ". Not any respect - I would fire him ASAP. I should mention that quality of cocktails was terrible. Bear, red wine, coffee was drinkable. 4) Pools, sea, beach - recently renovated, not bad. Slides - only 3 big slides but two were limited by age of children. Kids pool was nice. Beach and sea are nice. Maybe best sea world I have seen here. Thats only plus for this hotel and I think management knows this and they take advantage of it and offer in this hotel poor services, because they dent care about you and your holiday. To sum it up. If you go there only because of see, than its perfect choice. If you want to enjoy services of good hotel, go somewhere else.

So nice hotel with amazing landscape we really enjoyed every moment there, The rooms were big, beach was sandy and really more than beautiful. We got a problem for my kid but thanks to the clinic doctor he was so good to make my son feel better. Also want thank all staff working there, Alex in the live music every evening and the animation shows also by the animation team. The guest management Mr.sheref who really so helpful and nice person. We enjoyed every moment there and sure we will make that visit for your
