Nice hotel, clean rooms and friendly staff. Especially the male waiters at the dinner, Omar,Vincent, Rafael and Billy were attentive and helpfull. The female staff are too serious. Food for a buffet is not bad at all, and very good. Location is perfect. Wellness isnt much, water way to cold too.

Ideal location and super friendly accommodating staff! From the moment we were greeted to when we checked out, everyone was super helpful and pleasant.
The location is next to the beach and marina with great restaurants all around. There is always a bed by the pool too.
Rooms were modern and clean.
The food was good and half board was reasonably priced.
I will definitely be back!

As our last day at Mac Puerto Marina Hotel comes to an end, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on what has been a truly delightful experience.
Before our arrival, I emailed the hotel to request a complimentary room upgrade. Given that it was mid-July, peak season, they informed me they would try their best. Upon arrival, they were fully booked, which was understandable. One of the receptionists joked, asking, "Where is our present? You want a free upgrade, so where is my present?" I laughed and responded that we were the presents for arriving—a lighthearted start to our stay.
Our room was spacious and impeccably clean. While the showerhead wasn't as strong as I'm used to, the cleaning staff did a brilliant job maintaining the room's cleanliness throughout our stay.
We indulged in the spa once, opting for a relaxing massage treatment. Raquel, my masseuse, was incredibly accommodating and friendly. She provided a spectacular full-body massage that was almost sleep-inducing. Although I wished for a bit more focus on my feet, especially since my friend’s treatment included a foot massage, it was still a beautiful experience. Thank you again, Raquel.
Our half-board plan (breakfast and dinner) was satisfactory. Breakfast remained consistent each morning, while dinner offered a different selection each night, adding a nice variety.
The pool bar staff worked tirelessly to accommodate everyone, even during busy times. They might have occasionally forgotten to bring the menu upon seating, but their efforts to meet our needs were always evident and appreciated.
The hotel's location is superb, situated right across from the marina and the beach, making it convenient to explore and enjoy the surrounding areas.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you, Mac Puerto Marina Hotel, for a memorable experience. We hope to return soon!

Rooms were very clean with good a/c. Pool view recommended.
Staff were excellent. From reception, restaurant, bar and cleaning service.
Really good choice for breakfast with the buffet. Ate out every night as the location has you so close to a great choice of restaurants.
The hotel location is spot on. Close to the beach and the plenty of shops bars and restaurants.
Late check out wasn't available at the time, but a courtesy room was available to reserve for 30mins to get ready for leaving the hotel at a later time. Great idea and service.

Great hotel In fab location just off the marina front. Plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc on the door step. 20 min taxi ride from airport 21 euros. Rooms spacious and immaculate as is all of the hotel. Breakfast was good and great service. Dinner available any night you chose. Lovely patio area with entertainment and nice pool area. Cannot fault the hotel enjoyed my stay.
