Second time we have stayed at this hotel, the first time was in march when our room was OK, this time our room was much better with a massive balcony and small pool and bar right outside which we didn't know existed on our first visit. The pool areas are really nice, slides and small playground for the kids. Entertainment in march was poor but much better on our visit this time. Improvements are obviously trying to be made. Food is OK, typical A/I with a small kids section. Plenty of cheeses, fresh fruit and salad always on offer. Bar area is small and does get busy. Staff were all really nice and helpful, from reception staff, kids Entertainment, restaurant staff and our lovely cleaner, always so cheerful! Location is around 15 minutes walk to town street, which we didn't mind at all, around €5 in a taxi which are really easy to get too. All in all for the money we paid for the holiday we couldn't complain at all! It's clean, the foods OK, the drinks are good and the staff are all nice.

Travelling with my partner and kids (8 & 6). This hotel was a bargain! The rooms were standard for a Spanish hotel, basic but clean.
Staff were super helpful and attentive, food was lovely, always a good selection at lunch and dinner. Kids were able to be independent when getting food & drinks which they loved.
Kids pool with slides was great.
Entertaining was quite late for a family friendly hotel (started at 9.30pm). The kids stayed up for the acrobat and the magician.
Hotel far enough out of town to feel relaxed but close enough to walk to water park and harbour.
Water park was brilliant! We went 4 times. Taxi costs 5 euro if you don’t want to walk.
Overall a brilliant holiday for a bargain price. Would definitely recommend!

Great hotel and staff. Hotel is a little tired and limited on working/functional facilities.
Good food and drink selection at all meal times and Italian restaurant was very pleasant.
Comfortable rooms although some are old and in need of an update but you get what you pay for. Shower had a good pressure and plenty of hot water.
Evening entertainment is great for the kids and enjoyable for adults. However, if you want an early night, you need to be asleep before 8pn or wait until 10.30.
Definitely a good value for money hotel and well worth a visit.
Approx 20 minute walk to water park and town, with independent scooters available of hire from outside the hotel.

Great hotel for families with young children pool areas are fab. Hotel was clean and staff were very helpful. Downsides, the whole place could do with a lick of paint and there are numerous repairs that need doing. If you're on a budget and after a cheap and cheerful holiday go for it!

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms or more one bedroom flats. Three swimming pools including one with slides as well as football, volleyball and play area so kids stay occupied all time. Wide range of drinks in a bar and nice food served in the main restaurant. They also have a small Italian place where you have to book a table but it’s a nice alternative if you fish to have a bit of a quieter atmosphere.
We’ve been greeted at the entrance with a glass of Cava, could choose the table to my liking, and even though it’s a buffet style restaurant, it still has an ambiance of nice little Italian place with fresh and tasty food as well as wines all plenty to choose from. Kudos to chefs as well as the host.

Only let down are the so called Life Guards at the poolsides. Completely careless and uninterested in the job they being paid for and pretty important one would think. Just make sure you relay on yourself if anything happens in the pool.
