Had the most amazing 5 nights here with my daughter. The staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and housekeeping came every day. Rooms were equipped with everything needed for a holiday ,and a mini supermarket on site . Location was perfect and only 10 minute stroll to a lovely sandy beach (plus you get to see chipmunks on the rocks) Would definitely stay here again. Great value for money .

Just returned from a week's holiday. Lovely hotel, rooms are a little tired need some TLC, paint work etc. That's the only reason I marked it down. Spotlessly clean all through the hotel. We had a sea view, it's a must. All inclusive, I am a fussy eater but was spoilt for choice, great choice of Spanish drinks, and zero sugar soft drinks, waiter service drinks at lunch and evening meal. Lovely friendly staff. We have stayed there before and will definitely stay again. Location is fantastic, views outstanding.

Lovely hotel, family friendly great staff, second time here and loving it. My advice is go all inclusive and pay the slight extra for a sea view. Sun rise is directly onto the sea view balcony’s it’s a great start to the day. Safe walking paths to walk off the food, sandy beach is a 15 minute stroll to, with restaurants nearby, (good access to wheelchair and buggy users) free toilets there too. Local assortment of shops nearby.

We are a family of 6 and not long back from a wonderful week at Elba Castillo San Jorge & Antigua Suite Hotel. All of the staff we interacted were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived with check in being quick and efficient. We had the all inclusive package which had a great variety of food (especially having 2 very fussy kids) with options everyone's tastes and including themed nights and snacks available throughout the day. Drinks selection for both kids, adults alcohol drinkers/non drinkers was also good and I was very happy to find they had Radler on tap! The best part of our holiday was the entertainment team here, they are just fantastic and do a great job. Our 3 younger kids spent mornings and afternoons at the mini club and couldn't wait to go back every day. Big shout out to 'Patricia Minion' who the kids are still talking about now! The day time and evening entertainment for adults / older kids was so much fun! We threw ourselves into all of the activities on offer and had a great laugh with Roberto with his cheeky banter! If you get the chance to do 'challenge night' get involved - you won't regret it! The hotel’s location is about a 10 minute walk to a sandy beach but has beautiful sea views right outside. There are shops with essentials on site but also a few minutes walk from the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel, it was a great experience from start to finish with attentive and friendly staff and plenty to do for all ages! We would go back in a heartbeat!

Staff were fantastic, very friendly and welcoming. Rooms need refurbished. Food quality was very poor, we ended up eating in local restaurants instead. Very little entertainment for adults. Good location near the beach and shops.
